Room smelled like smoke and out dated.Pool was green and outside trash cans were over flowing with trash.The grounds were very dirty. I seen a roach on my last night of staying there.I will not be back

Most of the pictures of the facility aren't accurate. The facility smelled of marijuana & cigarette smoke. The bed linens had burn holes in them. The whole facility was run down, disgusting & not very well maintained. All of the other negative reviews are accurate. There was no breakfast. The ice machine did not work. This hotel needs to be removed from the booking site. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at, and that is saying a lot! Ice machine, juice machine not working. Looks to be a Section 8 housing unit.

We were allocated smoking rooms unsolicited and the smell was terrible. No lights on the corridor to the stairs and toilet doors were cracked. Television service was near zero and the breakfast was near to none. Had a terrible experience ever in American hotel experiment. Regretted picking this hotel and never to go back again despite the good location of the hotel.

Most of the amenities listed for this property on Expedia were not available. There is no more breakfast in the morning. The WiFi was non-functioning. There were not even any vending machines, and the area where they were selling snacks, etc., was mostly empty. Seemed like sort of a seedy part of town -- not super safe. Per what was listed on our booking in Expedia, we had a non-smoking room, but they insisted we'd reserved a smoking room. (Who has smoking rooms in 2023?) Would not recommend.

Online offered pool, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. No free breakfast for at least 2 months but they false advertising it. Pool was not open and no one gave any reason why. Wi-Fi was so weak it didn't work anywhere on the property, even the office. The carpet was so dirty it turned my feet black, the tub floor moved when standing in it, the hairdryer was broken and the smoke alarm had black on it. WORSE HOTEL EVER!!

This property is nothing like the pictures that are shown on its website. This place is literally trash, from the drive up, to the check-in, to the pool area, to go up the stairs to the rooms smelled like urine. The curtains had mold on it, the board that EMS pick up a patient on was laying down in the pool area and the rooms smell like straight up urine and cigarette smoke. This place is unsafe it’s not for family with children. It’s not for a vacation stay. The worst booking/decision I ever made.

no lighting in stairwell (lights broken) extremely unsafe : walls covered with nicotine residue ; MANY baby cockroaches crawling on the carpet ; tub was disgusting and the shower water pressure was slightly more than rain ; had to throw away my socks after walking on the carpet in them. 1.when we booked - the pictures were depicting a nice clean hotel and room. However, when we got in our room there were some dirty towels left on the floor -:the entrance to the desk was filthy dirty looked like it had never been painted or cleaned - management for this hotel should check this place out! 2. Hotel says continantal breakfast? No coffee, no orange juice only a half container of koolaide drink. A couple bagel and a few muffins along with 2 different dry cereals - we went to Royal Farms next door. 3. This is the kicker - I couldnt sleep all night bc I kept itching - thought it was maybe what they washed the sheets in - no I woke up all bit up by something - second night the same irching - got out of bed in the morning - my daughter saw this bug in the bed - definently looked like a bed bug - discusting! We will never go there ever again!

Property in serious need of help. Stairwell to second floor full of trash and smelled. Our Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. Bed linen had stains and cigarette burns, shower was filthy, bugs under mattress. Can’t believe this was a Ramada inn. Didn’t bother staying. I will say the front desk manager (behind bullet proof glass) was nice any returned our money.

room wasn't clean, bedsheets were not washed, it smelled of smoke even though selected & I insisted non-smoking room & worse of all toilets & sink weren't flashing well. I checked out of the hotel less than 30 mins of being there. That hotel should be closed by Environmental inspectors. Every guest should stay away from this Ramada Hotel

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the towels were dirty, you could tell the room wasn't vacuumed well, i even saw roaches in the bathroom. I was soo tired when i checked in friday evening that i didn't notice the condition of the room until I woke up saturday.

I booked two rooms for my family and there were a lot of issues. There was no clean pillow cases, beetles flying around the room, a mouse came out of the trash can, bathroom door wouldn't close, the smoke detector wasn't on the wall with only wires showing, blood on the pillows, head board was falling off the wall, burn marks in the bathroom, shower head wouldn't work, tub filled up with water and no stopper, profanity written on the bathroom door, keys were a hit and miss with working, and bed sheets had stains all over them.

