I requested to be on the top floor of the hotel. When I got there I was placed on the first floor in the back facing the parking lot with car lights shining in my room. If the top floor couldn’t be accommodate, then at least the floor under it. Then I get in the room and the tv didn’t work. It’s supposed to have dish network. It only showed 3 stations on the tv and none of the were viewable. The guy at the front desk was very nonchalant and couldn’t care less that I was upset. I usually have a good stay at this location. I stay once or twice a month. But this experience was not good.
