Both desk clerks were super nice and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The parking was within a courtyard therefore we felt it was safe. The walls were thin and the highway was noisy. Priced reasonably.

The room smelled moldy, no pillowcases (took 3 hours to get them), the TV did not work (kept being told they were getting me one but did not until late on the 2nd day of our stay), did not clean the room or provide towels, Advertised as having breakfast but had nothing.

Pool was closed, stained linens. Took too long to getfresjlh covers when I called about them

Not good at all! Pictures online are decieving their blankets looked like they belonged on my windows at home! Nats were everywhere! Said pool was operable and hadnt been in almost 3 years! And is a act of congress trying to get a refund on something i refused to stay in!

Very polite and helpful staff, they let me check in early and special thanks to Darla from housekeeping, she made sure my room was very clean and ready early & on such short notice. She said to let her know if I needed anything and explained about the complimentary laundry service because I had said I had a bunch I needed to get done. The room was nice and quiet & comfy. I plan to stay here longer like for a week and go to the casinos again once I save up

First, I was given a key that wouldn’t open my door. I noticed cigarette burns on the bedding. There were visibly patched holes in the wall. I had used the free breakfast filter when selecting this hotel. There wasn’t any breakfast at all. The manager was surly and abrupt.

If this is the last hotel left in this town Just keep driving. The meal rate included breakfast. There was no breakfast. The staff said that there had not been breakfast for years. The front door handle fell off. The shower controller handle fell off. The coffee maker did not work. There was not toilet paper nor toilet paper holder even.. The pool was not in operation despite the weather being extremely hot. Under reviews there are 10/10 reviews. I cannot imagine that they are anything but fake.

Horrible area with alot of sketchy looking people. The sheets were dirty and bath tub nasty looking. They were suppose to have complimentary breakfast, but the staff said they were not doing it because they didn't have the food! The vending machine had a note stating to use at own risk! I was over it! The good news is that there was a gentleman that was at the service desk that was really nice and tried to make our stay as comfortable as he could. But DON'T GO THERE!

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. The room was shabby. The air didnt work properly. We were afraid of leaving our car unattended- parking was dark. The breakfast listed no longer exists- stopped with covid and never restarted. They need to spend serious money to get the place in better shape.

Absolutely horrible.. roaches, brown stuff on towels, clogged up toilet and left over towels from previous towel.. All this within three minutes..tried to get a refund for three days, manager somehow never contact me back after leaving my number for three days after calling..never again!!

We walked into the room and there was a hot plate and pan of oil sitting on the table, we had to call and get it removed. There were roaches in the bathroom. The door handle on the inside of the door fell off and my husband had to fix it. Coming back to the room from dinner the door was stuck and we had to jump against it to get it to open (we got the green light from the key). Other guests were very loud and rowdy and they played loud music until 3am. Neighborhood is less than desirable.

Feces left in toilet, cigarette ashes on bed, yellow marks/ stains on towels. Most disgusting hotel I’ve been to and the front desk man was very rude and didn’t even know how to work the computers system. I would hope for a refund

Beds were terrible dirty plus roaches all over the room

The rooms were absolutely horrible, stains on every surface, carpet was sticky, roaches everywhere, dirty used sheets- there was a toenail in my bed. The staff was very very friendly but everything else is a nightmare.

My stay was frustrating. Building, facilities and room weren't clean. Water pressure was very low, bed weren't comfortable and the TV had static an every channel. Required a $25 deposit on cc without notice 5-7 days to refund. We shall see! Definitely wouldn't recommend even forbthe $87 price!

I'm easy to please. Clean linen and bathroom are all I really need. But I was traveling with my wife and daughter and my minimum wasn't even met. Comforter appeared to have blood stains on it and bathroom was in deplorable shape. In addition to my minimums not being met the TV stand doors were off and laying on the floor. The mattress had a big divot in it and the wife said that it "shanked" her. Like I said, there is a minimum that I believe ANY hotel/motel should adhere to…this one did not.

