We stayed on the 2nd floor and when we arrived the elevator was broken. The desk clerk was apologetic and friendly. It was a pain taking our bags up the stairs but the elevator was fixed in the morning when we checked out, so that was nice and made leaving much easier.

Nice clean rooms and the bed is nice. There are a few cosmetic scuffs and marks here and there, but overall a nice property inside and out. Friendly staff. They have a nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, cereal, pastries, and yogurt. They’re pool is small, but nice temperature and very well kept. The gym needs some attention, there is three pieces of equipment an elliptical, treadmill and a bike. The bike was the only thing working.

The hotel is fairly clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was nice. The pool was extremely small and the elevator seemed a bit sketchy. Overall, the hotel was nice but the hotel’s pool was the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen. I booked the hotel so my boys could swim while we were in town and there wasn’t much space to swim.

The property was nice and clean, however the elevator stopped working the morning we checked out. This was a gross inconvenience because I'm 68 years old and had to carry my luggage from the 2nd floor. I was comped $20 for the inconvenience.

In town for a basketball tournament for the weekend. Check in was quick and easy. Rosemary was the best! Only issues I had with my room was that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from the previous guest. There was dog hair on the couch. Found a dog bone underneath the table and someone’s sock was left between mattress and the wall of the bed. I brought it to Rosemary’s attention and she immediately went into action. She got my entire bedding changed, cleaned the couch, removed the sock and dog bone. Thank you to Rosemary and coworker for your quick actions.

The cleanliness of a hotel is extremely important to me and without a doubt, the Sleep Inn in Park City, KS, is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Not only did I appreciate that, but I also appreciated the fact that I was able to sleep really, really well during my three-night stay. The hotel was quiet, and it was the first time ever that I found a hotel pillow to be most comfortable!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a musty smell and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC down but Lisa was great. She came up to the room, adjusted the AC and sprayed the room with a Febreeze type product. She offered to give us a different room if we were still not happy but the AC seemed to clear out the mustiness. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were just staying for a quick overnight so the location was great. Overall we were satisfied, mainly because Lisa was so customer oriented which is so important in the hospitality business.

The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful! What a nice, helpful woman.. (long red hair and glasses). Our room was nice and big but it's starting to get outdated and just a few unclean things.....bathroom mirror, hair along the edges of bathroom, desk chair and sofa were fairly dirty.

Staff was very pleasant, room was ample-sized, reasonably quiet (for a highway location), and amenities used were good. Bed quality for a room of this price was barely acceptable and some of the furnishings were awkward. The desk is part of a multi-purpose cabinet; it is too high, especially for the uncomfortable task chair provided. The lounge chair was stiff and sitting under a floor lamp with a shade way too large for the space. Probably not issues that most people would care about, but I spent a lot of time working in the room during my visit. Desk staff were very pleasant.

We made a quick stop at this hotel on our way to a funeral. My husband accidentally left a pair of shoes that were not only very expensive but extremely sentimental. We received a call from Andra about 45 minutes after checking out to say that housekeeping found the shoes he left. She held onto them with our name for the long weekend so we could pick them up on our way home. This was so thoughtful and above and beyond what should be expected and we are extremely grateful!!!

The staff made a key for someone else and sent them to my room they just walked right into my room. No telling if my valuable belongings would have still been there the next day or if they had sent a drunk or someone dangerous to my room. But later how they handled it was disappointing as well. I politely notified them my concern that this is a safety and security problem and I hope they address it. The desk attendant said "well let me see if i can give you a refund". I never asked for a refund I just wanted them to show some level of care for the situation other than just "woops wrong room". But she said "i would give you a full refund but because you booked on expedia I can\'t do that but you can do it through expedia" later expedia said the hotel rejected they ever said it so it just made me more frustrated they just lied to get me to go away. Also expedia didn\'t follow through and notify me within 72 hours like they said they would. This shows me a lack of care on expedia\'s part as well and I will be sure to not use expedia again and tell everyone i know to avoid using expedia.

My only complaint would be about the breakfast. it was 8:20am which was 40 minutes before breakfast was over, and there weren't many scrambled eggs left at that point. I scooped up a few which left a few, and I noticed instead of putting out a fresh batch, the bfst attendant scooped up what was left, into a small pile and left them until the end of breakfast. The eggs were old to begin with.

Had to drive through Kansas and stayed here for the night. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and looked taken care of. Breakfast was nice - biscuits & gravy, eggs & sausage, waffle maker, juices, pastries, etc. The hotel is also in walking distance to a couple of restaurants, which was nice after a long day of sitting in the car.
