Very quiet place, but I did not like all construction materials out in the front desk area. I understand you need to update your place but I didn’t see anything indicating there is a construction going on. I am very sensitive / allergy to dust. That did not help my allergy. If you posted onsite I would have chosen someplace else to stay.

Booked this hotel because they had a pool and hot tub. When we checked it there was a sign saying pool closed under renovation. Had i know this i would have booked elsewear. Staff was rude. Had free breakfast but there was no sign saying times and the staff did not inform us of the times for breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. And was allowed to check in at 2:30pm. Minimal parking.

Terrible experience. Lobby was almost entirelt enclosed with plastic as work was being done. Place was dirty, cramped and loud. Jackhammers running during the day. Pool closed for almost 1 year but no mention of that on website. Place should be closed during major renovations! Very bad experience.

We liked the location of the property while our song was at an event. The disappointment was The Hampton Inn did not let us know the pool and hot tub were not in operation. We will not stay in this property again.

The property itself was great, however the gym had all pelatons which can’t be used without a log in and the hotel doesn’t have one. Why would you have a gym you can’t use?! The pool/hot tub were under renovation so I’m unsure as to why the hotel cost what it did with no gym and no hot tub/pool.

Convenience - right off the I-84 and Mass Pike. But that also meant traffic noise. The rooms were clean and new with modern decor that I really liked! Of course new decor means they must do construction sometime & that was during our one night stay. It was a little disconcerting to get off the elevator & see torn up carpeting (uneven, a tripping hazard) and strung up construction lamps lighting the hallway. I was a little concerned about potential fire hazards and wondering if the smoke detectors were going to work in case of a fire. Had I known probably would have stayed elsewhere. The room however was completely fine, nice even, with modern cool decor, convenient furniture and easy chair, suitcase shelf, and I like the new pattern of 'nightlight' lighting under the bathroom cabinet and the dispenses bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Breakfast was included but was your basic meh food. Pool looked inviting but we didn't go in. Overall a good place for a stopover on your way somewhere, but ask about the construction, maybe finagle an additional discount.

The breakfast area is showing it’s wear and tires. Parking lot was almost full, because construction equipment and dumpster took a lot of the space that are closer to the entrance. The room is nice and clean. We had a room facing the highway 84 and can definitely hear the noise from it.

Unfortunately there was a breakthrough under the sink where, either mice or rats chewed through. Was moved to room next store..same thing. Moral of this is where their is mouse.. there's a whole lot more.. unfortunately I couldn't change hotels due to health issues

Nothing like getting woken up by a fire alarm going off at 4am which fortunately was a false alarm. Other than that the only complaint was how messy the breakfast area was Saturday morning. The staff looked very overwhelmed since the hotel was packed so I do not blame her. I just would have liked to have seen a cleaner space.

The telephone in the room hadn't been cleaned before my stay. I picked up the receiver and it looked like something was spilled on the receiver and phone. It was all over the buttons of the phone. It was hard to miss. Fit and finish in the room and bathroom was not good. The toilet was loose from the floor. The tub spout was a 1/4 to 3/8s of an inch away from the wall, allowing water to go inside the wall when showering. I tried to adjust the shower head and a piece fell off. I put the piece back on and attempted to adjust the shower head again and it wouldn't move at all. The light fixture on the wall between the 2 beds was loose from the wall.

Room was cold and bed was terribly cheap and bouncy. the toilet was very loud when flushed and with a 3 mos old, was disruptive. Shower and water pressure was very good, although there was significant rust on the fixture. It was an ok stay. right on the mass pike i thought it was going to be loud but wasn't bad. TV was small as well for a king room.

The location was good and the room overall was okay. However, the kid who checked me in at 12am, after having driven for 16 hours across the country, gave me completely left-field attitude because my card was initially declined for fraud protection. He also ended up overcharging me for the stay and I had to call back and ask what was going on for it to get fixed. I was also 23 weeks pregnant and the bed gave me absolutely horrific back pain. Not sure how old the mattresses are, but if you’re pregnant and/or have preexisting back issues… find a hotel with newer beds. It was awful. I couldn’t walk or sit right for days. There were also rolls and rolls of insulation abd construction equipment all over the first floor hallway and breakfast area. The pool was also off limits because it was broken… Not sure I got my moneys worth with this one. Won’t be returning.

One night stay. Arrived reaaal early. Able to check in at 10am!! Spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Friendly check-in. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. Fitness room was large, and clean, with 3 treadmills, a bike, cable machine, free weights, and other workout items. Heated indoor pool which we did not use. Overall, a fantastic stay, and when we find ourselves here again, this is where we will stay! room

I booked through a 3rd party and chose the “pay at property” option, then I get a call 5 hours before I’m supposed to check in saying my card did not work. The woman on the phone was rude, and talking over me, and threatening to not save my room, even though I had a reservation. Why would they try to run my card before I was even there ready to check in? Why have a “pay at property” option if they’re going to run the card before you’re on the property? Then, at 9AM I got several knocks at my door (we tried to ignore the first two knocks) saying check out is at noon… I don’t understand why I needed to be informed of this when I was told what time check out was at time of check in. If they wanted a reminder, they should have just called the room. I also wasn’t asked how my stay was at time of check out. $325 for an awful stay, will not be returning, and will not be recommending to anyone I know. 0/10.

I was returning from NYC, realized I was too tired to make it to Boston, and pulled into the hotel with a reservation I made on Expedia. It was almost midnight. The manager greeted me, offered me water and snacks after I explained my reason for stopping, and gave me a very nice, quiet room. He was incredibly welcoming and sympathetic. Had a great breakfast the next day and was on my way. Wonderful staff!!!!!

Pool and Spa closed. Clerk checking us in stated it has been this way for some time. Sign stating they were closed were at the counter when we checked in. Was told it was stated on the website but that was incorrect. Manager was rude and told me we could have left and not checked in when we read the sign atvthe desk. We had a funeral to attend and had made the reservation a week ago. I cand a couple of days prior to checking and nothing was said about their being under renivation.

We arrived at night and there was no one at the reception desk to check us in. There was a note saying that the employee was “away for an extended period of time”. We had to wait 30 minutes, wondering if anyone would show up, before anyone showed up! He did not apologize or acknowledge our inconvenience at all! Ridiculous!

Our checking out was a mess. We had 4 in our room so tried to each pay separately. The clerk didn’t really know how to manage this so we all got charged incorrectly including one of us getting 5 room charges. I think it will be resolved, but it messed up the accounting of our debit cards.

Comfy beds/pillows. Our bathroom looked brand new! We appreciated the easy access shower. Only negative was the free breakfast. The cheese “omelettes” were dry & tasteless. But the lady in charge made sure all offerings were well stocked & the dining area was clean. We did appreciate the whole wheat bread for toasting.
