A great place to stay in Wichita. Clean and friendly staff. Airport shuttle got us right there on time.

Nice hotel in the center of everything. Right on the riverwalk. Room was comfortable, clean and newly remodeled. Included breakfast, dinner and drinks are pretty good and convenient. Roof hot tub was nice, plus another indoor tub and pool.

We like the two hot tubs at this hotel and the indoor pool. The parking garage is more secure which is good. Great location in downtown Wichita. Clean rooms.

Great service! Room was updated, roomy, and clean. Breakfast was clean, tidy, and fresh with so many options. Also, parking garage felt very secure. Terrific stay!

Drury Plaza is historic. It’s old but very nice. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable AND you get happy hour each night! We enjoyed the free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was good for something quick. Beautiful building and they provide covered parking next store for $10 per night but there’s a covered walking bridge to the hotel. The Arkansas River is out their door with a very nice walking path. A ‘must’ stop is the Veteran Memorial just a short walk on the path.

Convenient, quiet, well secured Didn't know that parking was an additional fee. I might have missed that when I was booking the suite.

The hotel was amazing! Clean rooms super quiet! Delicious breakfast! Rooftop hot tub!

The 5:00 kickback is always a perk. Had me to pay for parking in the parking garage when there is limited parking on the street is a little frustrating why they don't just include it. Was within walking distance of where we were needing to go. Would stay again.

Overall this stay was amazing. The staff was awesome and super entertaining especially one man who I know loves his job which was in the dining area serving drinks the black gentleman and his name began with a C, he was by far my favorite part of the stay. We got there and went straight to food on Super Bowl Sunday and it was awesome everything as far as Hotel food was way better than expected, After eating we ran straight down to the hot tub which was equally as good. Upon returning to our room and getting ready to jump in the shower we noticed there was hair all over the tub which was in my personal opinion utterly disgusting. When I brought it to the front desk staff they apologized and then made the excuse of oh we had a lot of check out this morning so they probably just were in a hurry and Misfit which left me no Comfort to say that two things one you're usually not that busy and two that it's okay when you're busy to lower the standards. Instead of just saying let us switch your rooms led me to believe I may still get another dirty room, he asked if we would like to switch rooms, yes I want to switch rooms you gave me a room with extra hair. I was highly disappointed in how this handled and that it occurred in the first place. However, the staff, food, amenities, and spectacular views of the river at sunset we're more than enough for me to say I'd stay here a again for cerain.

The room was clean but there were a lot of spots on the floor of the elevators and the walk to the lobby of water or were someone spilled a drink. During my stay one of the main elevators broke which i understand was a bunch of kids fault but they also were not doing anything about children running around unsupervised so it coukd have been avoided. Also with there being only one vent in the room in the corner, the ac did not keep up.

We stayed here because it was close to our venue. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. They had good food and the hot tub was great. The only issue we had was in the morning there was no hot water. Will definitely return!!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was very impressed. It’s very secure, immaculate, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Check in to this property was fairly simple, staff was nice enough at check in. Bedroom was clean, daughter noticed a stain on her sheet, which she removed. Side note: I hate hotels with carpet. Okay back to business, next kitchenette and closet were fine. Bathroom, towels were left on the counter as if housekeepers left in a hurry. The toilet paper roll was empty as was back up TP. OMG when I got to the shower that was actually listed as a combination tub/shower but was not, IT WAS DISGUSTING!! There was so much hair in the shower, the drain, the walls, and outside the shower on the floor. At first I didn’t notice there was so much hair but the more I used my scrubber stick to do my own cleaning the more hair piled up on the sponge, and then I flat out gave up because that shower needed a full detail cleaning. Back to that carpet, if my shower had that much hair, I can only imagine what the carpet would look like if the carpet was light and not dark in color. At this point I couldn’t take the room, so I reported back to the front desk. Insert new desk clerk who was amazing and really did try to fix our situation. We were moved from the 5th floor to the 7th floor, after settling in our room no more than 10 minutes I begin to sneeze nonstop and did not stop until after checking out. I was miserable. Enjoyed the hot tubs, kickback event shout out the the the bartender , the restaurant shout out to older black lady. I’m terrible with names sorry. Amenities and town are great!!

Enjoy the riverwalk, but did not appreciate that city allows the homeless people live under the bridges along the riverwalk. Felt very unsafe to see so many homeless along the riverwalk. Made my concerns to the front desk and was told it was out of their hands. When checked-in and went to our suite, I noticed that the bathroom sink was not draining properly. Twice I went and complained about and nothing was done. The day we were checking out, the sink was still not draining properly but also the cold water was not shutting off. I went to have breakfast and after breakfast I decided to see if the two holes that were suppose to take the over flow of water took care of the overflow. It was a good thing I did, because when I got to the room the sink was flooding. I went and complained to the front office and they once again sent a maintenance person. By then the sink was smelling like sewer. When the maintenance person got there and took the water holder, there was so much crap held in the sink drain. It was so disgusting I almost my breakfast. I always enjoyed staying at Duruy but after my experience at Wichita, KS, I will consider other wise.

My only complaint is there is A LOT of street noise! Sounded like some drag racing during the night!

The room was more than spaceious. Majority of the 8th floor windows arealmost floor to celing which is not your typical 9 to 10 foot its closer to 20. An amazing stay if you want a big city feel in the heart of wichita

The bed was not very comfortable and my husband’s legs hung off the edge of the bed. He’s only 6”3.

