The Wyndham was good for coming back to sleep and change. However, there aren't many amenities; the phone to the front desk didn't work, there was no fan in the bathroom or in the room, and the gym was pretty outdated. It was a good price and location, so you get what you pay for.

It was great. However the elevator stop working 2 days before it was time to leave. The was no breakfast. Luckily it was a Walgreens and CVS 5 to 10 minute walk.

It was not handicap accessible parki g or bathroom. No microwave in room, community microwave 😳. Accessibility to garage was not easy, you have to have get out of the car to get to the machine, by that time the gate comes down unless you have someone do the gate for you so you can drive through. Two sets of high steps from garage to lobby, not handicap accessible. One narrow path with a hill for in and out of garage. $35 a night for parking which would not have irritated me but for the set up and Accessibility. Then after thinking we're getting a hotel with breakfast. Oh no breakfast either. Will not be coming back.

They only offer room cleaning if you stay 3 or more nights and you have to give them 24 hours notice. The halls were not vacuumed the entire time we were there (5 nights). The cafe was “closed for renovation “. And the restaurant only opened on Saturday and Sunday nights.

The staff was friendly on initial walkin. After checkin I was notified that there wasnt hotel parking and needed to us street parking for an o er night stay. It took 25 minutes to park in a praking garage down the street. When returning back to the hotel for the night we were told the elevator didnt work. Having to walk up 5 flights of stairs was not in the plans after a long day and evening.

The 1st night we were there we found 2 large roaches in the bathroom sink, paint was chipping off of the ceiling and the sheets on the bed had what looked like either blood or chocolate stains. We informed the front desk the next morning as well as taking them the critters. They did not even apologize and only offered to have our room inspected. We asked if we could move to another room but couldn't forget that they have roaches roaming around this property. I don't how you allow people to stay here when there is clearly a roach problem which is a health issue.

Just OK. Floors were so dirty, one day of walking in the room, our feet were black. Shower faucet leaked spraying water all over the ceiling which came back down on the toilet. Safe didn’t work, lighting is horrible, feels institutional. Good location. Close to the French Quarter but not right in the thick of it…Overall for the price, it should have been nicer. Kind of run down and dumpy…

Although the room was made up, the floors were absolutely disgustingly dirty. Our feet were black from walking around on the tile. We found a very large roach in the bathtub. The staff was not knowledgeable about my charges are being able to print me a receipt. The hotel is continuing to try and charge me for a stay that I've already completed and was paid in advance. Seems like a scam to me

The staff was very friendlt and greetable, upon entering my room 428 the floor had not been swept or mopped , there was dust behind the beds. The sheets had not been changed you could see spots on the sheets along with someone hair. The comfirter nearest the window had dried blood on it. The bath tub was dirty in which I cleaned myself. The ceiling had mold on it. I have stayed at anotger wyndham before and it was much more cleaner than this one. Also people staying at this one should be told if they are traveling in a big suv that they will have to park in the parking garage and pay. I had no problems parking there with the exception on the day I was leaving a car was broken into. I never saw security sitting or on the site the enture time I was there. The money you pay fir parking people need to feel that their vehicle is secure and safe.

Great location, close to everything in French quarter. You can hear everything going on around your room. Every door that closes sounds like its in your room and can hear every conversation in other rooms like its your room.

I had a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel. Hotel room had a big gap at the bottom of the door and anytime someone left or went to their hotel room the sound of closing doors and people talking would wake me up.

Check in was a mess and I was very disappointed. I waited while others who came in after me were given priority to check in. This made no sense to me and has left me with a negative opinion of my experience. We also had a bad experience where someone else’s room key opened our door. Thankfully we had the chain attached so they couldn’t come in. The room was fine but nothing to report about. I would choose a different hotel when in NewOrleans based on my experience

This place is the absolute worst. It's almost like a hidden camera TV show, you think someone is just going to pop out and say "surprise, this is all a joke!" But that never happened. There's no one at the property except for the front desk attendant. Your rooms don't get cleaned. They don't have a manager. There's no security or maintenance staff. There's no name tags on the few people there. No one has a name. Like the guy at the front desk that just watches his phone all day and night. He doesn't even recognize you until you knock on the desk . He's three feet away but won't look up until you knock. That's what you get here.

