Our room was very clean. The breakfast was good with good assortment of choices. The lobby was a good place to hang out and have a cup of tea and work. My only complaint is the pool water was cloudy and had a strong smell of chloramines. They need to work out the chemical balance and do daily checks. Other wise it was a pleasant stay.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The whole design of the hotel is excellent for family with kids and young generations. They have a wide open space in the lobby with 2 foosball tables and lots of sitting areas. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby where you can grab one at anytime. We stayed there for a week and the guest coin laundry is an excellent facility for us. It costs $2.50 for washer (25-30 mins) and $1 for dryer (45 mins). They made your room every other day, it is good to ask for trash bags at reception if we have a lot of trash. The lobby has a microwave and paper plates and plastic cutlery if you need some. Overall, we love to stay in this hotel again.

Can I just say that this was one of the best properties .The check-in woman was friendly, accommodating, entered the room it was so clean. The only issue I have was the bathroom around the tub. There was mold, but everything else was just perfect all the staff from the check-in staff to the checkout staff. Superb and went beyond their way to make our trip amazing

Really nice mid-tier hotel. Rooms are clean and efficient (wish there were a few drawers in the rooms), and a nice size. Friendly staff. Quality hotel breakfast with good options! Coffee in lobby is delicious and fresh. Easy, safe, and clean spot all around.

The shower had wads of long black hair on the wall. The toilet was clogged. We asked for it to be fixed. They only offered to move our room since no maintenance person was on staff. We were already unpacked. They sent up the desk person with a plunger and handed it to us. Then we asked when we were done unclogging their toilet that we bring it back to the desk. Why the manager on staff couldn't get off his or her butt and wipe down the shower wall and unclog the toilet on their own is beyond me. They didn't care.

Place was clean and new and front desk person was very nice. But room and bath was poorly designed. Cheap. The light for bed could only be reached by getting out of bed. Could not dim. Soap system was terrible. Couldnt get it out of the squeeze things especially with wet hands in shower.Shower was so strong it almost hurt skin. Every time I turned it on I got powerful cold water before i could even get it to the hot setting. Shower door didnt close fully so bath floor got all wet. Chair in room was too big for small space. Bed table was weird and hard to find in dark. I wont stay there again. Will go to Holdiay Inn Express or somewhere that is newish but not cheaply designed. Graphics will not age well and when this property gets older, it will look really out of date.

Vibe is supposed to be hip. Reality is stark, cheap and uncomfortable - like a college dorm room. Within a few hundred ft of an interstate, so traffic noise all night. No coffee or fridge in room. One uncomfortable chair. Will never stay at a Tru again.

This hotel looked fairly new and was clean overall, but the room was really small and there was NO insulation between rooms. We could CLEARLY hear all conversations going on in the room next door, pounding on the floor above our heads at all hours of the night as people walked around, etc. The breakfast was good with lots of options, however, the entire dining area was over fragranced with something that smelled like soap, which is not what you want to smell while eating. The front desk staff was friendly enough and we were able to check in about 30 minutes early. There were lots of options for shopping and dining nearby. It was a little inconvenient to access because the road had a guardrail in the middle of the road, so you could only go out one way and then you'd have to go about a half mile up the road and turn around, so not the most convenient parking. But overall, it was comfortable enough and we'd probably stay again if we were in the area. Just be aware that it may be noisy and try to get an upper floor so no one is above you.

Fun lobby setup, comfy beds. Walls somewhat thin, hopefully you have quiet neighbors. but not too much noise from road. Main complaint - housekeeping. They talked loudly outside my door at 930am despite having the do-not-disturb sign on the door (checkout at noon). Even crazier, they barged into my brothers room at 10am without knocking, while he was naked coming out of the shower. He also had the do-not-disturb sign on the door. Manager - please talk to your workers about these issues.

Bradley, who was at the front desk when we checked in last night was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely helpful answered any and all questions that we might’ve had. One of the best front desk clerks. I have run into in a very long time.

Second stay at this property. My biggest complaint is the noise. Close to Mass Pike you could hear trucks traveling at night. This week I stayed on 2nd floor and young kids were running up & down hallways. Im sure excited to attend the areas many attractions. However, the hall in the morning was left with snacks all over the floor, doors banging loud TV’s. Wow parents control your kids. And btw, they were the same rude kids cutting in line at the breakfast buffet. Honestly, not really a hotel issue. However, Hilton could have intervened with the nonsense. People are their to relax and get a good nights sleep.

The check in process was not a friendly check in. Melissa was is the face of Hilton was super rude. I asked about early check in before I even checked in and she just reprimanded us for even asking saying they do not do an early check in. Attitude was not welcoming and then proceeded to slam the keys on the counter telling us to look up our room number ourselves since I couldn’t read the room number on the key card. Totally rude and funny because the front door and lobby is all about welcoming guests etc. had I not already prepaid this I would have walked out and stayed at a different hotel. Coffee was good. Room was not cleaned at all and we had to request fresh towels and make our own bed. Don’t waste your money here. There is likely more friendlier options without this sort of service. I hope they realize how rude this women was. Other workers were nice just this young lady totally scary and rude.

This place never disappoints, very clean , comfortable , hot real breakfast, very very nice Day time staff , I’ve stayed twice already and plan on again , also everything you need is either at the hotel or around you . Btw housekeepers may wanna wait before coming in ur room before checkout , would be my only thing , don’t assume people left, could be a simple mistake def going back thanks Tru.

Was bumped two hours before check-in to a hotel that was in the middle of downtown. Wanted to stay in the outskirts of town specificall. Although they did take care of my stay at the other hotel. I just don’t understand how it comes down to two hours before check-in, I could see the day before to give you time to react. in life worked in the hotel industry so … And I was a pre-pay and still got bumped.

The hotel is nice, super clean and staff very pleasant. It’s located a very convenient spot with tons of restaurants and shopping so close. Parking is ample. Rooms are very basic but contemporary. Only real complaint is the noise from other rooms. It literally sounds like someone is outside your door but they are above, below or beside you.

The property has a good location close to highway and shopping (Walmart, Aldi and other shops) restaurants nearby as well. The hotel caters to families with game area indoors pool. It’s a little noisy if you don’t have kids and little sound canceling between hallways and rooms. Overall it was okay and reasonable.

We stayed for four nights. The first night our room was way too close to the highway and we listened to traffic noise all night. In the morning we asked to change rooms, and the room we got was much quieter. Overall, it was a good stay, very conveniently located.

Excellent experience! We stayed overnight after an event in the Springfield, MA area. Parking and access to highway was easy. “Pop Art” decor was an appealing variation to other hotels we have frequented. Continental breakfast featured many options including an on-demand pancake maker with pumpkin flavored syrup to fit the season. Nicely done!

This hotel was consistently high achieving in all areas. Staff was friendly and attentive. Many breakfast options including pancakes, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, cold cereal, yogurt and selection of fruit. Breakfast staff was present in the dining area, refilling items as needed and discreetly cleaning tables after guests left. Always staff at front desk and very responsive to questions and requests. Posted "Quiet Hours" on every floor of 10pm - 6am.
