Pool was cold and water didn’t look clean. Tv would not work I went down stairs and told her about the tv she said she would come up and try to fix it but never showed up

Pool wonderful but no towels, gym room adequate, breakfast very little put out very friendly tho, nice great price close to hwy lots of things around hotel

Shower did not drain properly. Tile cracked and sharp in the bathroom. Side door to the building did not lock and was available for anyone to open. Pool was “out of service”. Toilet paper was half empty. Keys were deactivated the day before we left and had to get new keys. AC/Heater temperature control did not work. Bathroom door did not lock. Cable would cut out for minutes at a time. No available outlets to charge phones (we had to unplug lights which made it extremely dark in the room).

Pool heater didn’t work so kids were very disappointed, drywall mud was falling off the walls, wasn’t enough breakfast for everyone

We booked two rooms. One room had a very dirty bathroom and dirty floors and the other room was missing a television. The pool was closed.

Absolutely excellent hosts management , clean , economical , high quality care and attention to details The best part is the employees Great great people I will miss them The breakfast was excellent good choices and the pool nice and cool The exercise equipment was handy as well Over all my stay was great It's quiet time after ten soji slept so good Thanks to the people that run this motel. I wanted to buy them all lunch

The toilet was far too low, child’s toilet height. The elevator broke down our last night and we were on the second floor. The breakfast was poorly monitored by staff, the television didn’t work and no coffee in the room. We made it work, but not worth the price.

There was hugh stains on carpet in the hall. The carpet in the room was filthy, it made my feet dirty. Let me tell you about the smell, it was horrific, it smelled like mold through out the building. The orange juice at breakfast tasted moldy, the coffee was way too strong and the biscuits were cold. We passed on breakfast the second morning. I have stayed at many Baymont's and never had this experience.

Terrible. Place is crumbly and smells awful. Hallways are dirty, stairways are dirty, everything is dirty and smells like it is dirty. We were there for two nights and the room never got cleaned. I brought it up with the front desk and she said that the housekeeper checked off that she had cleaned it. We had two rooms. Neither were cleaned, both were checked off. So at the desk she hands me towels and asks me to take the dirty towels from the room to the laundry for them. She didn't give me enough towels. She says she has no more so I can't have any more. So no shower for me. Breakfast area floors were so sticky you could hear us walk. We had to ask for her to mop it. The next morning there was no fruit, we had to ask for some. There was no juice, we had to ask for that too. Miserable place. I could go on. I want a refund.

Don’t stay here. Even for the price I expected at least to be clean. The staff is nice and that’s about it. All of the carpet is stained badly. In our room the carpet is stained, dirty, ripped, and missing in some areas. All walls are destroyed w crappy patch work. Curtains are barely hanging on to window so dirty you can’t barely see through it. Someone else’s food and grease ALL OVER the remote control. Cigarette butts and garbage strewn about hallways, Actual mold growing in the toilet, no toilet paper in our room. Bathroom floor cracked so bad you sink in when getting out of shower. Advertises pool but apparently that’s been down for months. Laundry facilities don’t work (dryer) The insulation in walls is so depleted you can hear person stairs EVEN FLIPPING THE LIGHT SWITCH! It’s posted nonsmoking property but all you can smell is cigarettes. Black mold growing all over AC unit. Just go down the road to a different hotel

The room smelled awful of mildew and the walls, chairs and restroom had stains everywhere.

Room was filthy and bathroom was even worse. We only kept the room because all we did was sleep there for a few hours.

Clean room, courteous staff, and a overall pleasant experience.

The indoor pool area was being worked on, and there was a sulfer/sewer smell in the room. People kept propping the side door open so that anyone could come into the hotel. The breakfast was fine and substantial. Our room was clean.

We were quite worried after reading all the reviews about how Bad it was but were pleasantly surprised by cleanliness of outdoor area, friendliness of desk staff, comfort of bed, water pressure and temp, cleanliness of the pool and pool area and a few more things. It’s old, it needs some repairs but we would stay here again with no issues. Breakfast was nothing special but there is diner right near it.

The shower drain was plugged, so it flooded the bathroom. The room and the hallway had a stange odor. The room was old and of need of updating.

Place needs a remodel. Cracked tiles, bathroom door patched up, breakfast not so good. There’s an odor to the place and it’s in the linens as well. Fairly clean. A/C is noisy. Best part is the staff who are very friendly.

