A nice hotel near the airport, with lots of space and plenty of conference facilities. It is in need of a bigger renovation, but they are working to maintain it. They did take out the hot tub, and the restaurant did not have great reviews so we ended up ordering in. The front desk staff was very friendly and we appreciated there kindness and accommodations and requests for a late check out.

It is beautiful inside and staff was amazing. We arrived to an out of order walk about door that was repaired by morning. We asked for extra towels which we received in a timely manner. Our room AC was not working properly and we were moved across the hall immediately. Warm baked cookies were offered at the door which was a nice welcome but they failed to notify us that they had walnuts; thank goodness it is a mild-moderate allergic reaction because he ate his cookie before I saw it had walnuts. For being as close to the airport as it was, we never heard any planes. The shuttle was nice. Breakfast buffet was $19, not a small fee. The pool is small but clean. There is NO hot tub even though there is a picture of one. All in all, for $99/night we would stay again.

The booking site and the website both say free parking and airport shuttle. However when you check in, you are told it is $9 per day to park your car there. This was the entire reason I spent $120 for the hotel was for the free parking-that I am now paying for! Not cool Double Tree! We will never be back!

Comfortable, clean, welcoming EXCEPT so many things were out of order or needed maintenance. Out of order: elevator, ice machine, portions of vending machines, the ac unit in my room sounded like something metallic was stuck in the fan blades and the unit cover kept falling off.

There was surprisingly little noise from the airport, though the air conditioner in the room was a bit loud. The pillows were comfortable. The room also had an easy chair, a desk, and a mini fridge. The shuttle service was very convenient.

The elevator was down all week. Even though there is another in North tower it's unacceptable when there are 5 floors and almost a hundred rooms per floor. The restaurant was not only sub par, the menu, staff and food options are all disorganized and random. The staff can be heard multiple times an evening complaining about the guests that they are serving but also can be so slow that someone in our party went and refiled their own water. Some nights, food that wasn't ordered for the table would come out to us.On the second to last night we were there, someone in our party ordered mashed potatoes with their meal. The potatoes came out almost like an appetizer and he had to tell the bar tender that he wanted it with his meal. We were sorted at a table away from the bar. When our meals came out, he had mashed potatoes and french fries all half portions. I wish I could say that was the only thing wrong but we actually ended up sending back my tuna due to it being severely over cooked. We didn't eat there again. Everyone but the bar staff and the night hostess were pleasant and accommodating. Sadly we fly into Wichita for work often and this was our go to place. Now I think we will be researching other options.

Hotel was very up to date and clean. Bed was comfortable, keurig was clean which is never the case in hotels. Bedding and towels smelled nice and clean. Being next to the airport we were worried it would be loud but we never heard one plane.

We arrived Friday, January 24, and were told that we would have no water after 9pm until the next morning because of "scheduled" maintenance so we had to fill a cooler with water and then fill the tanks in the toilet to be able to use it. The next morning we woke to maid service banging on our door at 8 am we asked they please come back later. When we returned that evening our room was a mess and they had not cleaned it and it smelled like sewer gas. Also when the water came back on the toilet had black streaks in it that were never cleaned as well. This was a terrible experience. This was a weekend stay for my husbands birthday and it was not a good experience at all. I expect much more from a Hilton property. Our entire stay should be comped at this point. This could not have been Scheduled maintenance! Had it been there would have been some kind of forewarning and there was not until we arrived and then could do nothing about it and we paid full price? I have travelled extensively for work for catastrophe work and have stayed in hotels that had issues due to hurricanes, etc and have to say this was one of the worst and handled horribly

Very noisy. Bathroom sink was not draining at all. Shower door track was dirty. Clothes iron did not work. Bathroom exhaust fan cycling on and off all night. When I mentioned all these deficiencies to the front desk the next morning, they just smiled and said, "Sorry." I'm requesting a full refund for my stay. My guess is I won't get one. I travel frequently to Wichita for business, but I am not staying here again.

All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Yes, ALL of them! Love those free cookies. Good lighting, comfortable, clean and well-organized room. Whenever we go there the staff makes us feel like family. In the past, McKenzie has gone out of her way to help us. When we go to Wichita, the Doubletree is the only place for us.

I stay here everytime I travel to Wichita. It has been my go to! The staff is always very professional and curtious. The rooms are always very clean and well taken care of. I like to be comfortable when traveling and The doubletree inn has always provided that.

It was the most relaxing, nice, clean, comfortable stay. I've had in years. II cannot rave enough about this place. Beds are super comfortable. Everything is sparkeling clean the people are the nicest people ever. You get a cookie you when you walk in the door which, hello, who does that besides your Grandma. Anything I needed. It was the most attentive and lovely stay ever. Without being overbearing, they text me to see how it was going. Let me text if i needed anything. I text them at 2 o'clock in the morning and they were right on it. It was the best day ever. We had suite which was phenomenal.I just can't say enough about it

The walking distance from the airport is very convenient. But, regardless of the time you are heading out for your flight, a shuttle is waiting to bring you around the corner. I like dropping my car off the night before I leave and walking over.

The restaurant was slammed due to the last minute arrivals after the airport closed due to snow. The staff were pretty harried, which was understandable. It was the poor food quality that was the problem.

The location is perfect for airport travel and the best part of the hotel is the restaurant. We have stayed and eaten at the restaurant multiple times in past few months and you just can't beat it. The restaurant is fabulous - the salads, hamburger, and steak have all been excellent and the service is top-notch. Highly Recommend

Bedding is amazing! My wife always wants to steal the pillows! The bar staff is friendly, awesome, and helpful. Good drink selection. The restaurant menu needs improved. The menu use to be great. The last several times staying there the past couple years, we've just done take out or uber eats. A lot of food available in the area too. The restaurant menu has gone downhill though.
