Perfect little place to lay your head down at the end of a busy day. Clean, friendly, and beautiful pool!

When you drive into a property you want to see an external appearance that fits the location. There is no reason for this property to have the external facade when the interior was so well maintained, clean, well kept and an amazing bed. Especially when checkin was seamlessly done and efficient. Do better and this property will be an amazing location to stay. Also this door lock must be fixed immediately.

Very over priced for what we paid for ONE night. Shower didnt work, ac didnt work, bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned. The entire room is outdated. Needs updated pillows, blankets. The people outside were beyond loud until atleast 12am. It was a hangout spot for bikers in and out of the parking lot. The pool area was like a sauna. Way too hot where we couldnt even enjoy it with our two kids for more than 10 minutes. I wish their was a way to get a refund. We arrived at 4pm and couldnt wait to leave at 8am when we first woke up. Recieved a message at like 9pm that complimentary breakfast was no longer available. Such a joke.

The pool was closed and we were notified there was no breakfast after we made reservations. On arrival there was no one in the office. A person came after a while. Going into the room, the windows were open and it was freezing, It took time for the room to warm up. We had to keep our coats on. A piece of the ceiling was missing, there were marks and discoloration on the shower curtain. There was some kind of debris on the bathroom window sill. Electrical outlets were scarce. My daughter's towel was frayed and looked like a screen door. When we asked for more linens we were held to a 2 person number, there were 3 of us. They did not replace the facecloths. The peg to the lock on the inside of the door was broken off. We used a chair to keep the door secured. When we reported this, the staff said it was the end of the season and he would report it on Monday. We will not be returning here any time soon.

I was totally surprised by this properity by Days Inn. I think i should be able to get my purchase refunxed to me because of how poor condition the place was. I will summerise the problems with your facility. We arrived at 1:00pm for a 3:00pm check in time. The manager told us we could check in early for $15 an hour extra. $30 to check in at 1:00 instead of 3:00. I have never seen this becore. We asked if the pool was open and they said yes. We left to get lunch and come back at 3:00pm to avoid an aditional $30. When we came back to check in at 3:00 More stuff kept happening. We were given room #148 and we went to the room. Thenext problem we found was the phone didnt work at all. I finall called the front desk using my cell phone to see when i could get the phone replaced. They told me it would be easier if i just continued to use my cell phone instead of tuhe broken room phone. Not acceptiable. Next we found the bathroom and living room windows were both wide open and the heat was set at 80 degrees. We sut the heat down anvd closed the windows. Non acceptiable Even though they told us the pool was open before now it was closed because some outside inspector never came that day or the next day. No pool and not acceptiable. Then we found there were no large bath towels only one roll of tolet paper. The bathroom door was broken and split open. It still worked but it was hard to open or close fully. Other items was they only provided two coffee one cup packets for the day Done

We loved the staff; they were very helpful, kind, and professional. We upgraded to 2 queen beds, but didn’t get that, which was problematic for sleeping arrangements. We didn’t bother with telling them because the pool was only open for another 30 minutes and that was the kids’ #1 priority (and why we chose this hotel). The bathroom door was rotting and warped. The TV, shower, lights, toilet, AC, and more worked just fine. The room was small, but functional. The cleaning crew was very pleasant. The pool was small, but clean, fun, was not crowded, and had plenty of seating.

The staff in the office were outstanding, helping my family on multiple occasions. This is an older property but it is obvious that they have tried to tend to maintenance. The pool was great and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. We were able to walk to restaurants and mini golf, really a nice feature.

Room was dirty and moldy, sheets were dirty and full of stains. I had to checkout immediately. I did not even sleep there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Staff was professional. Room was very clean and quiet.

The Front Desk staff was pleasant. The room was small but adequate for a short stay, however, the carpet and bathroom floors were sticky and actually made our shoes dirty. The bathroom seemed to be cleaned but there was hair in the sink and bath tub.

Very old room however very clean and we had coffee machine, fridge, soaps, shampoo and clean towels. It was perfect as a motel.

Our first time in America and we didn't know what expect but from day one it was great. Friendly staff always spoke or just a smile. More than what we were expecting i.e. bath and shower. Room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday. Pool area was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed staying there. Main road is very busy but we hesrd nothing from our room. Seating area outside too which was nice. Lovely place. We stayed here for 3 weeks and didnt have any issues. Thanks :)

Can’t understand the previous reviews. Sooo dirty and moldy. Bed was comfortable. Stains in walls and bathroom. Yukky. Gross.

Upon after checking-in and getting dinner I went to shower. The sink was filled with hair like somebody just shaved there was also hair all over the toilet and on the toilet seat. As well as female hair in the shower. I went to turn the bed down and there were blood stains all over the pillow case and makeup on the pillows as they were not changed. The sheets were dirty as well. The cleaning people did not do a good job at all. Very disappointed.

Carpet was sticky. It’s in a beautiful area. It’s your cheap option to a hotel.

The room was in excellent condition, the manager was very attentive, we asked if there was any rooms on the first floor, knee issues, and the manager was able to give us a first floor room. Quiet and very clean

Ok for a single nights stay. Little hot water for showers, service was great.

This hotel was OK. Nothing really good or really bad about it. Our air conditioning stopped working. (It was unplugged when we arrived at the room.) We were told that it stopped working because it froze up, as it was not set in the auto mode. We were unaware that it needed to be set in auto mode. The property manager seemed to be upset with us because the AC had frozen. There were no instructions on the AC unit. We were moved to a different room with an operating AC unit.

