This hotel is conveniently located to great restaurants and to the ferry’s. It has two pools and a beautiful setting with 2 fire pits. Breakfast is included. I would highly recommend it

My wife and I booked one of the whirlpool suites for several nights and very much enjoyed our time. Staff were friendly and accommodating - they provided some simple birthday decorations in the room when requested ahead of time, and the hotel offers daily housekeeping and as many towels as you need for the pool. We loved the in-room whirlpool tub and the indoor and outdoor pools - although the weather was not great for much of our trip, we were still able to enjoy a swim every day we were there. The pools were clean and big enough for multiple families/individuals to use. The bed was also very comfortable. The hotel is located close to nearby beaches, and there are lots of food options nearby. The breakfast included was standard (cereal, breads, eggs/breakfast meat, waffle and pancake makers), but good. The only downsides to our trip were that initially there was a mix-up on our room number, which resulted in some extra walking around. The staff were apologetic and quick to fix things. I also wished that the drink coupon that was given to us with our stay could be used at both the outdoor and indoor bar/pubs, but we were told it was only usable at the indoor one. Overall, we had a really good time and would come back here again.

Great stay as always. Nice pool and bar, great fire pits and ability to meet others vacationing as well. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant was not open for food; only drinks. (If you advertise a restaurant, there should be one.) Went to the Italian restaurant next door and had a very nice and reasonable meal. Also Skipper Chowder House was AMAZING, long wait, worth it!

The Bayside resort is position on a bay with a small beach and a great water view. There's a nice lounge and a fire pit for enjoying summer nights. The one negative is there isn't an elevator. If you have lots of luggage, try and get a first floor room. We were on the second floor.

There was blood on the sheets on both beds and an employee dropped off a set of sheets for me to remake the bed instead of them doing it. I told the employee at the desk when I checked out and she didn’t seem to care. She said they don’t do housekeeping on weekends. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately the room was very close to entry door and noisy. The musty smell was fairly strong. When i got hime my clothes all needed to be washed to remove the odor. On a plus side, the room was large and comfortable. Overal...B+

Honestly, the only good things about this property are the location and the breakfast. Rooms are dated, which would be fine if they were clean. Humidity is insanely high throughout whole resort including rooms and bathroom was clearly not cleaned with any sort of detail. Motels on the cape are cleaner than this property. Right before we checked out we realized there was mold in the air conditioner, or we would have left upon arrival.

When we got there to check in and we got to our room, we were checking the bed to make sure it’s clean and we found this under the bed by the bed skirt. Honestly not sure what it is but it looks disgusting and even though we switched rooms we were still disgusted the whole time we stayed there.

The view from our room was very nice and the outdoor area was relaxing. The breakfast was very good as well. The down side was the room was dated and musty. The air conditioning didnt seem to be that great and i feel the room needed to be deep cleaned as we woke up very stuffy both mornings.

I didn't like the bed. The bed felt like it was ancient and that I was sleeping on the floor. If it wasn't for the fact that I was only sleeping there for 3 nights, I would have left. I felt the food options in the mornings was one of the best that I have seen.

We enjoyed our stay at Bayside Resort. The bay view was beautiful. Nice breakfast selection every morning and our room was cleaned every day of our stay. Large parking lot right outside the resort. It is centrally located making it easy to travel all over the cape. My only complaint was that the air conditioner was extremely loud and woke us up multiple times when it kicked on at night.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional, but our experience at the bar was unacceptable. My husband and I, a Black couple were treated rudely by an older bartender who shouted at us when we tried to order, demanded we move seats without reason, and refused to serve us when we questioned it. We were the only Black couple there and felt targeted and unsafe. No one intervened. Sadly, I can't recommend this place due to the discriminatory behavior we experienced.

The hotel is an older one with dark brown carpeted hallways that meander all over. Our room door was tight and took a bit of effort to open and close (with a lot of noise) . Beds were fine and the room clean. AC worked well. Floors were carpeted and the hotel could use some brightening up by pulling the carpeting out. Our second floor room with a balcony had a nice view of the marsh and the indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. But overall the staff was lackluster and Seemed disinterested. Also they are ready to hit your wallet every chance they can. $20 extra if you want a 3pm check in rather than 4pm. Hefty charges for each 1/2 hour you are late checking out. An unwelcoming feel. We won’t be returning

The Bayside was amazing and perfect for our quick weekend getaway. What stood out the most was the friendly staff - especially Gale who welcomed us at check-in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the fire with the smore kits - my kids did not want to leave. Keep up the great work!

