Very old carpet—-needs updating and dusty ledges that is very visible . Stairwells are inaccessible when the very slow elevators doesn’t come in handy when the line is long . Should be upfront with information that the same building half of which is being used as an assisted living facility . Pool not accessible to guest. Only residents .

Terrible service they don’t clean you room unless you let them know with covid thing and many virus going around that shouldn’t be a choice if you want cleanness . In addition they don’t have WiFi I stayed there 5 days and since day one they told me “we are trying to fix the WiFi” I never got internet to work in my laptop. Only good thing was the breakfast.

The hotel says it has a bar, pool, restaurant. It does have a very small bar only open 4-7pm. Does have a Pool, but we couldn't use it was for residents only. No restaurant available to hotel guests. The tower part of this is senior citizens condos. Location was very good for us.

Overall, everything was great. I just wish turkey meat was offered instead of pork at breakfast. Also, the property had a pool, but it was only for the tenants in the building next door, not hotel guests. Having access to a pool would have been a wonderful addition.

The entrance to the rooms were located inside the tower. The only issue we had was the parking area. It was very limited and quite a distance to walk if you weren't lucky enough to get a close spot. The majority of the best parking spots were reserved for non-hotel customers.

Facility is top notch but the parking deck is a nightmare. The signage could be better and the ceiling clearance is just high enough for a regular truck to fit. YIKES!!!

Though the property itself it is nice they misrepresent the hotel in that they show photos of a pool that hotel guests are NOT allowed to use. In 2024 our group of friends rented 5 hotel rooms and were told “The pool was closed” so I specifically called to ask IF the pool was open to hotel guests because this time we booked 7 rooms and the woman I spoke to at Copeland Towers said “yes!” BUT when we got there we were told that it was only for the guests that live there. Since we travel from Maine to New Orleans for karate training every year we will certainly be staying elsewhere!

The property was very clean and nice and the breakfast workers were wonderful and the food was also great. The only complaint would be that maybe once and a while they should scrub the carpets in the rooms and hallways beyond vacuuming. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very nasty shower and Toilet had hair all over! Heater was not working and This weekend It rained a lot! Heater smelled like it was going to catch on fire my room was switched and the same issue, the smoke detector actually went off! Would not recommend

Literally had long black hair all over the shower. In addition to that there was a yellow ring around the toilet. It was VERY obvious that they don’t clean the room. Not an oversight, they try to make it look clean. Breakfast was good though.

I stayed there a few months ago, everything was going fine until check out time. Check out time is 11am, around 9:30 my family and i realize we had too much food that was in the room and refrigerator. We went to a nearby grocery store, before leaving the hotel I noticed the housekeeper a few rooms away. I stopped and told him, “we were not checking out” just yet, we’re going to buy staroform ice chest to pack all my food and my daughter’s medicine who has sickle cell!! The house keeper acknowledged my every word. About 30 to 40 minutes we returned to a clean room, and EVERYTHING was in the garbage. About $80 worth of food, and my daughter medication as well….. I was very upset to say the least. The house keeper was still in the room answering my question with, “me no speak no English “, “me no speak no English “ etc… a few days later the manager called me, apologizing. He promised to mail me a gift card in the amount of $75 dollars to cover the cost of the lost food. I thought that was very kind, but it’s been almost 2 months later, and i NEVER received the gift card… I was lied too!! And I’ll never stay there again! I had so much food I had promised to bring back for people, some who paid me in advance!!! That I had to pay back…Ridiculous!!

What I like most about my stay at Copeland Tower was the front desk agent Sybil. Sybil was awesome with restaurant recommendation. She was very professional and funny. I would go back to the hotel just based on her good customer service.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have always been pleased. The staff bends backwards to make my stays so pleasant. Max at the front desk was so helpful and informative during our stay. Sabrina and Shyne in the breakfast room pleasantly greets everyone and makes sure that the offerings are available and supplied. I’ll be back next year.

We asked thrice for help getting WIFI to work in our room and were told each time it would be "worked on." The WIFI never worked the entire time. Also, our carbon monoxide detector began to chirp and after calling the front desk for about thirty minutes, a woman finally answered and told us "they\'d be right up." No one ever came to help. Also, the bed sheets had a stain on it as soon as we checked in. That, thankfully, was quickly taken care of, but that was one good bit of customer service we received.

I chose this property because of the stellar reviews and I can confirm they were all true. This is a very convenient, safe, clean property to stay at. Multiple choices for nearby dining and shopping. 8 miles to airport, 8 miles to Bourban street, awesome free breakfast, microwave and fridge in the room, Lakeside Mall very close, Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods very close. Let me do early check in and out for FREE!!! Front desk folks were super professional. Wholeheartedly recommend.

An overall great stay. Very friendly staff at front desk and around the hotel with the exception of one of the breakfast attendants who was bad mouthing guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking a little cramped, but plenty of spaces available even with the hotel being fully booked. Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was decent, but many things were out with plenty of breakfast time left. Hotel is very conveniently located for many things. Close to a mall with good food options, and not a long drive to New Orleans.

If you dont want to be in the french Quarter its the perfect place to stay, you get in and out very easy, everything around you. Just breakfast is everyday exactly de same, I sayed 5 nights and you really get tired of it.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Starting with breakfast, the juice tasted like tap water or they hadn't cleaned the water filter for a long time, you could taste strong chlorine. The eggs had no flavor at all, they were disgusting. The bread was super old. The staff working at breakfast was unbelievable, extremely rude and unfriendly. The TV wasn't smart, meaning it didn't have Netflix and only the basic channels. I had to call reception every day to have the room cleaned. The gym had no weights or dumbbells, and the treadmills and equipment were rusty and old.