The biggest problem was the outlets in the room. Almost all the plugs were loose in the wall and that made it difficult to plug into and pull the plugs out. We were fearful of pulling the outlet out of the wall. The 1 in the bathroom didn’t work at all. Also the room phone didn’t work.

Check service was friendly but slow. The internet service was terribly slow to the point of not being useful.

And the staff asked us to, or would ask if we were checking out on a daily basis, as if we were being rushed to leave. They even deactivated our key card at 11 am. the day before our actual checkout. I went to the office to rectify the situation, and still he asked me if I was checking out!!! Don't you know when your guests are coming or going??? On a good note, the rooms were clean, the coffee was good, and check-in was a breeze.

You get what you pay for. At least the linens were clean. The bathroom sink had stuff stuck in the drain - gross! TV reception was terrible. Cracks in the ceiling, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, and the locks on the windows did not work. Not a great experience.

Very affordable good location place. The room was neat and clean but there were a number of things that were bothersome and truly easy to remedy. For example, charging your phone, tablet or laptop, 3 of the elecrical outlets were not operable. The in room coffee maker had no nearby usable outlet to plug into, it had to be brought over to the single usable outlet between the beds. It was a challenge to get a box or package of tissues, an extra roll of toilet paper or 2 extra bath towels. The front desk did not have such amenities nearby and had to inform a staff member to fulfill the request. What made it unfortunate is the time from communicating the request to the time and completeness of fulfillment was much too long. There were not even soap dishes on the bathroom vanity or bath/shower. These are all nit-picky things, minor things can be easily fixed and move this property up in the rankings considerably.

There is a value associated with that and when I picked this hotel it was considered. Family of 5 in two rooms, 50 dollars? Then when we arrived there was another guest staying in the next room that we overheard talking to a a male “friend” about him hitting her, and he replied you were hitting me too… you can imagine that lead to a restless night sleep. The room itself was in need of repair. The cieling was bowed down, and the bathroom tiles were broke in many spots letting water behind the wall.

Property needs to make upgrade to their facility. Toilet seat was broken. Vent in bathroom fell off the wall. Windows didn't lock. We had to lock windows with a stick. Quit expensive for a one night stay with all these conditions. overall area was not bad. Store was within walking distance. Great mini golf place across the street.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel we should had better slept in our cart than in this hotel people above us were noise and woke us up. I call management and they didn’t do anything about it. I stayed two nights and they only took the garbage out and didn’t clean the bathroom and didn’t give us more toiletries. When I asked for more the cleaning lady ask me when I was checking out still don’t know why. They rush us to get out of the room on our last day and when I checked out and request an invoice the manager on duty was rude and didn’t wanted to give me a copy of the bill he took care of other two people who came after me. I was so mad the I told him o was going to write a bad review he said he didn’t care good or bad he still has business en cape cod. 😡😡😡😡. The night was $160. For that price the device was horrible never going there again 😡😡😡😡

The area and people coming and going to various rooms around us didn't exactly male us feel very safe. And the staff asked us to, or would ask if we were checking out on a daily basis, as if we were being rushed to leave. They even deactivated our key card at 11 am. the day before our actual checkout. I went to the office to rectify the situation, and still he asked me if I was checking out!!! Don't you know when your guests are coming or going??? On a good note, the rooms were clean, the coffee was good, and check-in was a breeze.

No closets in the room. Office closed all the time. No one to help you.

Easy check in

This review is about the service of management being willing to at the request of Hotels.com to cancel a customer's reservation and release the changes, when it was an unforeseen delay that prevented them arriving on Check in day. I only wanted to change to the next day, get my refund to apply to the stay for the next day, that went from 147.64 to $500+ a night. The manager was in vacation they say, but the hotel clerk, on Duty during 7/2- 7/3 refused to release the funds, and still wanted me to pay the extra $500+ dollars for the next night. GREED!!, SELFISH, and my reservation was to fully refundable. God thing that i took out the insurance, that's offered to protect your trip. I never got to stay at the property, And i don't want to stay, where service is about themselves. They prey on your misfortune, or turn of events hoping you don't show, and keep your money.

They were very accommodating and polite. Will stay there again in the future.

The building areas need work and upgrades. The area was fine in proximity to Hyannis Port.

It was a decent place. We only stayed for one night about 2 miles from the city center may be less, but it was a decent walking distance. No complementary breakfast, but there are options across the street.

The property was exactly what we were looking for: clean and pleasant room in a good location.

Took 3 minutes by car to get to the hy-line cruise area.

Too many sirens. Not on a beach. Otherwise clean and bright with helpful staff.

It’s right next to shopping and dining, gas.

Lacking in many areas. Advertised continental breakfast and the room is being used as storage. Asked to check in early and only a couple cars there and wanted to charge55$ because I booked on Expedia instead of with them. Had to go looking for toilet paper. The cleaning staff is pleasant and one person at desk was pleasant but other gentleman who denied early check not so much. If you want a cheap place to stay and don’t expect much it is ok.

When I booked it daid that breakfast was included afterwards I received an email saying that it wasn’t anymore… the room was ok, but it was for worth the price we payed.

Nice place, friendly staff. TV has nothing but commercial television, no premium channels and the sound doesn't work on a few stations. Indoor pool is empty and no more breakfast, all because Covid allows hotels to charge the same prices while falsely advertising the above amenities.

The room was so so. Seemed clean but the floor was not. Felt stuff on my feet when I walked around. The water pressure was not good but it got the job done. The sheets didnt fit right and kept coming off the mattress. And there was no breakfast in the morning. Very disappointed.