My key wouldn’t work because the door lock was broken so the manager had to let me in every time I left the room. No hot water so I had to take a cold shower. No coffee within 3 miles of the hotel.

A last minute decision was made to bring our 3 children on this trip with us. We were prepared to pay a fee for that. Also, the early check in fee. At check in the clerk told us she would waive the fee if we left a good review. It was not clear what fee was being waived but we assumed it was for the children since we paid the early check in fee. While unloading our things my husband received a phone call from the hotel clerk telling him that her manager saw more people getting out of the car and he would need to come pay for them. So he did she reminded him about the review Upon entering the room we noticed there was a large gap under the door. We were so exhausted we didnt want to fuss with changing rooms so we placed a blanket at the bottom of the door to cover the gap. My son dropped his phone and it went under the bed. When trying to retreive the phone we noticed that under the bed was a disturbing amount of dirt and filth. At around 6 a man brought two more towels to our door for our "extra people". The towels were a yellowish/brownish color. There is no way I would allow my kids to use them. Around 8:30 pm a random woman knocked on our door and told us she needed to turn the TVs off in all of the vacant rooms and our room was on her vacant list. Around midnight while trying to use the restroom a very large roach crawled from behind the toilet also there was few small ones on the walls. This place is disgusting. My husband is banned from choosing our hotels from now on.

This has been an unbelievably enjoyable experience. The staff is wonderful, the bed is comfy and the location is both convenient and quiet. The room was a bit dated but it did not detract at all from the experience. We ended up extending our stay due to car trouble and i could not been happier.

Terrible and disgusting. Crack hotel. The ac made a terrible loud noise and we had to prop chairs against it to make the room quiet. It took several hours to cool down.

Room was ok if all you're looking for is a place to sleep. Close to interstate, so was a little noisy. Other guests were loud throughout the night. Upstairs room had an AC leak, so we had a wet spot on ceiling. Reported to maintenance and they said that they would check to see if front desk wanted to move us and be back in 10-15 minutes. An hour later, we still had not heard back from maintenance.

TV remote was broken, roaches and other bugs. Floor was dirty. The bed was comfortable, the A/C and refrigerator worked well

I stayed here twice in 2 weeks. First time was OK except for no toilet paper in room. Got that fixed. 2nd time was AWFUL! Shower was dirty. NO TP AGAIN(!) (and front desk had none), no meaning ZERO amenities in room. No soap, coffee, cups, shampoo...and NO HEAT AND NO BLANKETS! THERE WAS A STORM AND I FROZE MY ASS!

Employees all extremely nice & helpful

No maid service. Never cleaned room in four days! Never made the bed. Never changed the sheets. I had to ask for soap and towels every day.! property cluttered unkept. Room dirty. Felt unsafe with surroundings. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again!!!!

Price to high for what is offered and location

The rooms were very clean. New carpet and pressed linens. The bathroom was very clean and sanitized. The staff were very polite. The area is an industrial part of town, but i did not feel unsafe. The buildings were old but the staff kept the areas clean and orderly. It was pleasant.

My reservation was cancelled (not by me). That was good because the property looks very sketchy and is not in a very good part of town.

Even though it was rated a 3, I gave them the benefit of doubt because a ome of the reviews were decent. The only good thing I can say is that the guy that checked us in was very nice. The bathroom was filthy. There was some kind of brown gel in every corner. I think ut was roach killer. The sheet came off the bed and the mattress cover had urine stains all over it. Wish i had known before we slept in it!!! I was traveling with kids so I booked three rooms here because it advertised a full breakfast, rather than one that was cheaper and had a continental breakfast. I knew we would have a busy day amd i wanted them to have a decent meal instead of honeybuns. When i took them down to eat, there was NO breakfast whatsoever. The guy working there stood at the door, blowing cigarette smoke all over us, and told us to go to McDonald's if we wanted breakfast. There's no way we will stay there again!
