The hotel was clean and staff friendly however the restaurant was closed and for over 24 hours of our 2 day stay there was absolutely no hot water. This was very inconvenient and made it impossible to relax knowing we could not even take a warm shower. We were initially told the hot water would be functioning as soon as possible but it still wasn’t working at the time of check out. Additionally, our room was extremely loud, being located on 2nd floor next to all of the Mechanical units.

The property had an excellent view of the water. The property had a power outage. There were no backup generators. My stay was two days. They power was restored but the air conditioning system was down for the duration. No one addressed the issue.When,I questioned the staff about the status of the system they were very dismissive. I was very disappointed with my visit to the property and will not return.

Check in was a horrible start. They told me to insert my credit card for incidentals and instead double charged me for our room. They waved the parking fee as an apology. The room was ok. Upon arrival, there were dirty towels in the bathroom that housekeeping had missed.

For $350 +/night we would have expected room service to freshen the room. Instead we came back after 8 hours away from our room to find no fresh towels, bed still unmade, and the waters and coffees had not been replaced. The front desk wasn't sure why the room had not been cleaned and didn't even know if any staff were in site. We eventually received some towels but no waters or coffees for in in room coffee maker

Valet person was rude and indignant. However when we spoke to management she was very apologetic and listened and handled our concerns perfectly. Front desk person was less than welcoming. For the amount of money we paid there should be more amenities on the property and there are definitely paint chips and scuff marks in the room. Comfortable enough but not for the $$.

We booked this property for the view from a balcony room. This did not disappoint. However, for the premium price I was expecting a premium quality bed. Instead, our king size mattress had springs we felt all night long and it sagged a bit in the middle. At the very least it needs a memory foam topper; better still, replace with new pillow top mattress. The staff was excellent. The room was roomy, well appointed, and clean. A small microwave would have been nice. We are glad we stayed here and would stay again for the location. Maybe we’ll bring our own mattress topper next time.

Three problems with the room: it is located next to a loud building engine, perhaps part of the HVAC, and it is so loud that it is hard to sleep at night; the heat/ac vent is right over the bed, so you are either too cold or hot; the shower has such low water pressure it is hard to wash. The room is very clean but other factors make it a very uncomfortable stay.

Was initially given a room on the 24 tier which sits near an air-handler unit and the vibrations and sounds made it Impossible to sleep. I was n formed the front office staff member and was switched to a better tier in the front of the property. We had a nice dinner at Pusser’s Restaurant!

Have stayed here multiple times. Had a balcony room overlooking the harbor. Nice restaurant downstairs has best view of harbor in town. We took a schooner docked next to the hotel for a fun two hour cruise. Room AC works oddly, tough to get room temp adjusted.

Pros- Beautiful hotel, great views, great location. The hotel and the rooms are really pretty- great design. The beds are comfy. The staff was excellent. Cons- Rooms were a bit small. No actual closet- just a place to hang things in the bathroom. No dresser in the room and No fan in the bathroom. The walls are really thin, so we could hear everyone coming back to their rooms at night. One of the elevators was having an issue, so we would get in it and it didn’t go anywhere. There was s sensor issue, they are working to fix. Overall- I’d recommend for the location. It’s perfect for walkability. You really can’t beat it. It is in my opinion, over priced, but due to the location- I get it.

Hard to get coffee in lobby & wait was 20 to switch empty coffee urn, & staff kept telling people it will be a few minutes. A small clear zip bag with Louis Vitton is wallet was stolen when I got back to room 2nd day. Staff on billing inquiry not helpful. Good location.

We had a great stay at Annapolis Waterfront. The lobby and room were both very clean, quiet, cute and spacious. We liked our waterfront view. The check in process was easy and we felt welcomed! They have valet parking which was nice. There is an app you can retrieve your car! You can walk into town and find a bunch of restaurants, stores and ice-cream shops!

The room was clean and the staff was excelent. We were unhappy with our room position, being only one of the three without any view at all and they were nice enough to switch us to a front bay view when one opened up the following day. Highly recomend. Very convienient location for any activity in town.

The handicap accommodation suite was nice. The walk in shower and bench made our stay very comfortable. Our suite had a great view of luxury yachts and boats! Also, ordering breakfast from Choptank by using the QR code was convenient. Received breakfast in 15-20 minutes. We were impressed! See you next time!

Annapolis on the Waterfront is a beautiful property. It is located on the water and we loved being able to dine watching the boats and yachts going by. There is a restaurant on site called Pusser's Caribbean Grill and they offered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the hotel was within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

The room was simple, but just beautiful because the view was outstanding! Hint, water, boats, yachts, and more water. But there was no tub....... The mini fridge was not working. They replaced it twice. There is no breakfast until 7:30 AM on a workday..... Not even some fruit in a bowl!! I hate that. They told me they could so room service beginning at 8:30AM. Well that doesn't help! You MUST use valet, and the cost is 29.00. The valet guys were super aggressive, they need a tip pretty badly.
