The pool was closed for renovation which is fine but should be a way for us to be notified of that. However we were able to use the pool next door which was a short walk away..Not a big deal but should be notified of the situation.

The room was decent, but some items are starting show lack of repair. The wallpaper on was held up with painters tape in some spaces. The hot tub was in desperate need of a good cleaning. You could see particles floating and gathering around the rim.

The hotel is starting to show it's age. Loose tile in bathroom floor and the tub water spout is away from the wall. The towels were rough. The treadmills were non functional.

Great property. Very clean. Parking was limited but we were able to park in at a nearby Hilton property. Front desk person was great. Just wished the pool stayed open longer.

There is a free semi parking lot right next to the building- they idle their engines on and off all night. Although they did move us- I wouldn't stay here again. The hot tub was so gross we couldn't use it. Nasty grease foam on the top and the sides look like they have never been scrubbed.

The carpet in the room needs to be shampooed or updated. My done walked across the carpet with white socks on and the socks were so dirty and black I threw them away. Lady at the front desk was amazing. The ice maker on our floor was broken. The lady working the breakfast was sitting at a table on her phone, didn’t look very professional

This was, by far, the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The room, lobby, etc. were dirty, very worn and not welcoming. We went for the breakfast at 9:30 am (the breakfast was supposed to close at 10 am) and there was barely any food, the buffet area was dirty and the woman caring for the buffet was rude and unhelpful.

The room was immaculate, well laid out - many handy extras like microwave, refrigerator, beautiful bathroom, but by far the best part was the bed.We stayed two nights and the bed was beyond comfortable, nice sheets and blankets as well. Makes such a difference in a trip to sleep well. Would recommend

Complimentary breakfast was convenient and good choices to choose from. Rooms were clean. Bed/pillows were comfortable. In the pool, jacuzzi and around the pool needs to be power washed. Grout looks dirty.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We came down for our daughter graduation. Breakfast was one of tthe best, it was clean in the Breakfast area. Our room was great, nice and clean. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone witha family, as they are very family oriented.

Everyone’s feet stuck to the carpet in the hotel room, it was nasty. The tile in the hot tub was black someone needs to get in there and clean the tiles and clean the hot tub. Get the floating dead skin out of it. It was gross. Black mold in the shower, no soap in the room poorly maintained. Carpet needs to be ripped out throughout the property and replaced. It’s a Petri dish.

Wifi is super slow, I tested 1-2 Mbps in my first floor room. Be sure to bring an Ethernet cable and plug directly in if you want any internet usage. Otherwise hotel was great, staff very friendly, great breakfast.

Clean room. Able to check in and pick room using Hilton app. Hotel is next to interstate so there is a lot of road noise until about midnight and then starting at 5 am. That’s only complaint

The shower head was broken and the door to the shower was cracked as well. The microwave buttons didn’t work. The only button I could get to work was the add 30 seconds button. If you have a dog you can’t leave it in the room to go eat or take it with you to the pool so make sure you go through fast food drive through if you want to eat.

The room was very clean and quiet. My wife & I checked in and the first thing we noted was limited seating - no couch, just a side chair in the corner and an office type chair. You could see the TV from the office chair or the bed. Not a good place for a couple wanting to relax in the room after a day's travel. Probably well suited for a single business traveler.

Hotel was ok. There was very low water pressure and almost no hot water. Cold showers are not what I expect when paying $180 a night. I told the front desk and they did send maintenance up but the problem was not fixed and we took Luke warm and low pressure showers again the next morning before leaving.

Beds were hard as a rock and to use the WiFi was a 4.50 charge….per guest! The breakfast was good and the room was clean but I woke up several times in the night with my back hurting from the bed. I will stay elsewhere next time I am in town.

Staying here after a long day on the road was just what we needed. The staff was excellent, friendly and made us feel at home. The grounds were in really good shape. Slept well and ready to hit the road in the morning. Thanks again for taking care of us!

Nice hotel. We picked it because it was pet friendly. We checked in with our dog present and when we checked out with our dog, staff said we didn’t tell them about the dog and they proceeded to charge us $75 for a medium size dog. They looked at us like we lied to them when the fact was that the person. Who checked us in never added our dog to the bill. Terrible customer service and way overpriced pet cost.

When we checked in after a 9-hour drive from Texas, the tv in our room didn't work-- the tv systems in the hotel had been redone this week and apparently there were some issues. The evening shift front counter guy was kind and sympathetic and came to our room to try and fix it, but no luck -- so no tv the first evening. Bummer -- that's half the fun of staying in a hotel! We spoke to a manager first thing the next morning and she called a technician to fix it -- plus she offered us a small discount on the firt evening's room rate due to lack of tv. She was very kind and we appreciated her willingness to rectify the situation. TV was working again by the time we returned from mother-in-law's funeral on day two. Our room was really clean and I must say our bed was incredibly comfy -- so nice after a stressful week of funeral stuff, In fact, I'm gonna look for that brand of pillow online for my own bed at home!

Front desk attendant was dressed very sloppy and on his personal phone and didn't give us any direction as for breakfast, pool, eating around , wifi password etc. Only gave us 1 key. Had to ask all the questions and then it was a bother for him to answer us. Not the same as our last Hampton stay at another hotel

I couldn’t check in when i arrived because their computers were down. And they couldn’t give me a key and do the paper work later as the same computer creates the key card. Also was told there was a $75 non refundable pet fee at check although I don’t remember anything advised of that when I made the reservation.

The lady at checkout was extremely rude. She enjoyed treating others badly. I don't know her name but she was working at 7:30 am on 6/20 and had a nose ring. If I were Hampton Inn I would NOT want her representing me or treating customers so poorly. I usually choose this hotel when in Topeka but will not in the future.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and I don’t remember the bed being so terrible I barely slept. The breakfast area was dirty the person working the breakfast area didn’t clean up they were just sitting there on their phone while every table was dirty and left nowhere to sit. The only positive was the air conditioning worked good.

This was one of the better hotels we’ve booked in the fly. It was super clean. The room smelled really nice. Loved the bleached towels and sheets! ! ! Would’ve loved to be able to stream on the TV though! Breakfast was belle pepper omelette, sausage, waffles, yogurt, hot/cold cereal. Coffee was Very good. Honestly not a darn thing wrong with our stay!

We had no problems with this stay. Room was fine and so was service. Breakfast was adequate but coffee was cold. Location was convenient for our travel needs. There is a “Texas Roadhouse” close by with friendly service (thank you Dani) and excellent food.
