As soon as you walk in, it smells CLEAN! My room was super clean. Staff is super nice and friendly. I recommend this place 100%!!!! Breakfast was delicious, the pool is nice and they also have a small gym.

Everything was great. They have came a long way with remodeling this hotel. They have a pool. They used to have a hot tub but it is filled in with wooden porch over top of it. The lady at front desk. Stated they covered up bc it was leaking and took it out few months ago. I used to stay here bc of the hot tub. I need late check-out and they wouldnt let us. Over all nice hotel and nice workers. The owner has always been nice.

The hotel was nice but the pictures lied about the pool area. There is no hot tub like shown in the pictures which unfortunately was the whole reason we booked this particular hotel. That was incredibly disappointing. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Overall, this day was good, but I would like to clarify that there is no hot tub at this location. The photos show a hot tub and it is why we chose this hotel. So we were disappointed.

False advertisement. The pictures showed a hot tub. When we got there, they said they haven't had one in years and wanted to upgrade us and charge us more for a room with a jacuzzi. We already paid for a hot tub that we didn't get. The indoor pool wasn't even heated . In fact, it was freezing. Breakfast was continental at best.

This is our second time staying at this location and it did not disappoint. Comfortable and clean. Bummed that the hot tub is closed now. But kids were happy with the pool. Breakfast is great and staff friendly, helpful and kind. This is our go to place to stay when we visit family! See you next time!

Our room was damp and smelled like wet dog and mold. The toilet leaked at the floor when you flushed. The bathroom door was swollen and would not shut completely. Room 219. Crickets on the floors. The desk said they would let the manager know, no more rooms available.

Dirty rooms, cleaners they use are so over powering and gave me headaches. We were in town for a family wedding and had several family stay at the hotel also. Everyone had the same comments about the hotel. AC seemed to struggle with keeping the humidity out of the building, felt warm and clammy. Stains on the couch fabric.

The room was clean upon first glance but we found rusty nails on the floor in the room for some reason. There were crumbs in the sheets and the comforters had food all over one of the edges. Not like a stain either , it had not been washed. The towels were ragged and worn. The room was clean otherwise. Even though we had the sign on the door for do not disturb, room service still had come in and made the beds, didn't change the toilet paper or bring new towels, but made the beds. The pool needs cleaned, it had a mold ring the whole way around and so did the hot tub. Our key randomly stopped working on the second night. We returned very late after thunder over lousiville, carried our sleeping kids in and couldn't get in our room. No apology just said they would have to make two new room keys. Our checkin was great the girl was so friendly and helpful. It was a so so stay. Hospitality and more then the cleanliness that meets a very quick glance needs work.

Our room was very clean, beds were soft. Check in and check out were very quick. Breakfast included eggs and sausage,waffles, toast, muffin coffee and choices of orange, apple and cranberry juice. Staff was very friendly.

Manager Dilip Patel’s hospitality was excellent and made special accommodations for myself and elderly mother. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! All staff were friendly and they seemed happy to be working there.

This was the cleanest Ramada I have ever stayed at. The bathroom had no dust, no stains, no water marks from water leaks, etc. The room was very nice and dirt and odor free. It was a pleasure to stay there. The other facilities were just as nice and clean. The breakfast was great.

I loved the size of the room and the comfort of the king-sized bed. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was sparkling clean. It was a bit shocking that the automatic lights popped on with violent brightness at 3 AM when I walked into the bathroom, which startled both me and my partner, who was still in bed. Since that was the only undesirable aspect, I would definitely say there wasn’t any reason to choose this property again and again.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We rang the bell and waited about 5–7 minutes, but no one appeared. After ringing the bell again and waiting another five minutes, someone finally came out. Instead of a greeting or an apology, he greeted us with a sarcastic, “If you wait, someone will eventually come out.” There was no “Sorry for the wait” or “Welcome to the Ramada”—just immediate rudeness. Throughout the check-in process, he continued to be unprofessional and disrespectful. It was incredibly disappointing, especially considering we never once complained about the wait.

Don't go to Cracker Barrel - read rheir reviews - actually ANY Reviews of restaurants in Sellersburg. My family who lives close told me ALL PLACES HERE have bad reputations. Oh the woman running over a huge boulder at Dairy Queen - was something else. Read DQs reviewa also👿..oh no stores..etc here alsoLeae I would HIGHLY..VERY HIGHLY you go on down to Jeffersonville Learned my Lesson - as a Frequent traveler - I can't recommend any place here. When I checked in on two occasions there was an individual at the front desk, (white male with facial hair) who was very rude. To be very specific snaped I need your id and credit card as if I would not know that, and he was rude about everything he said during the two separate occasions. There was also another individual, a black male, when I asked the breakfast time he pointed at the sign and said it's right there. Then he said what time. Why be rude. They both had attitude. I have traveled a lot during my career and retirement. This was not cool.

This hotel was a great stay for a value hotel - clean, quiet, comfortable and right off the highway. I really appreciated the shower, which had a high shower head and good water pressure! Breakfast included also appreciated. If I'm passing by again, I'll be sure to pick this Ramada!

We booked here for our trip to the Kentucky Derby. The location was perfect, only 20 minutes from Churchill Downs. The staff were great. Kind, accommodating, and attentive. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was a good start to the day. Excellent.

Overall it was a nice and clean hotel, I would definitely stay there again. Only thing is I’d skip the breakfast the sausage was under cooked and made my stomach hurt for two days. The staff brought us extra towels without us asking, that right there alone was 5 stars, you know us women needs our towels….lol
