Heat didn't work. Had hot water, sometimes. No breakfast.

The hotel room overall was ok. The room cleaning was not the best. I found a food bag belonging to a previous tenant behind the night stand, hair in the bed and the bathroom had some less than desirable things on the toilet requiring me to clean it with my personal cleaning supplies. It would have also been better if my room had a functioning room key reader but it didn’t. My room had to be manually opened by the front desk anytime I wanted to get back in my room.

Hotel was rundown and dirty. The pictures paint a false picture of how the place really is. Elevator doesn't work, didn't provide breakfast, pool was GREEN. Hotel had a nasty stench. Will never stay there again. TV wasn't even hooked up, didn't have a remote at all.

Check in with the assumption of breakfast, pool and pets staying free like advertised. Was informed no breakfast, pool was drained and pets cost $25 per night. Had no choice but to stay due to reservation that night. We get to our room and as you walk in on the mirror in the entry way was a smashed bed bug, in the bathroom nothing but dead bugs and a living one swimming inside the toilet bowl. The shower/tub looks as if you better wear shoes while rinsing off, and the hot water lasted 5-10 mins at most… around every corner was dirt, bugs.. when I walked towards the bed and my shoes crunched I about had it. The fridge provided in the corner near the bathroom was broke, seal hanging out of it. Oh and when we walked to the room it’s freezing, then inside the room the temp was set at 60 degrees.. I flipped the bedding after I noticed that smashed bug on the mirror and indeed the bed closest to that mirror had blood stains, the bed nearest to the air unit was decent so we all slept on that bed. They only stock the double bed room with one towel and hand towel and wash cloth, you’d expect 2 beds maybe 4 of each but we got 1… please please please examine before settling… do not reserve because they do not give refunds, also there was a strong chemical smell, strong night that I woke up with a sore throat and dried skin… not worth the money in my opinion due to false advertising on this app and so unclean… The ONLY good thing about this stat was the pleasant employee that afternoon.

There was no washer and dryer available like it said there would be for me. The overall cleanliness of my room wasn’t that great. There were mice running through my room and trash at night and when I canceled the rest of my stay, even though I had reserved 10 days and stayed 4, they wouldn’t refund the full 6 days only 4 of them.

Guys dressed streetly and dirty come up on bikes at night come into the hotel go behind the front desk then exit the hotel and leave on their bikes people in parking lot at night meeting up then leaving very very dirty. owners grill n their room at night stinking up the entire hotel floors rooms are very dirty. dirty water leaking from laundry area. Bullet hole in front door also an eviction notice posted on the front door along with a no guns in hotel sign taped to the wall and posted. no Wi-Fi no phones no breakfast as listed also pool is green Algae and smelly water with trash all around it

If your looking for a stay while you work it works gets it done but not very clean stayed a week nobody messed with our vehicles but didnt feel safe, elevator never worked, bullet holes on front door, 2nd story room flooded ofen bath didnt have curtain when we arrived

Horrible the rooms were nasty, seen roaches on the walls, bathroom was disgusting, look like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks the sink was stopped up with bugs in it ...

First off, I want to say that the front desk individual was kind and hospitable. Also, the air condition inside my assigned guestroom was functional. That being said, the terrible hotel experience of mine began when I first arrived at the hotel location. The location is remote and gives off a creepy vibe on the outside once the sun sets (outside lighting is unsafe/very poor quality and there isn't much else around the area). Once approaching the front hotel entrance, there was one entrance door with shattered glass and the front entrance door handles clearly have not been sanitized in a while and were in poor condition. Inside the lobby, a heavy mildew aroma permeates the lobby atmosphere. Throughout the first floor hallways, various structural blemishes stood out and various forms of structural damage was clearly visible. The room I was assigned was very unsanitary (hair in the bathroom sink, all bathroom towels were stained to various degrees, bathroom flooring had visibly not been cleaned recently, shower/tub combo had clearly not been cleaned recently, the bathroom sink had various signs of untidiness and was in disrepair, the assigned guestroom had a musky/mildew scent throughout, the bedding blanket and cover sheet was stained in various areas by various colored substances, every surface inside my guestroom had visibly not been sanitized/cleaned in a while, and the guestroom couch was stained in various places. Very disappointed in the hotel experience.

They do not clean their bedrooms when I arrived at the hotel. I was given a key card to room 100 I walked in and there was pee and stains all over the toilet. I walked all the way to the front desk and she proceeded to hand me key card to number 102 And told me to check 102 when I went to One 02102 room was completely disgusting not clean from the prior stay. I walked all the way back up to the front desk where she proceeded to give me another key card and told me to check 103 Bathroom had mold all over it . I ended up asking for cleaning materials for room number 102 cleaned it myself and went to sleep that night. I will never stay here again. I had to stay here due to an emergency reason only hotel in the vicinity with rooms.

No complaints other than I booked the room with hot tub , I paid extra for a room with a hot tub , it didn’t work at all. No water ran through it and I didn’t get no money back

Had to move rooms 3 times due to no working air . No tv in final room. Woke up in the middle if the night due to bugs in the bed room smelt of bug spray

Blankets did not smell clean. Did not have a mini fridge as stated in the description. I needed and asked for one. I was told that I was going to get one but never did. Unfortunately I had already paid for 3 nights.

The Cable didn’t work, The AC wouldn’t move from the temperature it was at Roaches in the room,the toilet bowl had skid marks and it wasn’t anchored down

After booking my reservation in advance and calling three times to confirm my reservation before I arrived, my reservation was cancelled. I was then told I could rebook the room at a price that was 4x the original rate I booked it at. The front desk staff told me that the property had nothing to do with the cancellation and that I need to call Oyo customer service. They were horrible as well. Telling me that they had no control over the rate and I would have to hang up and call the same number back to be connected to someone else?? Oh and I only entered the lobby but it was dirty and disgusting, smelled horrible, and they also had what looked like a bullet hole in the front glass door, multiple windows were cracked. If I could give zero stats I would. Do not stay here!!!

I booked this room well in advance of my stay with the “pay upon check in” option. The night before we were to arrive they tried to charge my card and the bank blocked it as fraud. I immediately got on the phone and began to try to rectify but they had already cancelled my reservation. All surrounding hotels were booked. This one wasn’t but they tried to charge me 5 times the rate I booked at to stay here. I spent 5 hours on the phone that night instead of packing! Hotels.com made it right and got me another hotel for the same price and paid the difference. Customer service was terrible and they are RUDE and greedy. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Do not recommend. Do not book through Expedia. Booked my stay 3 months in advance and when I arrived the day of my event to check in I was told they cancelled all of the bookings for the weekend with no notice. I received a confirmation the day before my stay began. They claimed that it was because they were OYO and not Wyndham anymore even though I booked with OYO. Then tried to charge twice the price of my weekend stay for one night. Hotel had a terrible smell and did not feel as if the AC worked in the lobby. 0/10 recommend

The worst customer service … lady at the counter was not professional at all. They keep (1/3) of the cash deposit no matter the room was clean and all good at the check-out. The receptionist said if you do the deposit with credit card you will never get it back… I ask for a receipt for the deposit and the lady said “is not receipt at all for the deposit ( personally I think is ilegal, they should give you a receipt for any transaction) If you can pay a little more and stay in another place. Good look! 👀

This place was horrible. Not a Baymont. It is an OYO. This place is not worth staying at, pay ten dollars more and you can stay at an actual decent hotel like 40 mins from here.
