Sturbridge Plaza Hotel

Location is between two highways, apparently poor insulation so it was noisy. The actual property--in all respects--looks nothing like photos on websites! The whole place was dingy, low lighting, and uninviting in appearance. My room was cramped, generally unattractive, bed was uncomfortable and stained linen. Breakfast consisted on a working waffle maker and microwave for making hot cereals; 2 cold cereal dispensers with a gallon of milk in a mini fridge. Juice and coffee machines not working; Mr Coffee style coffee maker on counter did contain coffee. Several juice packs in the same mini fridge as milk; some packaged pastry items were also available. That was disappointing for an early departure at the beginning of a long day and given the remoteness of the location, there are no close walkable alternatives for a suitable breakfast. I don't usually complain, but given the exorbitant price $180+ for a night, the facility was unsatisfactory; however, I have no complaints about the staff; they were helpful.

It was ok for what it is. Budget hotel. Not great not horrible.

Don’t want to sound ungrateful that we found a room during my son‘s graduation. The price for the room was a decent price.

Good enough room. Complimentary breakfast was laughable. No hot water, some cereal, a few pieces of toast hardly anything there. Didn’t expect much but a piece of fruit or a yogurt would have been appreciated. Bathroom towels are tiny.

There was no spa, there was no pool, there were no amenities, I checked in, went to the room and it was beyond DISGUSTING. I then checked out and left, I did not even spend more than 10 minutes in the building. The ad and photos were completely misleading, I expect a full refund and even that will not make up for the inconveniences you have caused me that night!!!