I was told that I would have a rollaway bed available upon arrival. Because of a flight delay, I arrived a few hours later. No bed in room and was told that housekeeping was gone for the night and I'll have it in the morning. It was there the next morning. During checkout, I received a receipt and saw that I was still charged for the missing night. The clerk said she would make a note and I would receive a refund. I have received it yet.

The overall stay was good. However, the fraudulent repeated charges during my stay was very irritating and an inconvenience. I was charged a double security deposit followed by a 3rd attempt before my bank flagged it as fraud. When I reported it to hotel staff after the first charge I was assured it would be taken care of!! But in stead there were 3 more charges attempted on my acct. The charges were for different amounts and they increased with each attempt. I stayed for 3 nights and when I checked out the issue still was not solved!! This hotel has some serious problems with their payment system!!

The location was perfect. We did not rent a car and was able to walk to almost everything. We used the cable car on other times. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The floor in the room was a little dirty. The bed was comfortable enough to get some sleep. Only one elevator was working while I was there. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Old French Quarter is about a 3 minute walk away.

There isn’t much to eat around the area. You have to walk a good while to get some food that isn’t the Indian restaurant that is connected to them or the expensive restaurant across the street (which is an odd type of food to have in that area and not a preference of mine). There isn’t a bar in the hotel either. There are a couple dive bar type places, but again you have to walk up to canal or towards Poydras for anything. The elevator was broken the entirety of my stay. One of the two was shut down completely. The other one was “out of order” 2 of the nights and the fire department had to come break it open another of the nights. Taking the stairs isn’t the worst thing, but up 4 flights after you’ve walked the city all day isn’t the most fun thing to do. The room was basic. There were no drawers to unpack your suitcase. I had to pull the TV off the wall to connect the cable box to the right input, and even then the remote wouldn’t work very well because it couldn’t find the connection. For the price, I would have expected a little better maintenance inside to make up for the poor location. Not worth the price in my opinion. For a few more dollars get a place closer to the quarters, if you want to shop and have food options.

Located in a good area, is walkable to everything good! 5 minute walk to Canal Street, 10 min walk to and from Bourbon Street, 15 minute walk to Caesars Casino. Hotel had everything you really needed, but would have been nice if the coffee area was open and if they had breakfast available, but there are plenty of options within a 10 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and attentive if we needed anything at all. Very good for the price!

the property is noisy, due to the open hallways, although it looked nice in pictures, it was very noisy you could hear everyone come back to their rooms at all hours of the night. the description indicated they had laundry services- they did not. there was no restaurant, but restaurants were within a block

The hotel is very convenient to Canal Street, The French Quarter and Bourbon Street and to the green street cars to the Garden District. The staff is accommodating. The room is utilitarian, no frills. There is no bar or restaurant on site but there are many within easy walking distance. My biggest complaint was housekeeping only every other day and only then if you schedule it the day before at the front desk. They claim Covid protocols but we’re well past the height of the pandemic. No reason not to have daily housekeeping

Amazing location, location, location. Everything is either walkable or a cheap Uber ride away. Pro Tip- Eat at Nomaste NOLA on the main floor, it is unreal delicious! Also the breakfast counter is great for a quick bite.

The website advertised breakfast and there was no breakfast. I even called to be sure and was told yes they’re was breakfast. The lady at front desk tried to say it maybe open but the sign clearly stated it was closed and would not be opening. For the price we paid there most definitely should have been a continental breakfast. I asked for a room with a view and most definitely wasn’t a view. My view was the inside of the hotel. So will never ever book again, because of the dishonesty.