This was the dirtiest and most unsanitary property I have ever been to in my entire life!! I wish I could post pictures!!! The tubs were black and dirty and had burnt stains. The toilet was filthy with dirt around it. There was mold around the doors of the walls. The carpet was filthy. It had a urine smell to top it off. There were big rats running around the property. This is definitely a trap house or, a place for prostitutes to come to. I recommend to NEVER stay here unless you are about that above life!! WE DID NOT STAY HERE!!! The pictures that are provided online are false. This place is not clean like the pictures appear to be at all!!! ~Angry and unsatisfied customer!

The first room i stood in (140) it had bedbugs. I got bitten at Least 4 times. The following i complained to the concierge about this. They moved me to another room (202) that room had roaches. I will never stay at a Ramada again

I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel than this one. We had to change rooms bc there was a cockroach and other bugs on the dresser and bed. Sheets weren't clean. Bathroom was disgusting and had an actual hole in the bathtub. On top of it, the gentleman was arguing with my friends about the state of the room. We were given another room which wasn't much better. I felt so gross even after showering. Had it not been so late we wouldn't have stayed. Still now i feel gross even thinking about that disgusting place!!!!!!

It’s a shame to find bedbugs in a facility as Ramada Hotel that shows how dirty the place is. Book a room for 3 nights and have to cancel my reservation and put and to my stay after spending an horrible night and waking up the next day founding bedbugs in my bed. I was in the room 121 from Friday night July 12/2024 to Saturday morning July 13/2024.

I didn’t stay as soon I walked in the room bad smell , both bed cover were dirty , the toilet seat was covered in cigarette ashes I walked out fast went to the front and ask for a refund she told me to send to the manger which I did and still haven’t heard back .

Is the second time I host there, this time had some problems (couple times) my key don’t work and the shower very slippery. The people clean the room very nice couple and say hello all the time …

This is an old school motel. The rooms have no refrigerator, hair dryer or microwave. Bathroom door could not close. Tub was dirty. Sign on the mirror said linens would be changed every 3 days. I was there a week and I spilled a small spot and that was there all week. The stairwell to the upstairs rooms was not lit making it feel unsafe. There was no rack to place a suitcase on. Bed was fine and water pressure was good.

Ramada should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. Door would not shut right. Walls had graffiti all over them. Pillows head stains. God knows of what. Walls head stains and were marked up. Bathroom was gross. The sad part was this was the second room they gave me in the first room was even worse. I don’t know if Hotels.com looks at these reviews, but this is one hotel they should not offer to their customers.

Terrible. Filthy bathtub. Said included a frig, but the lady said it may not so I could just get a refund if I checked in, and it wasn't there. It was there, but froze the food and made everything wet. No bath towel, only a tiny hand towel. Pillows were weird and tiny. I think someone cut regular pillows in half to save money. Not a very safe area.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed at (and I used to work in the hospitality industry). The room smelled horrendous and every time they came to do housekeeping it smelled worse. I bought 2 cans of fabreeze to try and help but nothing alleviated the smell that I can only describe as a smell one can find at a bar that hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years. Shower was broken, sink was broken, safe was broken, most of the outlets were broken. They state they have breakfast- they don’t. The stairways smell like urine and are never cleaned. 0/10- do not go. Internet also did not work half of the time. While we were staying there someone overdosed in a room couple of doors down. Cops, ambulances, the works. Stay away.

The room was dirty, it smelled like old stale cigarettes. Bed looked unclean, no microwave or fridge. Smoke detector didn't work, burn mark on wall. Phone didn't work. Did not stay staff was not accommodating. I will never stay at a Ramada Inn ever again.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Feels more like a motel than a hotel. Beware of old, dirty rooms with smoke damage. No cleaning service provided. Rooms are not noise insulated so you can hear your neighbors often. Furniture is all worn down (thankfully TV was a newer smart TV).

