Close to Ruoff. Air conditioner very loud. Hard to sleep. Refrigerator didn’t work had to get a replacement. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Delicious cheese omelette, sausage, and potatoes were great! Round the clock coffee, hot water for tea, and ice water in lobby. Indoor pool.

This Hampton property was typical Hampton property. There is not a hot tub indoor and the pool was on the chilly side. We had to ask for more towels for the pool area. Otherwise it was a nice facility. I would stay again.

Had to move rooms. Should have asked for a second move. First room a/c wasn't working. Second we are pretty sure wasn't either but figured out how to turn the fan on so made it work for the night. Had great difficulty getting the shower to work and sediment was coming out of the jets in the tub. Carpet is peeling up. Musty odor. It's an older hotel - definitely needs some updating and maintenance work. Convenient location. Staff was great!

We rented two rooms for several days, and we’re pretty disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Both had loose bathroom fixtures in the tubs, peeling wallpaper in spots, and the jacuzzi tub in our suite shot sediment in the tub and got stuck running. Thankfully the guy working the front desk came to our rescue to get the button unstuck to stop spraying all over. Our closet door in the suite was hard to slide, and our drawers in the dresser were starting to break. The room looked ok and was for the most part clean, but could use some upgrades. We found an old, very dirty, dried up washcloth in the top of the closet in one of the rooms which was kind of gross, but it was so far back I can see how a shorter cleaning person may have missed it. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was fine. The pool is saltwater for those who like to avoid chlorine.

The location and walkability of the hotel is FANTASTIC. The front desk staff and other hotel staff were great too, very personable. Our main issue was the wall air conditioning unit was really loud. We didn't sleep well the four nights we were there because of the noise (and I am not a light sleeper). Also, the walls are a little thin. One night we could hear our neighbor's TV really late into the night. We would love to stay there again but will probably not do it, especially for a long trip. Even though we loved how we could easily walk to so many things (which was especially nice when one of us had to be away from the hotel all day while the other worked offsite), the lack of sleep due to the noise really took its toll - and the big reason for the hotel as to have a place to sleep.

Our room was very noisy due to the highway traffic & a guest who was walking up & down the hall talking loudly on her phone (maybe some signage to help with this). Plus our bathroom did not have a fan and that doorknob was very loose.

The front desk hostess was not very friendly. Not helpful at all. Very dry at check in. I needed to use the laundry facilities to wash and dry my son's baseball uniform, but was unable to due to not having quarters for the dryer. I went to the front desk to cash a couple dollar bills in for quarters for the dryer and was told she didn't have any and I was out of luck. I had to hang his uniform in the bathroom overnight and hope it was dry by the time for our departure in the morning. I have never had a hotel not have quarters for their laundry facilities. Very disappointing hospitality. Room was average, bed was comfortable.

We have stayed many times at this location. Always a great stay! This was our first time meeting Jordan (friendly gentleman at the desk on the evening of 9/21/24). Jordan was awesome! He really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Any time I need to come down to the Indianapolis area, I always stay here. I’ve had the misfortune of having to travel very late at night, and the staff are always very accommodating of my late arrival. It is very conveniently located amidst plenty to do, plenty to see, and definitely plenty to eat! Additionally, it’s easy to get in and out of the city if need be. The rooms are always very nice and spacious and I will always be staying here when I can. Thank you for such amazing service and a great property.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was as well. And location is great! I was just very taken back by the breakfast cafe staff member who was just complaining and actually cussing about some of the guest at breakfast just for taking what she thought was too many eggs. She actually then yelled at me when I said the wrong closing time talking to my husband. And very aggressively asked me to tell her why I thought it closed at 10:30 rather than 10:00. Another guest saw it all as well and told me she witnessed that worker do something very similar when she had stayed there a month ago too.

Was my first time at the property and I was very disappointed. For being a Hampton by Hilton my expectations were high. Upon arrival I was charged twice for my room which caused issues with my bank that were not resolved for the next 24hrs. The room was hot and smelled. The usb chargers in my room were broken and I had to go to Walmart at 10pm to get a phone charger because of this. Breakfast was gross as well. I don’t think I’ll choose to stay here again.
