Baymont by Wyndham Wichita East

Rooom was only partially cleaned 2 out of 5 days & I had to request that, other days not cleaned even when requested! Breakfast never hot only lukewarm. Towels not replaced or only towels but not wash cloths. Always had to ask for something. Only 2 hangers when I first arrived and drawers had dirt in them. Staff not always at desk and phone didn’t work on arrival. On plus side Kelly was extremely helpful and bed was very comfortable.

Smelled bad, first room didn't have a locking door. Thankful for second room with locking door. Booked because this hotel had good reviews. Hate to see what the other hotels are like.

Overall, the hotel was decent for a one-night stay, but I don’t think we would choose to stay there again. While the staff was friendly and the overall environment was okay, the cleanliness of our room was concerning. There were several spots on the comforter that appeared to be blood, along with similar splatters on the bathroom floor and shower curtain. Additionally, I unrolled what appeared to be a clean washcloth, but it had dark stains on it—possibly makeup. These issues made the room feel unsanitary, and it raised concerns about the overall laundry and cleaning standards. Unfortunately, that overshadowed an otherwise average stay.