When I checked in the staff was rude. The batteries to the remote was dead and the tv was so low and couldn’t change. They gave me a hard time to get a new remote or even just batteries. Two days into my stay the smoke detector batteries started dying and beeped every 20 seconds! I asked if they can change the batteries and no one ever came. I checked out days later with no one ever coming. The bathroom was dirty and the shower barely worked. The shampoo and other items were clearly used! The in room coffee pit had no cover to the water and was filthy! The area was unsafe. I was awaken at 11pm to someone rattling my door knob. I had to scream that I was going to call the police and then they left. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!

We ended up leaving this property due to roaches, broken sinks, broken doors, dirty beds, smells, rugs disgusting, manager rude and disrespectful. The pictures here on Expedia is not what the hotel looks like at all. I had a king bed reservation and manager told me noand gave me 2 bed room that was disgusting.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ONE STAR, I would! There were no towels, washcloths, hand towels, soap or anything in the room. My boyfriend and I were in Baltimore for an event, so we checked in and had a great time in the city and when we came back thinking we could wash up and get some sleep, we realized there were no toiletries, any sort of towels, NOTHING! I called to the front desk to let them know and the lady there was loud and rude and told me that I should have told the maid in the morning that I needed washcloths. MIND YOU, I CHECKED IN THE ROOM IN THE AFTERNOON-WHEN THERE WAS NO MAID, AND THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WASHCLOTHS AND TOWELS ALREADY IN THE ROOM FOR A NEW CHECK IN!! I tried to explain this to her, but she was being a complete a$$hole and I decided to go down there and explain but she CALLED THE COPS ON ME FOR DEMANDING BASIC NECESSITIES! She then threw a towel NO WASHCLOTH OR SOAP-- at me and told me to share it with my boyfriend or else LEAVE because I was being mean for wanting to simply wash my behind!! AND WHO SHARES A TOWEL, first of all; but who washes with no cloth or soap? I waited to until the cops arrived, told them the situation, they told her to issue me a refund and I told her what I thought of her :) and then booked a much better room down the street at Motel 6. Also, the rooms at this Ramada are filthy, roaches, no fridge or microwave, just nasty people running it who clearly want you to be accustomed to be as filthy as they are used to.DISGUSTING!!

As we arrived there were 3 other groups awaiting check in that later had similar issues as a preface to my evaluation. Besides the lobby smelling of cigarette smoke, we were given our key card and went to our room. Upon arriving, we were met by a thicker scent of cigarette smoke, a room that wasn't at all vacuumed with trash on the floor, a door that had over an inch gap under it to take in the outside smells, and the smoke detector torn off of the wall and nowhere to be found, and lastly the deadbolt didn't line up with it's hole, so the door couldn't lock. Luckily they were able to send us to another room that at least appeared similar to the pictures online. It was fine other than the fecal matter smeared on the underside of the toilet that was once again missed by the cleaners. The pool had many foreign objects floating and sunk to the floor, once again, dirty. Although the Motel claims no smoking, that claim is not reinforced anywhere on the premises to my experience both visually and by smell. And to go back to the other groups I checked in with, 3 of the 4 attempted to get refunds back due to mold, lack of cleaning, and smoke smells.

The pictures on the site do not reflect the actual place, horrible for the price is basically a motel the stairwells smell foul, the room was not clean I found chicken bones under our beds upon arrival, the tub was extremely Nasty, writing on the bathroom wall and mostly drug addicts and homeless residents in the area/ staying they also have a policy of no refunds after you check in which is crazy because you won’t see the room until you check in I’m very disappointed in my experience with this hotel while checking out I stood in the lobby for over 20 minutes while they talked before acknowledging me or the other customers

Perfect if you need a place to sleep for the night and you are going to pass out the moment you hit the pillow, but if you need to spend more then 5 lucid minutes not showering, I’d recommend literally anything else. 2 stars just for the staff not making the check in and check out process unnecessarily difficult (as long as I get the charge back that they placed on my card and it dosen't post, hopefully just a safety deposit and not me being double billed), but I’ve travelled the world and this is easily the worst property I’ve ever stayed at, even at this low price point.