Great place to stay and pretty great views of downtown if you have a higher room. Buildings directly surrounding it aren't the prettiest but still a great stay from the staff and facilities provided. Also good location in being away from the center of downtown but still in close proximity to it.

Check in was good. Bed was uncomfortable. Light shining through the window. Air conditioner made loud noise when starting and stopping. A lot of noise from outside of the room

I was really impressed with this hotel, great location, nice rooms, and the common areas were really pretty. Room was clean and attractive, shower had good water pressure, we had a great view of the river. Wi-Fi was excellent, the TV was a little dated. Pool area was very nice with two hot tubs that were actually hot. Breakfast was really good, dinner was okay, both were included. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Wichita.

Hotel was nice but amenities were very dated. Also difficult to sleep at night because the AC wasn’t able to keep a consistent temperature so the room would get hot before AC would kick in and when the AC did kick in, it was really loud

Check-in was at 3. At 530pm I still didn’t have a room. The front desk was apologetic. The manager never acknowledged the problem and stood by talking to a security guard. Heaven forbid a little courtesy being extended and the manager taking the time to speak to me after a 2-1/2hr delay! I was tired after a 4hr drive so I went and waited in my car. The front desk lady called me when they finally cleaned a room. The stairs on the skywalk are rusted underneath. Neat view but really needs service. The elevators are extremely narrow and small so it took sometime to get to the lower levels from the 6th floor. The windows in the room are really small which makes enjoying the view difficult. The bathroom was nice. It had a shower in the tub and a stand-alone shower. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. Maybe I could've had a lukewarm beverage instead of a room temperature one. The linens felt as old as the hotel. When I finally got ready for bed, I noticed a spider in the top corner of the wall that I couldn't safely reach. The maintenance man came and promptly smashed the spider with the broom and left what was left of the it on the wall. The breakfast had a variety of hot, healthy and cold foods. Had beverage and coffee bar. If food is top priority, this maybe the place for you. If you'd like your room ready and decent service, I'd pass and go across the river to their competitor.

The staff was FANTASTIC! Johnny who checked us in, Costello in the Mezzanine, the breakfast staff, were all attentive and friendly and more than polite. Whatever you are doing for hiring or training, KEEP doing it.

Staff has always been amazing. Front desk, maintenance, dining staff etc. Very pleasant, clean and accommodating. Can’t wait until our next stay.

We checked into this hotel tonight and have had nothing but a horrible unprofessional. MAJOR Customer service issue with the Front desk night supervisor. She was belligerent, rude, absolutely refused to help us at check in with a quiet room. Instead she placed us across the elevator on the Group floor hosting young students because we booked through Expedia. The room was very loud and heard of room outside hall conversations. Our only option which we didn’t do was to pay an extra fee. The room rate before all this was very overpriced above the listing on their website and we paid the hotel directly at check in. I even tried to explain we didn’t need an ada room ( was the only option at booking time but was accosted and harassed specifically by the night front supervisor refusing to help since we used Expedia. The assistant manager wasn’t even better and after mentioning what occurred never followed up with us or helped. The reviews mentioned this hotel as a wonderful place today and has been just a total nightmare and senior management definitely lacked any type of common courtesy or professionalism.

Every single member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff helped answer my questions about transportation. The girls helping with the food were extremely great and fun! Even the cleaning staff would tell you to have a nice day as you walked by.

I would never recommend this hotel. Even to an enemy. Service was horrid. Amanda and Anok at the desk were not helpful. So many mistakes were made just checking in. Example writing room 288 on the card and no such room exists. Made me late for my daughter's wedding rehearsal. Several other issues. There were other people on the elevator complaining about this hotel. It is ashame. This location is nice.

Check in time is 3 pm. did not get a room key until 6:30 pm - 3 HOURS later. Had to get ready for an event in the lobby bathroom!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

The hotel itself is very nice and the River Walk is, too. The drugged up crazy people and trash under the bridges were awful to see.

It’s the perfect hotel for when there is a show at Century 2. A little walk across the street.

I enjoyed this hotel. The historic architecture was beautiful and I enjoyed the hot food both in the morning and in the evening. Walking along the river walk was pleasant as well.

All was good but the neighborhood around the property felt incredibly unsafe! When I asked the concierge about parking break ins he mentioned they have a gaurd taking a walk around a ciuple of times and they haven't had any break ins in 3 months which was actually not that reassuring. But thankfully our stay went well, but we were very worried about our car.

The location is ideal, right across from Century II.

Easy walk to Intrust Center. Free breakfast was better than a typical free breakfast. Happy hour with 3 free drinks, snacks, and a small buffet with enough food to actually call it a dinner (salad, entree, etc) and including a soda fountain. This hotel exceeded my expectations to the point that I couldn’t wait to leave a review, ha!

It was awesome! Great value for the scenery and the amenities they offer. The kick back hour was great! Breakfast felt like and tasted as if I was at an actual restaurant. I wanna go back just because!

Was not impressed with the buffet for dinner. I understand it was a complementary but was not very good. Sloppy Joe’s and hot dogs w/Mac cheese was not what I expected for a buffet at a nice hotel special since it cost 250 dollars for one night that included paying 12 dollars for parking garage access too.

The location adjacent to Century II was.perfect. The room was well appointed and spacious for a historic hotel. The evening buffet was a pleasant surprise but was lacking in vegetarian options.

The prices at the AVI restaurant are too expensive. They need a good 24/7 room service menu for food.

Outstanding value hotel. Free food and drinks in the evening was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good too. Best quality and value hotel I’ve stayed in for a while.

Dated, paper plates, just not up to the Drury standards I've been accustom to across the chain.
