Always a nice stay at this Baymont. Very close to lots of things but still on it's own so it's quiet. Very nice staff, all amenities working fine like the gym and laundry rooms.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchenette has full sized appliances. There is plenty of parking. Easy shopping within 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The place was nice. Clean and comfortable. Only problem was a couple of the outside lights on the west of the building were out. Making it pretty dark near the close exit for us. All in all would stay there again.

So for the price it was ok. However our key cards kept not working and had to be replaced over and over. The house keeping staff did not leave us toilet paper. There is no ice machine. The air conditioning ca n not be set below 67, and is only in one room, so I felt the room was too hot. Housekeeping kept turning off the air when they came in the room when we were gone, and then it was very uncomfortable when we got back to the room. Breakfast was ok, but the person making the eggs did not know how to make them. They were gritty and inedible. The juice machine was broken, so the only drink available was coffee. The dishwasher in our room, did not work, and had a broken sign on it. The pool was closed by the health department! The beds were comfortable to sleep on. If you want to cook or eat, bring your own dishes. We had two plates, and a couple mismatched glasses and silverware. The police came while we were there and spent a couple hours searching the property. Never did find out what for.

While the location was quiet and private, the facilities were not very kept up and clean. We had to ask the front desk more than once for room supplies. The room was not vacuumed before our arrival or during our stay. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room was not much better. Complimentary breakfast was OK and the outdoor pool area was nice.

Staff was pretty rude and did not communicate with us. Breakfast was awful... cold rubber eggs, burnt coffee, and everything else ran out. Staff did not care or try to help. Carpets were dirty everywhere, blinds and finishes were broken, bed was lumpy and uneven, various outlets and lamps did not work. They didn't refill the coffee/tea from day to day. Hallways smelled like smoke and there were stains on the floor all over. Place really isn't taken care of and we felt like they didn't care about us, either. Will not be back.

If you have a load of pets, are a heavy smoker, and don't mind trading filth for low price, this is the place for you. I spent time checking into Baymont online and none of it was honored. There were so many things not functional that it would not be possible to list them all. The towel rack and toilet paper roll fell off the wall. We had to fix out own dishwasher. This place has not had anything other than a surface clean in a long time. Things I found thar should not have been in the room were a mac and cheese box, old ketchup, a pet dish, and a used drug pipe. On the upside, the pool was was nice.

The room was not clean, when walking with no socks my feet turned almost black. There were weird stains on the floor, dark red that almost looked like blood. The room smelt like someone had smoked and tried to poorly cover the smell. The free breakfast was really bad, very limited options and some things tasted off. It was in a nice area which helped the boost rating but overall I would not stay again unless it was super cheap.

The first room we were given had FECES WIPED ON THE BATHROOM WALL!! Had we not been so exhausted from a 10 hour driving travel day we would have just left. We did get a new room, which appeared cleaner at first glance. However the chair and couch were too stained to even want to sit on, and every surface in the room had some sort of dirt. There were hairs on the nightstand and tub that weren’t ours, I would never, EVER stay here again. It was really loud and people were drinking, cooking, and partying everywhere. I didn’t feel safe allowing my 13 year old in the pool based on the people in the hallways-they were staring at her in regular clothes, no way she was putting on a bikini!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Oh! And the exact same rooms we were given were mentioned least week in a terrible review as well! Rooms 133 and 138.

The room they gave us smelled like mold as soon as we opened the door and mold was found on the ceiling. We were moved to another room that wasn’t as bad but we were completely turned off from the hotel, so we left and booked another.

