The motel next door is kind of shady. But overall they have an amazing pool and the hot tub and the gym area is nice. They have an amazing conference area downstairs we've used in the past but not on this trip I live in Wichita and when we can get the room for a decent price we like to go once in awhile. The hotel was not clean and the hot tub would not warm up. There was black fur floating in the pool. I had to park behind the hotel and walk through an unsafe area where people were laying on the sidewalk. The pool was supposed to close at 10 we had a pool side room. It was after 10 and the pool was still occupied with loud guests. My card was charged (not a hold) $100 on top of the amount paid to Hotels.com

Cable was out in the room. Refrigerator was leaking on the floor when I came in the first time. Only two towels in the room, and no pool towels. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. Only hot water in the shower. Mattress had broken springs. Vending machine ate my money. Jets on the hot tub only worked on one side. One sauna was out of order. Curtains in the room didnt fully cover the window, so if someone wanted to, they could see into our room from the pool area. Overall terrible place to stay.

We are totally disappointed in our stay. From dirty rooms, the smell of sewage, the keys had to be reprogrammed after every use almost, no hot water in the shower nor sink, hearing doors slamming all night. This was a horrible experience and they shouldn’t even be allowed to be use especially on your site. The cloudiest indoor pool I have seen. Ceilings have water stains throughout the building. Not worth the disappointment!!

The style of the pool area, sauna area was nice. The pool needed cleaning bevause it was cloudy and the hot tub was unavailble. Safety seems to be a bit of a concern since someone tried to gain access to our room when we first arrived. It was well after 6pm and they claimed to be housekeeping. My room was clean but the king bed frame was broken and bed was wobbly. I hit my leg on the bed from that cause a gash. There were not enough bath towels in the room and when we asked for more towels, we were told they would bring them and we never received them. The remote turned on the tv but would not change channels. So i could watch tv.the hallway smelled severely like cigarettes smoke and after hours a lot of loud music could be heard. Otherwise the staff was very nice.

The beds were made in the room but the room itself was not clean trash was bot emptied and there was still food in the fridge. We asked for an extra blanket and never got one brought to us. The pool was dirty and the ceiling above the pool could peel and fall at ant time and the hot tub was disgusting. The heater quit working through the night. There were lots of people hanging around outside and broken down cars in the parking lot. I would NOT recommend staying here at all!

It was disgusting, waited 15 min in the lobby ringing the bell multiple times. Dirty water coming from the faucets, door was dismantling and had some sort of goo like glue on it. The man at the desk gave us the wrong floor number so we were just trying to get into someone else’s room! We had to switch rooms 2 times. Heater barely worked considering the temperature I could see but still it’s an establishment where people go to sleep/comfort. None of the towels were clean either, my friend had to ask housekeeping for clean towels.

The first room’s lock did not work, moved to another room after 30 minutes. The sheets were dirty. Moved to a third room. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. The tv remote would not work. The people next door were very loud. I was told this was the only room left. I reserved this room based on online reviews-which were highly inaccurate. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was the only hotel with available room. Thankfully I was only staying one night. The young man at the front desk was trying hard as he was the only one working. He did his best in a bad situation.

I don’t recommend, It was cheap but as soon as you walk in, you can tell it wasnt cleaned because the rooms were dirty, there were dead cockroaches, and mouse poop on the balcony. The sheets were stained and there an awful smell of urine. They couldnt provide sheets and blankets for the pull out bed , that was just a piece of thin foam with chunks taken out of it. The rooms were thin so we could hear everything. The hot tub was so dirty there was stuff floating around in it. Want cheap, get cheap. Think where you put your money in.

This property was so bad I feel scammed. They had beautiful pictures on expedia.com. Upon arrival I immediately noticed how run down the building is. Once inside to my horror it smelled like raw sewage. I booked a Jacuzzi suite and the Jacuzzi was broken down and disgusting. The walls of the room were disgusting so was the floor and the bathroom. I had already prepaid for this room so we had no choice but to stay. The pictures on expedia are not of this hotel. I feel scammed out of my money. Destroyed my 10yr anniversary trip. It was supposed to be a romantic Jacuzzi suite and instead i walked into a dumpster. We didnt want to even touch anything in there it was so disgusting.

Dirty not kept up at all. Parking lot was filthy along with the inside of the room. Holes in the walls sketchy people all around the parking lot. The pictures is a big LIE this hotel needs to be torn down.and if you want a late checkout they charge you but not sure what for. It’s not like we stopping them from cleaning because they don’t clean anyways.

We went through 3 rooms before being able to settle in for the night. The first room had not been cleaned yet and it was 3 hours after normal check-in time. The second room had a/c that never got cold. The third and final room didnt have a remote for the t.v. We had to go back to the front desk for all of these issues. The response from staff was never apologetic and very unconcerned. The room itself was average. Stains on comforter. The self serve toiletries were all filled with lotion- no shampoo or body wash. The toilet seat had about half the paint wore off. There were so many little details that would have taken little to no money to fix. They just didn't care! I learned my lesson...if the booking is non-refundable, there is a reason!

