Parking was adequate. We were greeted quickly by staff, she was very polite. The check in process only took maybe 6 minutes. The hotel appearance is clean. We were only stopping in for a quick rest, exhausted, and it met our needs. The Hotels.com images are "realtor specials", but the hotel lobby was nice enough.

Back door broken. Stains on bathroom wall plus mold in bathtub. Front desk clerk at night not friendly, and did not warn we could not enter from rear. Weather bad & we had to re-park and come through front entry. He did not notice & did not apologize when I told him, nor thank me for calling it to his attention.

Stayed here for a weekend. Was the most convenient purchase before gen con prices. Bad: stain's on the comforter, based on reviews, the pool hasn't been open for 5 years, the bathroom needing cleaning, and the lack of housekeeping during your stay. Good: the breakfast was okay and the front desk service was fine. I spent a hundred dollars a night and it should have been about eighty period

We stayed at this same hotel last year and at the front desk was a sign stating that the pool was closed. Again this year when we checked in there was also the same sign stating that the pool was closed. Is there any reason why the pool has not been open since at least last year?

This place was not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair in the toilet, some kind of silver wrapper on the bath tub, hair, dust and dead bugs on the bottom mattress. Very disturbing. And the fridge kept making a really loud noise. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel had mold starting on the bathroom ceiling. The headboards on the beds had dust hanging off of them. I called to ask if the pool was open and was told yes The pool was not opened. When I asked about it, the person at the desk said we can try going to the Hampton next door to see if we could use their pool. Really?! I don’t recommend this hotel.

The front desk woman was so nasty and had the worst attitude. The entire place smelled like Fabuloso. Our room had ants, and was filthy, when I called to let them know, they said because of the rain, there were ants, and didn’t give it a second thought. The back door was supposed to remain closed, and was propped open and very unsafe. There is trash all over the exterior, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Don’t waste your money

This was a one night stop along a road trip. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice it was. The pool is outdoors so as you would expect for October, it was closed. I did not find an elevator. I didn't ask, so maybe it exists, but I was fine with carrying my stuff to the 2nd floor. The bed was firm but comfortable, and so were the pillows. Breakfast was the typical Choice Hotels fare and it was hot. The room was very quiet. I could barely hear the traffic on the nearby interstate. On the downside, the free internet was virtually unusable. It took multiple attempts to connect, then glitched off completely very often, and was slow even when it was on. The in-room coffee was literally undrinkable - and I'm not a coffee snob. The coffee served with breakfast was much better, but still not great. The bathroom did not have any exhaust fan, and finally, another thing I found odd - though it didn't affect my stay - was an exposed electrical wire running above the mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel was ok. No elevator so need to carry everything to second floor is room is assigned. Room was ok. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed in the dresser and the pullout couch had old linens on it. The jacuzzi tub was nice but very slippery for taking a shower.

Everything thing was nice , except for the mattress. I could feel every spring and there wasn't any position you could lay to avoid them. I hardly slept and had a awful knot in my back the next morning. My son said the same thing about his bed.

Everything was fine except for the Wi_Fi. On a 2 1/2 week trip, I stayed in 11 hotels before this one. This one had the worst wi-fi by far. I had to wait until the next hotel before I could post these comments. This is unacceptable for a hotel in this day and age.

The room had a usual smell, as well as looked run down. The door was hard to open, like it kept catching on the latch. The mirror in the bathroom was crooked, and the walls looked like they needed a fresh coat of paint. The refrigerator made a weird noise all night as well. The toilet did not flush and when we brought it to the hotel’s attention, we were moved to another room.

We checked in very late (or very early morning) and the receptionist was very kind and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The staff the next morning was helpful and cheery. This was just a stop to sleep and continue our travel, but I will definitely stay here again.

When I walked through double doors, there was a man sitting behind the window. He was watching something on computer or his phone.I waited and he didn't come out. I said sir I am ready to check in. He took a bit and finally came to check us in. When we got to our room we had trouble getting the door to open.. We finally got it. I didn't go out to see if a maintenance person was available. We figured not since it was after 9:00. The next morning I was going to tell them about the door but no one was at front desk. We left the keys in an open basket there because we had to leave. We hope no took the keys. When leaving we heard a voice from backroom say have a good day. Our room was awesome. It had whirlpool tub and nice kitchenet.

This is a nice place to stay just outside Indianapolis. The property is nice and breakfast was fantastic. While check-in was smooth, the woman at the front desk didn't seem happy to be there.

The staff at this property was so rude, when we went to address our concerns they did not care and told us that if we were to complain again that they were going to kick us out. Their pool was out of service and they did not want to offer us any compensation. Said we can leave if we want. Sheets were first and stains on the walls.

On the plus side: Very clean! Close proximity to places. Reasonable rates. On the downside: lighting in the room and bathroom needs to be improved, it is dark. No elevator is a big inconvenience. But would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was easy to find, right off the interstate. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff were all so friendly, cheerful and helpful, even when dealing with a completely full motel we did not have to wait long for help. My only request is to consider getting slow-closers or another sound dampening measure for the stairwell doors - we were right by the stairs and the door slammed LOUD all evening.

A lot of new properties in the area. Clean, safe, a lot of restaurants, everything we look for in choosing a hotel to stay at. Definitely staying in Braunsburg again when we attend the racetracks and Indianapolis.

Older property with refurbished shell. Updated fixtures and furniture that were nice and very comfortable. Large dining area with hot food at the breakfast. Good coffee. Pool was not open in February so I will have to come back in the summer. Did not spend time outside except to walk to and from the truck. Room amenities were very complete. only issue was the breakfast was out of sausage. But the eggs and waffles were great! We will return!

pool was closed (looks like its having major issues). the biggest pain was trying to call to confirm the room. No one ever answers the phone number in the reservation, tried looking up other numbers and nope, no luck. Other minor things: no lock on bathroom door, no bath fan in bathroom, no soap dish, room smelled odd prior to running the AC. beds were a little smaller than expected but that could be my mis-reading what it offered. its' decorated very nicely and the breakfast was great. Parking was easy and convenient, location wise, it was within 10 min of our activities. The room was quiet at night and no loud neighbors. The beds were comfy and clean.

Property very very clean. Pillows and bedding very comfy. Bed hard as a board. No breakfast served. No coffee. Their website and on booking says breakfast included. They did have signs for a fresh breakfast but all they had were packaged muffins and bananas. Morning desk staff was extremely nasty when asked about it.

We were in town for the eclipse. The bathroom could use some updating and the view wasn’t great but otherwise it was fine. Breakfast had the typical selection and it was good. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and offered free eclipse glasses.
