Love the ghost tour, easily walkable to all major event arenas in the area love how close it is to the harbor and the aquarium only 10 to 15 minute walk everywhere you need to go so convenient to be able to have valet parking in a very complicated city.

Very nice experience family trip to Camden Yards for a game walking distance to the stadium hotel has great staff friendly and nice hospitality will definitely recommend. Fun time on the rooftop bar and restaurant.

Hotel is lovely. Our ac wasnt working in our room so they immediately moved us to another room. The vallet was great and easy to check in online. The restaurants inside the hotel have the best food. I recommend the rock fish. The bistro also has a good breakfast

this property is a 1 star at best. there were holes in the shower tile. the bed was dirty. The pillow cases had black specs on it, the bed sheets had stains on them. there was a stain when i walked in. the lobby is dark and dirty and old.

The stay was very convenient and a quick walk to the CFG Bank arena. The rooftop bar would've been great but they closed at 10 so we didn't make it. Unfortunately the room had a stale musty smell. There was a long hair left in the bathroom across the back of the toilet. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The chair at the desk was visibly dirty. I requested a late check-out that was approved but not commicated to housekeeping. The bathroom shower did not seem that clean with visible mold build up. Overall, I have to say that I was quite disappointed of the room condition considering the wonderful possibilities.

Came in at 3 check in was in at 4 which is pretty late in the day but they let me check in early for free so that was nice. Bed was nice, AC was good, the bath/shower was ancient and very short. Overall it got the job done, if you need to go to Bank arena the walk was so close it felt like cheating .

This hotel is average. Nowhere near the definition of Luxe. The furniture in the rooms need serious updates. The desk was dingy and rusted. The tv stand was cracked and peeling. The bed.... the mattress was too small for the platform bed , the headboard is made of vinyl whic was all sratched up and peeling. The bathroom was basic and the showerheads spray all over the place. Had to manually try to tighten it so the water wouldnt keep spraying on to the ceiling and out if the shower. The toilets are very slow in draining and refilling. My room was on the 8th floor and the noise from the street was very loud. Having towels, sheets and garbage from rooms being cleaned ,in the hallway for over an hour doesnt give the feeling of a luxe hotel.

We decided to stay here while my husband and sister-in-law attended the “Tyler the Creator” concert across the street. From the very beginning we had issues with this property. There was an older woman at the desk that expressed irritation, to the customer ahead of us, with our cooing baby. I understand. Not everyone likes children. That’s fair, but it’s completely unprofessional to speak [nastily] aloud about your disdain for them. Especially to paying customers who have been reassured that establishment is family friendly. Another concierge, Amy, saw the situation and attempted to intervene. She was very kind and professional, and got us checked into our room smoothly. She was also very apologetic for her co-worker’s ignorance (which she shouldn’t have been). That put such a bad taste in our mouth from the beginning. The room was extremely dated AND HOT. The bathroom had seen better days, but it was clean. Since we were only staying a couple of days, I didn’t make a huge deal of it…but so many other things happened in that small amount of time that really ticked me off, including random hidden charges upon check-out. I wasn’t going to leave a review, because I don’t like leaving bad ones, but maybe I can spare another family some disappointment. Not like they care, but MY CREW WILL NOT BE BACK!

Overall we had a good stay. The bathroom shower desperately needed an update. The room itself was clean but also could use updating. All of the staff were friendly. Dinner at the tavern hotel was just ok. Service was terribly slow. I think i would choose another hotel next time.

This is a historical hotel in the downtown Baltimore area. It stands tall and stands out. There is a beautiful ballroom and a rooftop bar lounge there. The first night we were stayed, there was a high school prom. The teens looked elegant walking down the staircase leading to the lobby. Outside of the hotel, you are a short 10 minute walk to the harbor. At the harbor, you can take a paddle boat ride or just a plain motor boat ride across the way to Fells Point and back. There is also the National Aquarium along the harbor side with a host of restaurants including a Hard Rock Cafe, Phillips Seafood, Cheesecake Factory as well as other local ale houses and grills! There are clothing stores where you can find great discounts like Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory. Much much more to do and see in this downtown Baltimore are with tye CFG arena one block away from the Lord Baltimore. I highly recomend the Lord Baltimore Hotel, and can't say enough good things about it!

Overall it was nice and close to our venue. The restaurant was extremely slow and many patrons were waiting a long time for food. The morning buffet ran out of coffee and took a long time to replenish it. Tables needed updating as they were very sticky even after being wiped off.