The hotel was supposedly smoke free, but the hallway outside of our room reeked on pot. Also I paid for a suite with jacuzzi, the knob was broken, smoke detector was hanging on the wall, the volume to the tv did not work. The next morning, there was no COLD water at all. Breakfast was served on the 6th floor in a room with no air conditioning. It was sweltering. It appeared to me that they had a lot of "long term residents" where they rented rooms. There were people coming from cars in the parking lot, going straight to the pool, pretty sure they weren't even paying guests. Looked like an amazing pool from the images, but didn't even use due to amount of people.

The property was awful! The lobby looked very inviting and clean. Our check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6:30pm and was told our room wasn’t clean and it would be 30 minutes. As we, finally, made our way up the stairs to our room, there was an exterior window in the hallway busted and missing. Our bedding had cigarette burns it, the ice bucket had what appeared to be ashes, and the coffee pod holder had broken jewelry in it. The pool area had a drop cord running next to the pool to the hot tub. The pool room was also missing glass.

Where do I even start? Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. They saidbit would be about an hour and a half, so I went and watched my son at his track meet. I got back at 7:15. My room wasn't ready until 8:30pm. Then they let me into the room but I had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring me a key for my room. There was no cable. They charge a $50 deposit that there was no mention of before I booked. There was not enough towels for people. While I was sitting there waiting for my room many guests were coming down to complain about not having towels or something not working in their room. My room had no ice bicket or shower gel. Worst stay I have had in a long time.

We waited 10 minutes to get checked in. No one was around. We paid for a more expensive room to that was supposed to come with snacks and drinks we got none. Then once checked in the guy said let me see if the room is even cleaned and we waited again. Then at the pool there were 2 police officers that came and were investigating something in a room. When we arrived at the Red Roof Inn Plus , the man at the desk was waiting on a family and he did not have their reservation. He then waited on us, he did not have our reservation. He told us that the hotel was full and pretty much had an "I don't care" attitude. We do not know whose fault this is - the hotel or Expedia. A lady that was staying at the hotel told us that we were like the 6th couple that she saw that were turned away. We have never had this happen before in all of the years that we have booked trips through Expedia. We are to receive a full refund from Expedia but that does not cover the higher rate that we paid at the other Red Roof Inn in Wichita, Kansas. We were very disappointed

I came in at 12:30 and was told that I had to pay $60 to check in early which the reason I chose you was for the check-in at 11. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. We booked a week in advance of our night stay based on photos and reviews. It’s unclear what garnered this property really positive reviews. We did arrive late after a long day of travel and I had communicated twice with staff prior to our arrival day, via phone, that we’d be late and to make sure check in would be ok. When we arrived they didn’t have our rooms. The front desk associate acted like he was doing us a huge favor by upgrading one of our suites to a bigger one with a jacuzzi. He stressed how Much more it was several times and that we were lucky he wasn’t charging us. When we got to the suite there was no jacuzzi, the room was super outdated, and the beds were smaller than I had originally reserved. Our other room was also outdated, not super clean, and smaller beds than we’d reserved and paid for. The suite sleeps 6 but did not have bedding for all the beds and when we requested bedding they brought one mattress cover and then argued on the phone that they brought blankets and bedding and we wouldn’t get more. After a couple trips to the front desk we were finally given blankets and bedding. The property is outdated with occasional upgrades. The hotel smelled musty and carpets and walls in the hallway were dirty. Paying over $100 night was not a bargain. Had it not been so late and had we not had our 5 kids with us I’d have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere- after a long day of travel it was a bed.

The hotel is right next to a motel. The interior of the hotel was dated and appeared to be dirty. One night I found a propane tank in the hallway right next to my room. There was a lot of noise. No breakfast offered. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows made my neck hurt. Yes it was inexpensive but I’ve stayed better for less than what I paid for this. Will not return.

This hotel is in a bad part of town. The hotel is run down and once in the room, it felt like it was an old trashy apartment complex for drug dealers and one night stands. The bathroom had flooring coming up and the shower was rusted. It was so bad I didn't even stay after I got to the room. Ended up booking a different hotel and leaving.

We have stayed here before but it's gone way downhill. Tried to check in but key cards wouldn't work. Before we were able to get working cards, we were treated rudely by staff. There were homeless inside and out. Trash all around the parking lot, elevator making loud clunking noises. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is not worth the price. There are much better hotels for the same price. The pictures of this hotel online are not accurate. The only good thing this hotel has going on is the pool. The breakfast was awful. I mean i already expect the breakfast at hotels to be mediocre or bad but their breakfast is beyond bad and when we got there at 8 it wasn’t even ready and it was supposed to start at 7.

This is an older hotel showing its age. It is needing some attention to maintenance. Despite that, the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast tasted good and was hot and fresh. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel was a good value for the money spent.

We liked the pool and exercise room. But our ac wasnt working, the sink did not drain. The towel bar was missing. They advertise free breakfast, but there is none. They didnt even have coffee in the lobby. A fight broke out at night and blood was left uncleaned on the wall. This hotel should not be Plus. It used to be great but I will not be back.
