The parking is a nightmare i’ve a small car took me 30 mins to find and fit into a spot both nights they lug my luggage from the 5th floor parking garage to the hotel across the street !! No thanks way too much stress .its packed all weekends like insane . The hotel needs valet parking or it’s own parking

A getaway with my husband. We were put into a “pure wellness” room (not something we asked for). It had an air purifier which we didn’t think anything of at first but had we known it would have made random clicking noises and kept us up all night we would’ve requested a new room. Neither of us slept and it was a terrible night! If they assign you a “pure wellness” room, RUN AWAY! Besides that, room was clean and comfortable. View of lake was nice and overall great location.

Location is great except for the “boardwalk” is very loud and vibrating until 2am on weekends. The AC in my room made the most annoying noise so I’d have to turn it off to fall asleep then wake up in middle of the night to turn it back on. Then off and on again. Everything else about the hotel was fine but if you can’t get a good night’s sleep then it’s hard to recommend to others or desire to return.

First time in this area and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views, downtown ‘city’! There’s a boardwalk w a so many restaurants and shoppes, a lake w a carousel-which could see from our room. The hotel offers a nice outside area for cocktails and dining on the 2nd floor. Our room, floor 9, had a balcony which offered additional views. Highly recommend.

Very nice modern hotel, great walking area/location, and plenty of dining options. The two things I’m annoyed with are the fact that the bathroom didn’t have a fan so when you take a hot shower it takes forever for the steam disipate, secondly the only mirrors in the room are located in the bathroom. This makes it very difficult for two people to get ready. Smallish inconveniences that can hopefully be remedied.

Was in town for my husbands birthday and stayed the night at this location. The room was clean and overlooking the lake with a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the tv pulled out so we could watch from the bed. The only downside is the bathroom didn’t have a fan after you showered to clean the steam faster but if that’s the only negative we are good. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Great service and area. Would definitely stay again!

While pur stay was nice and comfortable, my personal pillow (specially ordered for a neck issue) was left behind. I called the same day, and they said they didn't have it. There's no way. It had a printed case on it, so it did not blend in with other pillows. Very disappointed that an upscale hotel would do this.

Staff was very kind and professional. Very clean room and common areas. Great location, nearly soundproof. Comfortable beds. I just wish that breakfast was included, the pool available to hotel guests, and that the prices in the on-site shop were more reasonable. We charged 1 regular sized bottle of Gatorade to the room. Price plus tax made it over $8.00!

Not sure if it was Expedia’s problem or the hotel but I selected the option with breakfast but my breakfast was not included. Breakfast there was overpriced and very little options. House keeping came every day and I appreciated the fresh towels daily. I wish they picked up the unneeded items after I communicated to the front though. (Like the roll away bed after two days…) Also the lighting could use a little more touch up.

The hotel is in a great location. My King Suite was spacious. It was clean and very comfortable. The on site restaurant was a bust. I guess it is a modern layout, but it didn’t gel with us. It was made more uninviting by the person behind the counter coughing in her hand when we were offered service. We excused ourselves and went to the Copper Canyon which was located nearby.

I love the free parking & location with so many things to do. Friendly staff, clean lobby, Bistro area and room. Rooms are comfortable and have what you need. Great view of the lake. One of our favorite staycation spots! Opportunities: our toilet flushed really load and ran for a while afterwards. Sink handle was missing the hot/cold indicator. Water was really hot until we figured out needing to turn it all the way to right to get luke warm.

The location is superb except for parking. The hotel is part of a large enclave (the RIO) with lots of restaurants, theaters, shopping, and hotels. There are 2 huge multi-floor marking lots, and outdoor parking, but they are very hard to navigate and park at the wrong time of day. You can spend an hour looking for a place to park. Also, they have Tesla Superchargers, but they are in one of the garages, and while we were there, they were overwhelmed with the number of Teslas seeking a charge. There are no other chargers nearby (3 miles away has some). The hotel itself is great, with a view of the lake and excellent walkability. Expect large crowds on weekends and movie times. It's like walking around NYC.
