Quick overnight stay. Great staff! Room was spacious & clean, quiet. Water was very soft (Feels like you can't get the soap off, but that's probably the condition of the water in the area.) but warm & plenty of water pressure. Bathroom had adequate counterspace, towels & functional lighting. Workout room was small, ceiling too low for equipment & spiders & their webs dropped on my head & equipment, but it worked. Breakfast was very good.

My son and I were visiting the area. It was a nice stay. They did warn us about the breakfast area but we ended up going and buying our own breakfast stuff for everyday. The elevator made me nervious cause it was old. Otherwise we had a good stay, everyone was very friendly.

The only real downside I would say about our stay was that there is only one elevator and that the breakfast room is very, very small. It was a comfy, quiet stay and the staff were kind.

The outside pool was nice, we got the jacuzzi room which was amazing and the breakfast was a good standard hotel buffet. Overall a great get away spot and will visit again.

The entire reason we spent so extravagantly on this was because of the jacuzzi in the room. Sadly it was missing knobs and only partially functional. We were sold on a breakfast buffet which turned out to grey microwaved sausage patties, watery eggs and an antique waffle iron that was so slow we never get one for the line. I would not recommend this over priced motel to anyone. For the same prices or less stay somewhere nice with better breakfast and functional facilities.

Not a terrible place, the jet tub was dark green which was weird and just looked gross, didn’t use. Staff informed us they’ve had 7 floodings in the past 2 weeks because of the tubs, water damage was apparent. Had a couple stained towels, stained mattress, the shower head leaked and poured water everywhere, drain couldn’t keep up so I was standing in a pool. Staff was nice, breakfast was good for a hotel, as most Best Westerns are. However, this is probably the Worst Western I’ve ever stayed at, and honestly put me off to the name a little in the future.

I could tell the bed had been made since last person booked the room, however, im confident the room hadnt been deep cleaned in a long time. The bedding looked stained to it and common areas smelled like MJ.

Overall it was a good stay but our fridge was not cold as it should've been..We had to improvies and store ice inside just so our drinks could be cold. Also our sheets had stains on them... Overall the breakfast was good and the pool was clean and the hotel is placed in a great area. Lots of fastfood and grocery stores near by.

Good quality property that provides breakfast. Only stayed one night but bed was comfortable, AC unit worked well, quiet hotel. If I have to travel to Wichita again it will be a good choice to stay at again.

Everything was great except my mattress was pretty firm. I think I heard a spring creak when I got up. Could use a new mattress, not the most comfortable sleep, but doable. Also, I had to unplug the refrigerator because it made so much noise. But that’s just me.

Placed in handicap room, we are not handicapped nor did we request a handicap room, not the issue, this room is 5 feet from the outside pool, 5 feet from the elevator, and 5 feet from the lobby. Can't relax when the pool is hopping, can't relax when tons of activity in the lobby, and can't sleep when staff start banging cabinet doors that are connected to your room wall at 5:30 in the morning to prepare for breakfast. Overall, hotel and room clean, however the location of this room is horrible, you should not have a room in this part of hotel. We would not mind staying here again, just not in this room.

Extremely loud. Cars passing and revving their engines. The old mini fridge made a loud clunking sound that kept me up. They said there were out of pillows so we didn’t have enough. Breakfast was fine.

I booked this hotel based on the recent reviews and thise reviews were accurate! Shelley was very nice and kind. Instead of swiping our cards for incidentals, she said she would just add a note of our cc info as if she swipes it will put a hold on our account. We thought that was a great way of handling that, but i can see why some would disagree. Our rooms were very clean. Im not sure the AC runs as cold as it should. We set it at 69/70, and id usually be freezing at that temp, but i was comfortable.the pool was clean and was fairly big in size. We visited family staying at a way more expensive hotel and we were shocked that their pool was so much smaller compared to this one. We were happy to find our room had a mini fridge and microwave. The inside of the fridge actually kept things cool. I find i notice other hotels the mini fridges barely do anything. The breakfast was great and Maria was restocking some items around 9:15 when breakfast ends at 9:30. I definitely recommend staying here and will most likely choose this location again if i ever need to stay in Wichita.

I had to stay for three days waiting to pick up a load. I rented the mini suite. Very nice room. Great barbecue restaurant right next-door. Will stay there again if I’m back in that area

Quick check in. Comfortable bed, clean room and good tv. Great smelling bbq place right next door. Wasn’t feeling well so mostly just wanted to go to bed. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

We had to change rooms because it smelled so musty and old. Second room had a broken window that was taped up. They had to come up and replace the surge protector because it had the TV, microwave, and fridge all plugged in together. It was flashing red and the fridge was whining very loudly. Breakfast was the same every day...a little too spicy for me but they did their best. The people working were very nice and helpful. We've been going there for over 20 years but next time, we'll find a newer updated place. On a good plus side, everything you need is located right there, food, grocery, freeway, etc. A great location..easy in and easy out. And they are nice folks.

We were disappointed on first impressions with both the reception and room. Both not to standard of what we expect from Best Western Having to queue for a table for breakfast and low quality food also disappointing, especially when we opened up a cream cheese and found mold. Off putting then for rest of breakfast
