Staff was awesome. I loved them. They were all friendly. But the housekeepers could do a little better at their job. - One of the towels in the bathroom that were supposed to be clean, kind of looked like a dead spider or 2 was on it when I unfolded it. Maybe a couple of little baby spider eggs too. The manager thought it was spiders. - TV was blinking on most channels. Maintenance fixed it. - Had to ask them to tighten the shower curtain rod. They fixed that. - Toilet seat was loose and my boyfriend tightened the little screws behind it. Toilet paper roll holder fell off on the left side, but my boyfriend fixed that too. Besides all that, everything else was fine.

we have stay 4 times there fridge didn't work our food went bad nothing was done the building smell like smoke like weed and cigarettes smoke then the ac (air) air didn't work so they move late at night we woke up blood on sheet not from us now we both are itching what the hell never staying there agian

Staff was super kind. Room was a little banged up. Holes in closet doors. Didn’t smell freshly cleaned. Some others’ pets/workers were noisy, apparently during a remodel. Overall, not unlivable, but felt less than or on par with a red roof type of place.