I usually book VRBO homes and decided I would book this hotel for the convenience of the restaurant and bar onsite. I paid in full well in advance for this resort and was charged a resort fee upon arrival. I was given a map of the hotel grounds. Never during check in or before did I get notified that the pub and pool bar/food was not open because they do not have a liquor license. This was the whole reason I chose the location. In the key card packet I got were two coupons for $6 for a list of local restaurants. Not only was the pub and outdoor bar/food options not available as I checked in I got a list of days room service is available and to my surprise they only come a couple days a week. The one day they did enter they did not even make the beds. I have never had room service where they don't make the beds. When it was time for me to checkout I was never asked how my stay was so I decided to explain my issues to the girl at the front desk and she did not say anything in response not even offering a manager to me. All I got was a man behind me who works there say," wasn't it listed on the site you booked that the restaurant was not open?" I said, "no it was n't,"and that is the reason I chose this place to begin with the convenience. The cost of my 3 night stay was not cheap and to have such a lack of caring about the guests comments are just unacceptable. If you want a place to stay for convince this is not the place for you.

This place is fantastic! I was bouncing around the Cape for 2 weeks of work but this was my favorite place. The breakfast was great and had lots of options. The managers were friendly and helpful with price changes from Expedia vs in person charges. One day I accidentally lost my rental car key in the trash outside as I was throwing things away. Once I realized it a couple hours later the trash had been emptied. One of the front desk employees took it upon themselves to rummage through the trash, found, and cleaned my key! Unbelievable service!

The stay started out nice until our last morning. We were not able to use our room cards the day we were leaving. We went down to breakfast tried to come back in at 8:45am and the cards did not work any longer. Went upstairs to get in our room and the same thing happened, check out is at 11am.

The hotel has a beautiful scenic area in the back with an outdoor pool, a fire pit, and a view of the marsh and creek inlets. The free breakfast included more food choices than I expected. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. It's located in a very convenient location to restaurants, the Cape Cod Melody Tent, Hyannis ferry, etc.

Good mid-Cape location with lots of good, inexpensive restaurants and activities nearby. Since it was among the coldest days of winter, we didn't actually see much of the outside property. The room was large and comfortable, with chairs and a small table, a fridge, coffee maker and equipped with a jetted tub. It did have those oddly square, plump pillows that I find uncomfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We didn't use the pool area or game room, and it would have been nice to have a restaurant on site for at least afternoon snacks if not dinner. I would stay again, but not during a school vacation. The "February Vacation Package" meant hoards of unsupervised children running in the halls from early morning until late at night with hardly a parent in sight.

Central location for Cape Cod. Hotel was clean, staff extremely helpful great facilities 2 pools and outside rest area - fire pits. Breakfast was excellent could not fault anything at thus hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Yet another, mediocre at best, Cape hotel. It seems as thought you can’t get a middle of the road place on the cape. Either very expensive or very meh! Kind of disappointing. Why bother having an on sight bar if it’s closed for over a year?

Disappointing that the restaurants and pubs were closed. That is not listed when you first book, we received the Email they are closed after we booked. They have us coupons for other restaurants which was nice. Staff was kind, hotel is noisy, the room doors slam hard and children running up and the down the hall or in the rooms above us. Breakfast was decent enough. Always space to eat and not overly crowded. Pools were nice.

Clean room. Nice staff. Well kept grounds. Great breakfast and pool area. Hallways and rooms were a bit musty and dark. Pub did not serve food as on the website and complementary drinks couldn’t be purchased at the pool. Only at the pub which didn’t open til 5 pm. Sandwich at pool was AWFUL!

We recently stayed for nearly a week at Bayside, as part of a large group of 22 individuals. The rooms were spacious and featured comfortable beds, functional fridges, and while the hotel itself was somewhat outdated, we did experience some issues with clogged tubs. Despite these issues, our stay was generally enjoyable. However, we were disappointed to find that the pub and tiki bar were closed during our visit, which was a major draw for us in choosing Bayside. The lack of notice and compensation for this inconvenience was disappointing, although we did receive coupons for the closed restaurants. On a positive note, the fire pits and pools were excellent and greatly enjoyed by all. The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Demario, Anthony, and Joshua at the front desk. Demario, who was responsible for shutting down the fire pits each night, went above and beyond for our large group and all guests outside, providing exceptional service and becoming like family by the end of our trip.
