The elevator was broken on arrival, we booked as they advertised a pool that was also out of order unknown to us untill check in and a ice machine that was cause wet slippery floors . Low water pressure in shower and uncomfortable beds this was my 4th year to stay at this location and the only bad experience except the pool thats actually always been closed i will never return to this location although i have a annual trip to this town

Generally it's a nice mid-range place to stay. I have stayed here several times for business. The pool has never been open in the many times I've stayed here. It's unfortunate since it would be nice to be able to swim during my stays. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall the stay was good. Location was great and had a very nice Panera right next door. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom floor had not been cleaned and there was hair in various places. The carpet also appeared to not have been vacuumed because there were crumbs. We could have called the front desk but we checked-in after driving 10 hours and we were just tired. Overall a good stay except the cleanliness of the floor.

The hotel definitely feels a bit dated. The hallways were warm and seemed like there was no air conditioning running. Our room’s AC wasn’t on when we arrived, so it was uncomfortably hot—especially with temperatures outside over 100 degrees. It really would’ve made a difference if the room had been cooled ahead of time. The towels felt old and rough, and while the beds were decent, the couch was not clean. It had visible stains, and it was clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The cushions were flipped to hide the stains, but since we used the pull-out sofa, we saw everything. The carpet also felt slightly sticky, which didn’t add to the comfort. Breakfast was just okay. The eggs were pretty bad, the sausage looked and tasted rubbery, and the syrup for the pancakes was watered down. Overall, it was an okay stay, but we wouldn’t choose to come back. There are definitely better options out there for the price.

Breakfast was not so great this time. Eggs were not warm and the sausage patty was downright cold. New coffe machine was great though! Staff was wonderful as always. Bed this time was quite saggy. Had to roll out of a ditch to get out of bed!

The front desk staff was great and the room was good too, the only thing we ran into was our TV wasn’t working correctly, we were only getting maybe 3 channels other than that, the room was very spacious and clean!

Checking in was easy, quick and friendly. The key card must of been worn out as it took holding it a few ways to get it to read. The room was very clean and smoke stain and smell free. It was a king standard room and the bed was very comfortably . There is a Kierug and a Green mountain couple coffee pods provided. My only complaint is the fluctuating shower temperature as it stays really hot for 20 or so minutes. Also when the faucet handle is turned to cold as in really cold it stays burning hot and then you have to restart the shower and itll fine. Also the free breakfast is great.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious & quiet. The bed was so comfortable, my husband and I both admitted that we had great sleep for the 5 nights we stayed. The blackout shades aided in the enhanced sleep experience. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot! Breakfast was unimpressive, but typical of any other hotel. I would suggest a microwave for instant oatmeal. We will definitely stay again

Beautiful clean rooms, comfprtsble befs and pillows, spotless bathrooms! Wonderful, plentiful and delicious breakfast, helpful staff. My two complaints are the ONE elevator! Some waits were long and also seemed a fire hazard. Second, pool was closed. Disappointing for my son. Parking easy and plentiful. Don't miss Sturbridge Pottery just down the street. Stunning.

This is by far the highest quality hotel with the most reasonable price I stayed in during my 2 week vacation in New England. It’s why I saved it and booked it in advance this time! Breakfast area was clean, well-stocked and actively taken care of by staff, the room was clean and smelled pleasant, beds were super comfy, the room fan was not clunky but gave a pleasant white noise at night. I stayed in a two queens room and it was spacious! Would definitely stay again. Parking is also convenient and well-lit, and there is a Panera at the end of the parking lot.

It was okay. The housekeeping was absolutely phenomenal. The floor underneath the table near sofa was loose carpet tiles. The breakfast was mediocre. Not stocked sufficiently. Got down there at 9 and it was slim pickings. Stayed down there until breakfast closed and still did not replenish the meats or eggs/omelets. Meanwhile I saw maintenance and breakfast guy responsible going to take a smoke break in the front. Also a disappointment the pool was closed- wish there was a way for that to be made known at time of reservation as it was apparent it was out of commission for awhile.

Great new building, clean and simple room designs. Was easy to get on and off the highway and restaurant next door open late. Pool was not open so that took away from why i booked but over all good place to call home. Also breakfast was awesome.
