Good location and nice staff, but the hotel needs maintenance - only 1 (of 2) elevator was working, I could barely get my door open, many things felt a neglected. Speaking with folks in the elevator other rooms had issues as well.

Positives: Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was very good. Check in very good. Negatives: Charge $10 to park car over night. TV in bed room not working. When we called was told that no one was there to work on it and no rooms were available to change. Fitness center very small. Bike not working. No remote for tv. Dumbbell weights were missing. We are always looking for places to stay in Annapolis area. May have to look else where near time.

Needs some maintenance, minor stuff like paint. Outside of that the employees are all great and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was the normal hotel free breakfast. The second floor pool table is a fun break up from the norm.

Great location and easy access to highways, downtown Annapolis, area attractions. The hotel is in need of updating. The elevators were a bit shaky. Everything seemed worn and tired. The tub/shower in our room has seen better days. The furniture was a bit beat up. Probably the biggest issue was lack of housekeeping despite requesting it directly at the front desk. We came back to a dirty room. This was a bummer. Pool had a towel shortage. Honestly, the hotel was probably booked solid and the pool was a popular destination due to the beautiful weather. No towels. We asked for towels. They were being washed or dried. We asked again. Finally towels were brought. 5 towels for a pool with about 20 people in it. The towel situation didn’t get better in our room either. With no housekeeping, we asked for refresh of towels. No washcloths were provided. Overall, these were minor inconveniences. Breakfast was great!!

The best part of the trip was the Front desk. Room size was disappointing. Insufficient number of towel sets and unable to get additional. Didn't really have a closet just swing away hooks behind a curtain. One of two elevators were broken as well as the floor ice machine. Needs rehab soon. Even the flags out front were faded and showing wear. Paid parking did fill quickly but no security provided to justify a fee which was not included on quoted price. Overall, I'm really surprised considering the Hilton brand.

Very disappointed with the pool hours. After dinner, headed down to the pool for a swim, and found it closed. It was only a little after 8:00 pm. Also received an email that I would be charged an additional $10 to park my car. Unreal way to treat an HHONORS member.

The room was not very clean. At the end of our stay we pulled the blankets and sheet to realize there was no mattress covers and yellow pee stains on the mattress. So so gross

The hotel was dirty, from the carpets in the room, halls, and even in the elevator. Our hotel room needs attention, from hooks on the bathroom walls that were coming off, to the trim around the refrigerator was broken. Their washer was broken, so laundry service was not available, and the staff at the front desk, aside from one gentleman, were unfriendly, and acted inconvenienced when checking us in, or answering any questions. The worst part was the ants in our room, absolutely disgusting!

This room had bugs. Every day I killed 3 roaches. I stayed 3 nights. I was also afraid to use the elevators at this location. It shook and rattled as it moved. The staff was very nice, but I wouldn't choose this location again due to the bugs and elevator.

Horrible, dogs, smelly halls, room, tub chipped, paint sloppy and peeling, dirty carpet, holes in ceiling. They fixed it supposedly then next day water coming out ceiling again. Courtyard no view and smells of poop from dogs. Just bad

This hotel is very dirty. Everywhere you turn you touch something sticky. My son was in white socks for 20 seconds and they became black! We stayed for 2 days and had no service. Basically we had to take out our own trash and get our own towels. The door handle to the bathroom fell off and I was afraid my son would get stuck in it. It was not fixed during our stay. The carpets in this facility should all be removed. It’s extremely dirty and smells bad.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. The lady who checked us in should have 5 stars. The room is a different story. When we opened the door it smelled of mold and mildew. There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. If felt damp and wet in the room.

I stayed 2 days. There was an ant infestation and some black tiny bugs. There was also a refrigerator leak. They moved me after the first night for my second night. When I arrived at my next destination on Sunday, I had 5 deer ticks that were attached to me. The other bugs were obviously deer ticks. I returned home today (WED) and have to be put on preventative antibiotics due to the bites. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!

Hotel and rooms need serious work and updating. Breakfast was fine, quick, what expected. Room itself was damp, mixed with a faint smoke odor. Wallpaper peeling, fixtures falling apart, overall not a place we'd stay again. Not a big believer in pet friendly hotels, they tend to smell, which this one did. Sorry

The room I stayed in could’ve definitely used a fresh paint job and an update on the fixtures and furniture. There were stains on some of furniture, dirty carpet, and paint chipping on the walls. The pictures looked nothing like room I stayed in.