This hotel has it all! Location is quiet but still close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Super clean. Has a full kitchen which is great for extended stays. Beds were new and comfortable with good pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was fast and easy, we knew going in the property was dated but it was worse than we thought. We were on the 1st floor and as soon as we rounded the corner the weed small slapped you in the face. Get to the room and it’s hot so we turn on the air which is a small old wall unit that has some contraption on it which allowed very little airflow. Even on high you couldn’t feel much air at all. Bed was awful, and the furniture was stained along with old dirty carpet. Didn’t want to take me shoes off for anything. We rolled the dice considering the room was only 77.00 but spend another 30.00 and stay elsewhere if you value a good night’s sleep

Power was out upon arrival and when it was restored after waiting an hour the concierge took the clients walking thru the door for check in and not the people who had been waiting in the lobby for the hour and then argued with us about why we were upset. Very rude and didn’t even offer water for the wait. Cards had to be reprogram several times and had to ask for amenities like tissue and sugar

There were mattress all over the hallways and trash bags everywhere. Smelled like smoke and body odor. Not clean whatsoever and the service did not meet expectations. We waiting 15 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. Hotel was noisy and outdated. We did not even spend the night in the room because this hotel is so bad. Don’t recommend staying here.

Check-in process took forever, as no one was at the front when we arrived. Husband waited out front 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Feeling a bit frustrated they wouldn’t let us check out late. I just gave birth 3 hours before checking in and our appointment isn’t until 4:30 next day with our provider. While I know the typical procedure and checkout time is already established, there are just some times in life when you hope someone could go the extra mile to help out another, but nope we are being charged for two nights so that we aren’t laying around in our truck for 3 hours before a two hour drive home.

Loved our 2 BR suite! I asked for top floor, quiet room and they obliged! We also left behind some items and they shipped to us. (We paid for the shipping but i was so grateful they were willing to go to the trouble.) Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful check in by the night clerk we got there at 10:30. She was friendly helpful. We got to our room. It was all clean very well taken care of and we had a very restful night sleep and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast wasn’t upgraded Cotton out of breakfast with eggs and sausage and the dining room was clean. The checkout clerk had a couple grumpy people in the morning, but she was very positive with those interactions. We would love to stay here again. Thank you the house keeping amazing job keeping everything clean.

The property was near a residential community which was pretty nice but the staff definitely needs to work on their customer service skills and explaining a little bit about location of elevator, when breakfast is and making the check in a bit smoother and quicker. The room definitely made up for all the other things that were lackin. It was very spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a good breakfast then keep moving, this wasn't the place.

I stayed months ago and stay was great. This time around was not the best. The kitchen in room had crumbs on floor like it wasn’t cleaned well or not cleaned at all, the staff at desk was not the best when it came to breakfast. It was 8:40 and a customer asked for biscuits and gravy because that was what was served as shot breakfast but was gone when she arrived. The lady at front desk said there was no more. It should not be first come first serve but customers should be served till the time posted which was up till 9 am. If they run out before 9 the. Another batch should be made. There was no milk left for cereal or syrup for pancakes and they would not refill. Very disappointing to see how they treated that customer and by not refilling the other items. It was not yet 9 and if we gave them business by booking there then they should have been kind to refill and make some extra biscuits and gravy. Overall stay experience was a 4 for me out of a 10. I don’t think I’ll ever book there again.

Overall, the say left a lot to be desired, the price paid does not reflect the quality of stay. Hallway leading up to the room smelt of mildew and had an old dirty look. Microwave in room did not work. Bedding on beds were paper thin. All remotes for TV's were missing the backs. You were unable to get the shower to fully be in "shower mode", tube faucet and shower head ran together. Went to breakfast in the morning at roughly 9am and most of the food was gone and replenishment took a while. Waffle mix seemed to be watered down, scrambled eggs were cold, sausage patties cold, and was not a fan of the milk being in a non-see-through container. Would not recommend staying.

My wife and I both got sick. We ate breakfast on Wed. 9-18-24. The front desk person, also ran the kitchen forgot to turn on the heating element for the sausage and eggs. They were barely warm we needed to eat and leave. After a few hours on the road we started getting sick. We called front desk to report being sick and she remembered not turning it on. I threw up all day long on our trip going south. I had to call my MD to get prescription for food poisoning. I am just stating to feel more normal on 9-25-24. We wanted to stay there again on our way back home in Oct. We like the place but are leery to stop there again. Something made us sick from the breakfast there. Thank you, Lloyd Simpson
