Stayed 4 nights

Check-in was pleasant and quick. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t use the kitchen area much but nice to have it with a full size refrigerator & freezer. It has a nice work station area and an uncomfortable couch. The bed was uncomfortable and didn’t feel level. The last night of our stay we thought about turning the mattress around. If we had thought about it sooner in our stay we would have. The bathroom was nice but the light switch is on the wall outside so the light shines on the bed before you’re able to close the door (not convenient in the middle of the night). The lighting throughout the room was good though. The sink area was big and bright. Lots of room for clothes with a 3-drawer dresser, a full closet for hanging with a small dresser and each side of the bed had a 3-drawer stand. Breakfast was plentiful but disappointing. They did have 2 hot selections that changed daily, cold & hot cereals , toast & bagel, muffins, fruit, coffee, tea & juices. The hot selections were either empty or cold and dried out. There was no ice available anywhere on site. One of the staff told me to turn the ice maker on in our freezer but it didn’t work. She said she would have someone buy a bag of ice and bring it to our room but that never happened. She tried to be helpful, so it seemed. Overall staff didn’t seem very hospitable. There was remodeling being done but didn’t hinder our stay. Property is also a long-term stay with people living there.

Stayed 1 night

They are apparently going through major renovations, although it only listed a lobby project. No amenities open. No central air and we were on 5th floor in August on a 90 degree day. Only one small window unit with tape peeling off. Hallways incredibly hot. Check in was in a small, stuffy room after walking down a hallway with men working in the ceiling. Toilet was clogged which we did not find out about until returning from a concert at 2am. No one answered at front desk phone. Took 2 trips downstairs before I was given a plunger to clear it myself. Had to use a staff bathroom to get through the night. Fold out bed had fruity pebbles in the sheets. Breakfast apparently was in the new lobby area, we did not partake as food was being carried uncovered down the hallway they were doing work in the day prior. The only plus sides were the staff and the pillows.

Even though the hotel is under renovation the staff was great and the room was nice. They had to move the front desk and the breakfast room but it was easy to find and food was good. The food service woman was great she kept everything stocked and fresh even getting me something I asked for even though it was the end of service and she was picking up. I would definitely stay again.

First of all this hotel is going through renovations. Half of the rooms. Half of the hallways are covered in dust and construction going on. I wish I knew that because we wanted to have a pool experience in the pool has been closed for a while from what I understand The main entrance is also moved so you don't know which door to come through Now that being said, the room was impeccable and clean and it was quiet

Major renovations that we didn’t find out about until arrival. Many amenities on property not in use due to this. Much lower room maintenance and hotel is ripped apart completely right now with unsafe air
