The hotel its self was great! We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant! The guy at the front desk was amazing when we checked in! My issue is with the management! My car was hit in the parking lot and they refused to give us any information so we could call the police we knew what truck it was! We had proof! They acted like it happens all the time and did not want the attention!

We chose this hotel for the pool for the kids and it was under renovation and was not advertised as so. We were told they would be able to swim in the morning and it was still closed. I overheard another employee telling another guest that it would not be available the next afternoon. We were very disappointed. The restaurant was also closed.

We have stayed here multiple times and never had any issues. The only thing this time was, on Sunday as we were getting around to leave, Housekeeping knocked on 2 different occasions and before I could get to the door they were coming in. I don’t appreciate this as it is my right to stay until my checkout time, which according to your site is 12:00pm. The other thing I, and other patrons, don’t appreciate is not being able to find a spot to park because the hotels ballroom is being used for an event. I understand hosting events but maybe you have separate parking for people attending events and cater more to your PAYING customers that are STAYING in your hotel. Other the that, our stay was great. We had an issue with our TV and the technician was there within 15 mins. We really do enjoy staying here and we always stay in a suite for the extra room! A few minor adjustments would make this hotel top notch! See you next year!

We just got home last night from our vacation! We stayed here for a week and a half! It was nice! They have a great pool and hot tub. Laundry on sixth floor and coffee every morning! The outdoor area is great to relax by the fire pit and walk the dog in the grass! Great place for kids and pets! We in joyed and will be back again!

Nothing unique, the staff were friendly. We needed a pet friendly room and it was on the first floor which was nice. However, someone had smoked in the room which was bothersome. The shower wasn’t as clean as it couldn’t been. There was black on the grout where water hit the most. Should be scrubbed. Overall we would stay again.

I have stayed here multiple times over the past 2-3 years and it has become progressively worse. It was in great shape when I first stayed here. For my most recent stay, the room thermostat was not working intermittently - set room to 70 but would not cool below 73 and intermittently would start and stop all night, making for a very uncomfortable night. The carpet looked dirty as well. Location is very convenient and staff is pleasant - property needs some work !

Staff was friendly and prepared for us! Unfortunately there was a strong weed smell as soon as we stepped out of our room, and all the all the way to the lobby. Plus our shower wasn’t cleaned, and had lots of hair in it. Would stay again, but maybe not first choice.

Room was clean. Had an issue with the toilet but staff was responsive. Good thing that was early because when we tried to get ahold of the front desk at 2am when our neighbors were loud we dialed every number but the restaurant and there was no answer. We were traveling from AZ to WI and had a 10 hour drive the next day and were up from 2am until 5 due to the noise from the loud neighbors and doors slamming with no support from staff asking to keep it down. Made for a restless night. Staff should have been available.

The overall physical property was great - this Holiday Inn has been around for a very long time and the renovations have mostly been superb. Staff were very friendly. However, the heat in my room was not functioning on what was a very cold night. The thermostat did not allow it to exceed 65 degrees. I hunkered down under all my covers, went to sleep and the next morning was so cold it was hard to get out of bed. Had maintenance look at it (they were very responsive) and discovered the unit needed to be replaced. Manager attempted to give me a discount on the room, but, because I booked through Expedia, was not able to.

When we were there it was suppose to be a romantic little get away. There was a family with young kids next to us and as parents we didnt mind the noise but they wouldnt stop playing the door handle that connected the rooms. We left until it was "quiet" time and they did it almost all night. When something was said to the staff they just smiled and answered the phone. The second was a dog that barked the entire night and again when something was said they juat smiled. We werent looking for a handout but a solution. The room was comfortable and smelled wonderfully clean. The cleaning staff was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. When we went to the bar none of our mixed drinks were made correctly but the staff was friendly until it was stated that our drinks were off. So i guess if things could have been offered for solution we would want to come back but we will look for more options if that time comes.

Mario with Maintenance visited my room, immediately upon arrival, to correct a problem with my television. Urinal, on the Front Desk, had done all he could to correct the problem, but he was not successful. I checked in and my key was not working so Luis walked me to my room and made sure everything worked out.

The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and pleasant. However, their sustem for check in was down when we arrived and delayed our check in. The manager was apologetic and offered drink coupons which was very nice. The room was fine, needs an update, the bathroom especially. The restaurant is under construction and the temporary restaurant is not great but I’m sure will be better when they re open. Cute dog park in the back, great pool and gym.

When we came in around 9:30 on 9/11/25 we waited over 5 minutes before Tiffa, the person responsible for greeting guests & handing out your room card came to help us and the other guests that were waiting as well. She wasn’t near but in another area watching TV. She wasn’t friendly; never apologized for being away & not noticing that guests were waiting to check in.

Hot tub is broken and has been broken awhile now. The lock on our hotel room is broken couldn't get the door to open half the time. The beds are very comfortable. And the outside fire pit is very nice to seat around. The Breakfast buffet at green mill was ok was not worth the $12.99 buffet charge aw they Didn't keeo it stocked. They didnt have any buscuits for the biscuits and gravy. Didn't have any muffins and the drink station was out of water and we so thristy. Never had a wastress check on us to see if we was doing ok.. we got up to try to get more food and someone came and took everything off our table. And threw it all away. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and for that kind of price i could have stayed at homewood suites which is always 10 star s.

Our stay was just what we needed before heading back home to st. Louis. My only conplaint is that they do not have room service even though it stays online that they do. Also the "restaurant" that they have isnt a restaurant. Its more of a banquet hall with some tables and chairs that serve pretty terrible food. Id stay away from their for sure

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. This visit was good, but there were a few issues that could be improved. We had four people in our two queen bed room, but like last time, they only provided 3 bath towels. If a room sleeps 4 people there should always be adequate towels, etc. The urns at the coffee bar were empty when I went down at 7:30 a.m. and another guest said they had been empty for a while. The front desk worker brought out a cart to take them for re-filling, but kept getting interrupted by guests coming and going. Two people in our party went to the restaurant for breakfast, but didn’t see anyone waiting tables so they decided to go elsewhere. It seems like these issues are related to staffing levels. While not dealbreakers they take away from an otherwise very nice hotel experience.
