Dum House & Spa: Nice old town

Perfect location. Apartment has everything. It was so nice to be right in the middle of Old Town Nice. Two large bedrooms and living space.

Fabulous experience staying here! Amazing location, exceptionally comfortable place with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive for questions. The pictures and unit match. The place was very clean, very nicely decorated. Everything worked in the unit. Laundry was very handy. The location is superb, so close to the boardwalk, food and public transit. Would stay here again without any hesitation!!

The Dum House and Spa is absolutely amazing. The place was spotless and so comfortable for our family of four with 2, 20+ year old kids. The location was fantastic and so close to old town and a tram station and also close to the larger shopping area across the train tracks. It was also very easy to access and chat with the host when needed. Plus checkout was also super easy. It’s totally worth the hike up 4 flights of stairs and that’s from a not in-shape person !! The view on the little deck is lovely. We loved opening the windows and hearing the activity and yet with everything closed up, the place was super quiet. Also the temperature controls were great! I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend.
