We arrived in Boston but directly when to the hospital but not to hotel because our brother is dying. We stayed still he passed that night. My other brother called if we can get refund. Unfortunately he was speaking to someone with an accent and could not understand. Tried several times to repeatedly asking what are you saying. He gave up. Why can’t you get someone with proper English.

It was an ok place. The room was a good size and clean but there was a lingering smell of whatever cleaning solution they used. The only sink in the room was too high- they placed a 6” sink and faucet on top of an already high countertop and it was very awkward to use. We could hear sounds from our neighbors outside but we were so tired we slept through the noise. There was ample parking and it was well lighted. Wifi was good and there were plenty of outlets to charge our devices which we appreciated.

Available parking. I didn’t expect much. Room was average clean. Wood Floor was clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were semi firm but, worn bed sheets and pillow cases need to be replaced. Bath Towels were soft. Bathroom was clean. No in room fridge or microwave. Forewarn they automatically charge $3/night for in room safe unless you specifically tell them you DO NOT use it then they’ll promptly refund. Available amenities works. If they don’t the friendly staffs will help get a replacement. The in room coffee maker didn’t work and the staff replaced a new one for us. Even though we’d good experience I may stay again.

Stayed for a week my room only got clean once a that was on a Tuesday an we left the next day. It smelled in there the bed was horrible. Thank god we only slept because we were out all day. But I will never stay at a red roof again.