The place was ok our room had damp smell that was quite strong & AC was very loud throughout the night woke us up multiple times. Also the room needs a facelift since cabinets & bathroom figures were peeling & coming off of the walls. The property itself was kept up & your staff were excellent

Do not let them put you in room 213. Room 213 is above an open balcony area above the lobby and very near the pool table. We requested moving rooms twice and were denied. It was very loud right outside of our room until about midnight almost every night of our stay. Other than that the hotel was nice and desk people were polite.

I booked the room three weeks in advance. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were informed that NO ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE. We were traveling with three young children. After 2 hours wait, they arranged an alternative accommodation 20 MILES AWAY from the original hotel. To make it worse, at the new location, we PAID out-of-pocket for the new room. That was an extremely uncomfortable situation that never happened to me before. The staff was unprepared and unprofessional in handling the situation.

Start with the good as they were the bright spot. All the front desk workers were friendly and tried to fix things. If you want a nice fresh hotel, this is not for you. It is old and looks it. Now our room. The bathroom had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Hair everywhere and just nasty. No body gel, shampoo or anything all empty. When asked for given attitude by housekeeper. Two of the towels fold were dirty and had not been laundered. Shower did not work more than a trickle. We had maintenance come check the shower but little he could do. He tried and was friendly. Housekeeping on the other hand were rude did not leave clean towels i had to go get them. Shampoo shower gel etc were left on counter. Looked like water was dumped on the floor for cleaning we dried it with towels we got from front desk. Would never recommend this hotel. We travel alot for both work and pleasure usually prefer Hilton brands but never again here and we stay in the area often. Stay somewhere else.

Do not let them put you in room 213. Room 213 is above an open balcony area above the lobby and very near the pool table. We requested moving rooms twice and were denied. Our room was very spacious, bedroom, living,kitchen with all the appliances that we needed. Parking was convenient and easy to walk around the hotel. Very friendly staff, specially Zenobia at the front desk( she was kind and professional and made us feel welcome immediately💗)and Terry in the breakfast room(she was constantly cleaning and making sure everything was full, very friendly 💗) we will definitely recommend this location to others!!

Good option to stay when visiting the Annapolis area. 15 minutes to the downtown, right by the highways to explore other nearby places. Hotel was well kept, very clean, nicely decorated and in good shape. Quiet. Staff was really friendly. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Convenient to walk a dog nearby for a decent distance as well. Felt safe. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

First of all let me note that this is an "older" Hilton/Hampton Inn property...and it needs some updating. HOWEVER, the staff was over the top helpful and accommodating...they did EVERYTHING to make our stay so enjoyable...the morning breakfast team did an awesome job with service! The location is excellent, and only 5-15 minutes form Historic Annaoplis Maryland and other area attractions and restaurants. This Hampton Inn is a awesome value and I plan on staying there again when visiting family there in the Annapolis area!

This hotel was very nice. The breakfast was nice in the morning. It was very easy to get to DC or Baltimore and going into Annapolis was super quick and easy. There was plenty of food and shopping around the corner. My only complaint would be the bed was very uncomfortable. It was extremely hard. Everything else was great.

The room had an especially noisy AC. Kept waking me up when it would kick in even though I adjusted the setting. The breakfast was subpar, Ran out of coffee and a lot of food and had to go find the attendant to get more. This stay was definitely not the quality I've come to expect in a Hampton Inn.

The hotel itself was just ok. The room was clean, the bathroom, the toilet was very badly stained and the tub didn't look clean enough for me to take a bath in. The so called "hot breakfast" was disappointing to say the least. They had cereal but no milk (sign saying they were sorry but ran out, this was at 6:30am). Also had run out of plates because all they had available were small paper bowls (another sign apologizing) Premade omelets with no flavor, potatoes which were good and you could make your own waffles in the waffle maker. Definitely not what I would consider a hot breakfast like they advertise, no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no pancakes, nothing that would make this considered a hot breakfast. Overall disappointed because of what we paid for the room, way overpriced for the quality we received

The breakfast was great including domethong for everyone. You can make your own waffles as well as enjoy eggs, breakfast meat toast, bagels and fruit.