Could easily see bugs in bathroom sink as well as a spider behind the tv in the room. Could also see cobwebs between headboard of the bed and lamp. Spot cleaning while out of room wasn't done a couple of times even after we were told it would get taken care of. We were also left with no toilet paper a couple of times too. Wi-fi is extremely spotty. On the posivties: staff was nice, and parking was easy to find and getting into building was easy. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was conveniently located to Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The room was exceptionally clean. No coffee maker in the room but one was provided upon request. A TV in the sitting area did not work but the TV by the bed worked.

Personnel were great to deal with… room was ~meh, although beds were nice and comfortable… bathroom, ventilation needs addressed as there was surface mold on the ceiling and tub drainage was very slow…

Air conditioner was a little noisy and there was not a good enough chair to sit in.

This property is supposedly being remodeled...I think they may be part way done? There was a bad odor in the lobby and hallways. Thankfully our room did not smell and was very clean, even though most of the furniture was very old. Looked like maybe new carpet and newer beds? You get what you pay for and we had a very low rate. I will say the staff were excellent...very friendly and helpful!!

Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant wasn’t friendly, when giving us our keys she said our room # out loud not once but several times. Property is very dated, elevator very slow, carpet in halls and room looked dirty. When we got to our room, we found the only thing we had to sit on other than the bed was a desk chair, which was broken also no luggage rack in the room. Didn’t have an abundance amount of channels to choose from on TV but enough, however, no sleep timer on the remote. We were there three nights, desk chair was never replaced nor was a luggage rack ever provided. Upon arriving back to room for our 2nd night, found maid service had only removed dirty towels and trash, and left ONLY ONE set of clean towels. Had to go to front desk for another set of clean towels, bath mat, soap, toilet paper and tissues. That 2nd night the front desk attendant was much more friendly, however, she two said our room #’s out loud. For safety reasons I was always told this was a no no. She did apologize for the maid not making up our room and would make sure we got full maid service the next day. However, when we arrived for our 3rd night again bed was not made, trash cans were emptied, and dirty towels were gone, but NO clean towels left. So back to the front desk we went. Besides the lack of service, we heard all the traffic from the street throughout the night. If we didn’t giggle the flusher on the toilet just right it would continue to run and we had to play with the

Waited 12-15 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to check in (another guest waited with me). On asking if there was a luggage cart available, was told 'they are probably upstairs..Do you expect me to go knocking on doors to find one?" Carpeting dirty--several areas in room in disrepair--holes in wallboard in bathroom. Will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The picture that is posted online is not accurate of the outside of the building! It doesn't look like that at all, and almost thought I was in wrong place! The rooms are dated, and after having to switch rooms, due to the first one being not ready, the room was fine, and we were only booked stay the one night! The 2 ladies, that were the front desk staff (one in evening ,one in morning) were very nice, and friendly!!!

Staff were very friendly and were able to move me to a room with less traffic noise.

The room was fantastic and the he staff went above and beyond

This was perfect. Only complaint was my room was by elevator, but my fault, i forgot to request father away. But, clean, best hot shower, and warm sleep I've had in months. And Pam at the front desk is outstanding with her customer service, she goes above and beyond!!

The parking area is safe.There's a Waffle House just two doors to the east. The staff is very friendly. It was quiet at night. No rowdy people in the hallways.

The night manager was very rude. He spent more time talking to his family who were behind the counter and in the office than he did speaking with me. I had a problem with the vending machine. It didnt drop my selection. He refused to give me my money back. I tried a different selection and it did the same thing. I told him and he very rudely said. If it didn't work the 1st time why did you try it again. I explained that i tried a different selection. I suggested he put an out of order sign on machine. I never saw him go to do that. He told me he would leave a note for day shift that i had lost $4 in machine. The day clerk on duty when i went to ask about getting my money opened the drawer and gave me my money. She tol me that was what the night manager should have done also. He clearly didnt want to be bothered.

It was convenient

Stayed one night with a family of four. Great parking and few things newr by to eat. 24hr gas station and dinner across the street. Worked great for us.

It was very easy to get too since it was just off of the interstate! The staff was wonderful... They suggested many places to go to in the area!

Room felt under construction, but otherwise it was fine. Convenient. They had breakfast with more than just carby foods.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was abysmal— no yogurt, biscuits were hard, and the packets with the jam/jelly were rubbery hard. Had to pay for breakfast elsewhere.

Shower mixer value fell off, able to make the shower work to finish our showers. Breakfast was not up to standard - very little to choose from and the coffee was weak!

No eggs, only one waffle iron for the crowded room, no fruit, yogurt, sausage was terrible. Went to Waffle House

They ran out of food at breakfast. Also no Coffee.
