Quality Inn & Suites Lawrenceburg

The check in was very fast. The room was very quiet and nice.

Pool out of order, tv didn’t work all static on the tv antenna they said should work and nothing hooked to the hdmi inputs. Bathroom door wouldn’t close, hair on bathroom walls and actually on one wash rag. Water temperatures backwards on shower. Light fixture on wall didn’t have cover just bulb sticking out of wall. Walking down the hall some of the room numbers were just a paper taped on the wall. Went to different hotel for the rest of my stay in this area.

The rooms need updated. The furniture needed touch up and the room definitely needed painted. Our room smelled like old cigarettes. The pool was nice but the ceiling needs painted it looked like mold on the ceiling. breakfast was nice

I have been staying there for years and i am watching the place i love age gracefully. and the Staff is always super friendly and very accommodating

Absolute worst experience at a hotel ever! We were given a room key and someone was already in that room. We then had to wait another hour to get into the room. There were floaties in the water for the guests in the lobby. When we finally got a room. It was dirty. The couch was stained and there were dead bugs in the window sill. The water from the shower was cold. It was a horrible experience.
