I love this hotel! It is very clean; the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is amazing. They have a water bottle filler that is filtered on their water fountain that I used a lot. The fitness room and pool are never broken down and is always in very good condition, unlike many other hotels that I have stayed in.

My stay was amazing. To begin with, I was greeted by Karin who was a sweetheart. She was friendly and answered every question we had. She even told us a bit about her history, which was welcomed and I was able to relate. Loved her! Once we got into our room we saw that it was nice and clean and ready for two people who had been on the road all day. The next day we had breakfast, (free), downstairs and the variety of food was more than we could ask for. Overall, this was a very positive and very welcomed experience. I would stay in this hotel again without a doubt. I must not forget to mention, free parking. Thank you for making this a very nice experience. Enelida

Stayed here for one night based on Expedia recommendations and am so glad that we did. Our room was spotless; beds comfy, even including the double sofa bed used by our 13 year old grandson. All linens were beautifully clean. Breakfast afforded a good variety with two ladies who were of such good cheer that one couldnt help but feel happier in their company. The food area was neat, clean and appealing. Coffee bar was well stocked and coffee was always hot. Pool and work-out rooms were neat and clean too. Well done! so glad that we did!

The cleanest hotel in a long time… inside and outside. The room, the halls, the dining and coffee area…and the grounds all strong, the lawn and flowers… really surprisingly clean, neat and new looking!

This was a quick overnight stay to see a concert in town. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room we were given had a lot of room and was very clean. Breakfast was decent, and they had breakfast "go-bags" ready in case guests were in a hurry. A nice place to stay for trips to the area.

Unfortunately, our room faced the highway and it was so loud making it difficult to fall asleep. We requested a room change to the front side and was told that no rooms were available. We resorted to turning on the ac fan to drown out the semis going by.

My wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Hagerstown-I-81 while returning home from a trip to the Raleigh, NC area. We had not stayed in the Hagerstown area before and were delighted with our hotel accommodations. The hotel is conveniently located just off I-81 as the name would suggest. Although our room faced the highway there was minimal highway noise in our room. The heater/air conditioner in our room was very noisy - our only complaint. My wife and I agreed it was the nicest hotel we had stayed at during our trip. Our room was clean and spacious. We were delighted with the comfort of the sofa and the bed. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. We did not use either the pool or any of the fitness rooms, since ours was a one night stay, but both were clean and inviting.

I loved the roomy bathroom The shower was great. The bed was terrible. Hard as a rock. Some people like hard beds but it kills my shoulder and hips. Very clean and large room. Didn’t like the tv remote. Was hard to navigate I thought the cost of having a dog was too high

Right off 81 this was the perfect stop for us. Bed was comfortable except the pillows were pretty flat. Our room was on the highway side so a bit noisy. I would try to get opposite side of hotel. Staff was great! Nicely updated and clean. I would stay there again but request a room on opposite side

Stayed on opposite side of highway which was great. Plenty of space. Wifi was 5mb upload and 5mb download speed. Definitely need thicker pillows. Only actual complaint..

Would stay here again. Room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. We were on the third floor. Had a nice range of options for breakfast, including yogurt and fruit. Shower pressure was excellent. Staff was delightful.

Breakfast was awesome, pool was fun for the kids, room layout and function provided everything we needed. Such a relief to not have a single complaint! Won’t stay there again. Rude front desk, terrible coffee and no extension for late stays! Seems a bit ridiculous after spending over $200 for a night in Hagerstown. Won’t make that mistake twice!

Amelia at the front desk was welcoming and friendly and efficient. She even asked if she could help with her bags. My friend and I both use canes so we were happy to accept her kind offer. She showed us where to park and said she takes the luggage down to our room, when we came in, she was waiting two bottles of water because she saw that I was a HILTON Honors Member. The room was roomy And the beds were comfy. Breakfast the next morning had both hot and cold options. The man at the desk was also friendly and efficient when we checked out. I will definitely stay here agsin in the future.

Great location when traveling on I-81,Everything is excellent. Only thing I wish there was some walkable dining options. After driving 500 miles , the last I want to do is get behind the wheel again. Other than that , The Hotel is excellent.

Easy off & on Rte 81 but a bit tricky to find the entrance in the dark. The hotel is in an industrial area. It is nicely landscaped and well maintained. The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was nothing special. Modern, streamlined, nice pictures featuring local themes. The bathroom had the usual fiberglass tub/shower with a grab bar. There were plenty of functioning USB ports and outlets and even one C port on the alarm clock. We arrived at 8:30 pm on a Monday. The desk clerk provided a list of restaurants nearby but only one served after 9 pm.

Had to wait for room to be ready even though we arrived after posted check-in. Room and bath were fairly clean, I did find a filthy rubber band along the wall in the room. bed was comfortable, pillows had very little support. complimentary Wi-Fi was perfect. Pleased to have actual bar soap at bathroom sink. Wall-mounted bottles of "who knows what" in bath are disgusting, and a concern for contamination from previous guest. I miss the personal bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast area was clean, had to wait each day for something in the hot "actually barely luke-warm" section to be replenished. Salsa would be a nice addition to the condiments. Desk and housekeeping staff was pleasant and responsive. Location was great for our use (we drove about the area touring many things), price was good for the area/value. Door hinge to refrigerator cabinet needs attention.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. All staff were so nice and pleasant. The room was super clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable and I slept great. The art work in the room was beautiful and I loved it. Breakfast, coffee, a hot cocoa bar, would 100% stay here again. The ONLY reason there isn’t a 5 star for comfort is the lights bulbs in the “nightstands” by the bed are those horrific super bright LED lights. Horrible to use before bed as they are too bright and wake you up, also super harsh to turn on in the morning in a dark room. It was enough I took away 1 star - but even with that - highly highly highly recommend. With their attention to detail on everything else, I feel the bulbs were an oversight on someone’s part along the ordering supplies line.
