Gym closed, Expedia did not notify. Noisey plant across street, 24/7 noise in room. Expedia you can do better, informed customers are happier.

Pool chemicals were so bad. Kids coughed right away.

Staff was very nice. First room faced the highway and extremely noisy. We moved to the other side of hotel. Room was pretty clean but main areas of hotel need attention. Glass doors are covered in layers of dirt and fingerprints. Shower needs caulk. Gym was being used as a storage room and was closed down. Breakfast was good.

They need to let someone know the pool is being renovated, it was a disappointment during our stay, also the ice machine was broke on our floor .

We stayed in room 104 and it was a very nice and big room 2 queen beds and a small sofa bed and we took a pet which the fee for great. The breakfast was really good both morning and loved the heated pool. When we go back to visit will definitely stay there again

I liked the pool although a bit cold. Wish the workout facility was running!! Nice, comfortable beds. Shower was warm! Nice size space overall.

It is currently under renovations. No pool available, which with kids was a problem. Should be more transparent with this info.

I'm giving it a 3 stars only because the breakfast was so good and the staff was very friendly. I was very disappointed to find the pool was closed. This happened another time we tried to stay at a different Hampton. I also booked a room that was supposed to sleep up to 5-6 people only to find there was no sofa bed. Since it was only a 1 night stay we made due. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Very tough to get a good clean shower. I think I will start staying at a different hotel chain. I did not have this experience staying at a Holiday INN. I understand maintenance is important but I wish Hotels.com would alert you when there are amenities that are not available.

Not enough parking, pool under renovation (disappointed kids), first room had broken locks on door but manager was able to get us to a new room (new room was partially under renovation)

Good property. Clean and safe. Pool was being renovated and construction bins and materials were in the side parking lot.

Booked through Orbitz which said there would be a pull out sofa but there wasn't. Queen bed was very comfortable. Room was clean but floor and carpet were very slimy feeling. Too much humidity or too much cleaning solution. Not sure. Running the AC didn't help. No fan in the bathroom either. Nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. Everything was clean but ceiling was cracking in spots. Bathroom door barely closed. The pool water was great. The breakfast was small and mediocre. Not a $200 hotel in my opinion but still a good option.

Had to watch videos to figure out how to sync the TV remote to make it work. Desk clerks idea was to move us to another room. Room phone didn’t work. Carpeting was dirty. Shower drain was clogged. Whole place was worn.

Disappointing. The property seemed worn and the room had a musty smell that suggested that it may have been flooded at some point.

On the first night of my stay the first thing I noticed was the room door was dirty. As I entered my room the bathroom was immediately to the right and the toilet seat looked very dirty. It wasn’t dirty it was so old and tattered the toilet seat was actually bubbled and peeling. Against my better judgment I chose to ignore the first 2 red flags. As I went to grab the remote to turn on the tv I noticed an ant on the desk. Then I saw an ant crawling on the bed. I called the front desk and asked for another room and the receptionist was helpful but new and said she’d call me back. As I waited I saw another ant crawling on my bed this time I took videos. I also noticed a different type of bug crawling on the night stand between the beds. I did not wait for the return call I picked up all my stuff and went to the front desk. The receptionist was very kind and was able to get me another room. They did upgrade me to a suite but mind you it was already midnight. They still charged me the full price if $167 for the night and did not compensate me for putting me in that disgusting room. They did take money off for putting me in the suite which I do appreciate. But believe me it was difficult to sleep after dealing with the bug situation in the first room. I will definitely think twice before staying with Hampton again.

Mold growing above the shower head. But the staff was very good!

Front desk was polite and perfectly fine. Housekeeping didnt touch our room though. Didnt reload towels or take out the trash.

The first room I checked into had a door which did not secure. I notified the front desk and left the hotel for meetings. Within a couple hours they put me in a new room and gave me a discount. Thank you

The mattresses were so hard and bouncy that I couldnt get any sleep at all. Also, if you get a room on the odd side facing the highway, the noise is terrible.

Clean room, pet friendly, and ample parking. I would agree with other reviewers try to avoid a room that faces the interstate. Cars and semis can interrupt your sleep.

Nice spacious and clean room. Right off the interstate was convenient for our late night arrival. Couldn’t complain about breakfast.

Stayed in a 2 queen with sofa sleeper. Great space for a family. Layout makes it a little difficult for night time bathroom breaks with waking everyone. Breakfast had a good variety

The room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The layout was very nice. My only complaint was the carpet had stains all over it. Breakfast was good. It was a great stay other than the carpet.

They had no pillows available to use with the pullout bed. Since we booked a room with two beds and was given a room with only one bed we needed them.

Andrew at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to a room change.

Will never stay here again. Ac in room doesn’t work 87 degrees in my hotel room with the ac set to 60. Then staff refused to give me a different room. Now I’m stuck with hot a** $300 hotel and was told if I didn’t like it I could go stay somewhere else. Unprofessional and will never stay here again.

We came to check in at 12:30 am with us and 3 grandchildren, our room had not been cleaned. The beds were not made, the old sheets in a pile. There was no staff to get the rooms ready. Two women behind the desk, they called the manager. We were there more than an hour, tired from traveling and had to go somewhere else.

Reserved a king/acc room and was given a dbl queen/non acc room. Clerk seemed to be having an issue figuring out which rooms were available. Front desk clerk was too chatty, complained about country music, and blatantly stared at a fellow guest while she walked away, all while trying to help us.

Everything overall was better than expected. Staff was excellent!

It's a nice clean hotel. It's close to my son's house and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

There were very few people staying at the hotel that night. We were give an room right next to I-74 so we heard trucks and cars going by all night. Also, the couch in the room was like setting on a rock.

Clean room, well maintained-will need some updates eventually…staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast and parking good. Sits right off interstate so you do hear road noise but hotel noise was not a problem. Nice room with extra area to have local family come and catch up. Dinner was close by and good-Boulder Creek. Will stay again!

The hotel is old but clean. The location is awful. It is right beside a major highway, the other side is facing a factory which makes big noise 24/7. I’ve tried both sides, had to pick the factory side. At least the noise is consistent, better than the highway.

I stayed here because they allow pets. I stayed in July and then a month later going home in August. The location is right off the interstate and there are gas stations and dining near by. The room was nice and big, very comfortable. I asked for a room away from the highway. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The young man at check in remembered my dog and I from the previous stay. The breakfast was good and the lady who worked there was also very friendly. Parking lot is small but I was able to park in the lot. They have recently remodeled and still have some work to finish, but my room was great both times. Clean and a comfy bed.

Great place to stay and quick to downtown Indy.

I emailed the hotel two weeks ahead of time to say we had two dogs with us and no one ever got back to me and then when we got there, they charged an extra $50 for the dogs. I don’t mind paying the extra, but someone could have warned us ahead of time.There were some basketball teams staying in the hotel, and it was extremely loud all night long. In the morning the waffle maker was broke and there were no bagels so you could have a muffin or a dried out omelette. The box of Kleenex in our room was empty. The toilet seat looked like it was from the 1950s. The windows and walls were paper thin, and I heard every single truck that went by on the nearby freeway.Overall, it was just not something you’d expect from a Hampton by Hilton.

Nice clean rooms. Very good reception desk employees. Been staying at Hampton for 25yrs and my favorite oatmeal and additions are still available and I always indulge.
