Could not understand manager/owner and clerk. Trash on walkways. Moldy smell in rooms. Mold outside walkways. Telephone in room was dead and could not call front desk. A/C was loud. Ice machine looked icky. Access to and leaving motel was difficult.

The parking lot was dirty and crowded. We stayed two nights. Had trouble finding a parking spot both nights. The first night wasn't too bad. The next morning we left and when we came back there was water coming from under the floor by the door to the bathroom. I went to the office to see what could be done. An HOUR later I finely was given and room. I do understand the hotel was busy for a saturday.

We were only there during a softball tournament. The breakfast was horrible. The waffle machines would not work. We needed wheelchair access to get our daughter in a room, but the walkways were very small. Also, the elevator was extremely small, it would have been a lot more beneficial if we would have been put on the bottom floor, but the front desk clerk was not all that nice and did not speak clear English. But other than that, for a place to sleep and the price it was good.

Pool was locked, there was no inside pool or complimentary breakfast as advertised, the housekeepers barged in my room before check out time and disturbed my privacy….i reserved a room With 2 beds and I got there I was given a room with one bed and was forced to share a bed with my plus 1! Other guests were loud and arguing next to my room around 8:30 a.m

The room had not been thoroughly cleaned by the fact that there was something sticky on the floor that was never cleaned during our entire stay. Also, the pool was dirty, apparently due to the fact that the pump was not working. Furthermore, the running water could only be heated to lukewarm. Furthermore, the faucet plate in the bathtub was broken, making it difficult to shut off. Finally, the front office staff was not very responsive to the aforementioned concerns.

It was clean and that was about all that was good about it. It had no indoor pool or hot tub and the hotel had the outdoor pool closed for the season. The beds were rock hard. It hurt my ribs to lay on it. The door had been jimmied before and just painted over. The tavern across the street was entertaining to watch the fights in the parking lot. We didnt get breakfast so i cant tell you if it existed or not. What a waste of my points.

The walls were dirty, housekeeping did not clean our room when promised. The room smelled like pure urine when the air conditioner was on. The walls were filthy. The top cover of the bed was stained. Even if it was clean it needed to be thrown in the trash. Also, the iron didn't work and when we asked to exchange it, the staff was irritated for asking. We asked for face towels and the counter clerk would not open the door to hand them to me. So he slid them through the money slot. Which is totally disgusting. Yes, they lock the door after 11:00 p.m. and make you use a little window. That has a money slot. I'm sure I can go on and on about the discuss of the room but that gives you a vivid picture of our stay. Would not recommend to anyone.

You get what you pay for.. but this was pretty bad. The floor was so dirty that after I took a few steps from the shower the bottom of my feet were black. The sheets were dirty as well. Body hairs all over. They changed them for us but explained it was probably bc someone changed rooms and the bed wasn’t remade. Staff was fine, polite. Area not so great, didn’t feel super confident about leaving my car parked here.

Had problems checking in due to employee not finding my reservation. Reservation found after I verified charges on my credit card. The air conditioner was loud and the floors were dirty. I told maid who didn't understand English and she mopped but didn't do a good job and floor remained dirty. The furniture appeared newer while appliances appeared older.

Open the door, chemical smell. the only chair smelled, looked 30+ years old, cigarette burns all over. sticky to the touch. What could be painted had 7-8 layers and the grout around the tub and toilet was gray (used to be white) Wife took a shower, dried off abd by the time she made it to the bed, the bottom of her feet were filthy. You can see 4 bars from the front door, and hear music from dusk to dawn.

The hotel building is nice, newly renovated, the room was good, the beds are nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the toilet tank was broken and leaked. So we preferred to use a bucket overnight instead of changing the room at 11 pm. There was no breakfast to speak about - just dry cereals, no milk, no butter, a few apples and mandarins. The hotel is just across the road from the really rugged pub - they had a street party all night until 6 am. Easily the most miserable night we ever spent in a hotel while traveling.

The window wouldn’t lick, people loitering in the parking lot just outside our door, no toilet paper holder, room stank, smoke alarm kept beeping…called maintenance and it wasn’t even connected to the wiring. Maintenance man was super nice. The pictures I looked at on hotels.com did not properly represent this property. Management was nice and courteous and did change our room when we requested

Check in was horrible. Super 8 did not have our reservation and the employee said we are full and I dont see your reservation. It took 20 minutes to finally find our reservation and then he put us in an occupied room which startled the occupant. The front desk emplyee finally found a smoking room eith ashtrays though we asked for nonsmoking. He also did not put us in a king sized bed room but one with double beds. The front desk clerk never took responsibility for anything.

Nothing amazing or even good. Sinks wouldn't drain, bed sheets had boot prints, there was mold, bathroom light wasn't working, sticky stuff in fridge. Front desk staff was not responsive and barely spoke English. Not sure if i got it all, but suffice to say super 8 needs to pull the super out of the title. The majority of the new managers and owners are brining the worst parts of where they left and bringing those standards here. 0 if i could

Despite the shabby appearance and scary neighborhood the super 8 was clean an the mattresses were comfortable. Because of these qualities I consider this to be an acceptable option for affordable accommodations. There was a good "family" restaurant across the street that was excellent.

Conveniently close to the city, but I had requested a ground floor due to limited mobility and was booked on the 3rd floor, fortunately they do have an elevator but my room was on the far end away from it. And the noise level from the highway was very prominent.

Room was remodeled, dirty floor when checked in and asked three times for it to be cleaned. Never cleaned. House keeping threw new towels and tp inside the door and left. Breakfast had no choices and juice machine was rancid. So glad to leave.

The toilet didnt flush well, i was out of hand and body wash the whole time in the sink area, the pump for the shampoo and conditioner was broken. I had to use hand and body was in the shower area to wash my hair. The plug to undrain the tub broke. Remember to plug the fridge in.The breakfast has alot to be desired. They were out of alot. But i guess if you want just a place to just sleep its okay. The air worked good and the beds were comfortable.