STAY AWAY!!!! This property was horrible. the owner and desk workers were horribly rude. My room barely locked, reeked of cigarette smoke after I booked a non smoking room, had bugs in the room, no smoke detector, mold in the bathtub, and so, SO much more. They refused to give me a refund stating if I didn’t like it I should leave. Horrible service and unsafe accommodations. Stay far away. Travelers BEWARE!!!

Decent structural bones. But it has been allowed to run far below standard. One room: a broken front glass sheet covered with plywood. Another: curtain rod broken halfway down looking abandoned. Most curtains need to be replaced. Garbage in bins near the rooms is NOT removed nearly enough. So the wind blows it all over the place leaving the place looking derelict. Which ties in with the fact that it looks like a homeless shelter. Multiple people there looking like they're living there. People who litter, make disturbing noise, SMOKE just outside the rooms and help the place look run down. Tried staying in two rooms before leaving. BOTH STANK of cigarette smoke, had MULTIPLE cigarette burns on the sheets, bed and chair. The pillows were thin and small like they'd been cut in half. Bathtubs looked FILTHY like they had been permanently stained and needed to be thrown out. The pictures online are HIGHLY MISLEADING. The name on the property is synonymous with high standards and it appears doubtful that they have inspected recently. They need to STRIP this franchise. It is NOT FIT for habitation at the listed price. For a mere $5 more per day I got another place 10 TIMES better. In EVERY way. And as for the service: moderately polite front desk. HORRIBLE housekeeping who BARGED into one room before waiting for an answer while someone was naked and PEEKED through the door when they opened it and it is barred. Front desk seems aware. Two words: DISGUSTING AND AWFUL

The property was located in a very accessible area to driving ,food and many other stores for shopping

Very unsafe!! Cars on jacks without tires and wheels. Didn’t look well kept. Curtains torn. We kept driving and didn’t feel safe enough to leave our car there overnight. A big rip off for 100.00 a night.

This place is a dump. The front desk has bullet proof glass which didn’t give a great sense of safety right from the start. Our two non-smoking rooms were disgusting and smelled like an old ashtray. I was asked by multiple people lingering around the hotel for money. And multiple rooms had people sitting outside the rooms just watching people. It was very eerie and just more reasons to not feel safe. Since those were the best rooms available, as the front desk stated, we left and found a much better hotel 15 minutes away. They won’t refund or reservations even though they couldn’t provide two clean non-smoking rooms. Very disappointed with Ramada and Orbitz. Don’t stay at the No Tell Motel.

Dirty and smelly room and not safe area

I did not get to check in the hotel upon arrival there where people sitting in the driveway I felt very unsafe for me and my family the property was not well lit and the seat or property did not seem cleanly at all. I would like to be refunded me and my family did not feel safe upon arrival arae was not friendly nor safe.

The upkeeping of the cleaning could be done with a little more effort. The room is spacious but cleanliness is important. It is however located next to food hubs and shopping malls. So thats the only good thing. The hotel is a little drive out of the city area.

The keys for the room that won’t work and allow me into the room. I am handicapped and I was placed on the second floor where there are no elevators. . When I walked into the office a bunch of kids that reeked of marijuana I canceled my reservation because it was also was extremely noisy and not safe with people with rooms outside yelling outside the rooms at 3 am.

The stay is good location is great the downside is towels were a little dirt ,tube is ok need deep clean ,sheets have whole in them but if ask they will replace overall its a good place to stay.

The room was very nice, there are many dining options within walking distance, and the Roger Carter Community Center (swimming, exercise room, basketball) is approximately a 10 minute drive from the motel. The motel is also close to I-695.

No working internet and breakfast "temporarily closed". People were nice and room was ok, but never again a Ramada . Bad stay at one in the past, so won't be lured by a low price again.

Bathroom had stains, non smoke room rigs of cigarettes, worst of all the online advert says continental breakfast, when all the had was few slices of bagel that even couldn'tfeed my familyof 4, No butter or cream cheese or eggs or sausage. A juice machine that doesn't work, little or no cereal. All they had was coffee and creamer, no sugar. My worst experience ever.

Free breakfast was advertised but when we checked in they said there would be no breakfast because of COVID. COVID is long over and no one is even wearing masks. If breakfast is advertised there should be a breakfast.
