One elevator that was not working. The front desk informed me that the malfunction of the elevator was NORMAL! The room was filthy with smoke burns in the kitchen and bathroom floor. Light switches filthy with ground in dirt. Definitely no Covid sanitation once or ever. Extremely poor lighting (OLD) with dark depressing interior. The refrigerator door was broken and kitchen was banged up badly. Don’t waste your money!

The Hotel that is advertised on the Web site. Is not the one the hotel. That we arrived at. The front lobby was dirty and the one elevator was brocken . I was very disappointed. My family sad the room was ok. But they didn't have a choice. Afte driving in from NC .I could not find another hotel on the are fit them. I will be call customer service today.

The refrigerator rubber was torn, really big roaches AND baby roaches, non smoking room smelled HORRIBLY like cigarettes and other smokable substances and the tenants were loitering in the lobby area. I would not recommend this even for one night.

My husband and I were just stying for the night but if I was going to cook there was nothing provided for me. The room was dim and the bed was so close to the flor I thought I was sleeping on an air mattress. When I turned the water on it came out brown so I turned all faucets on and let them all run for about 5 minutes or so. the dresser looked very over used and there wasn't any dirty laundry bags in the room either. But also upon entering the hotel the front glass door ws broken as well. Even though it was just one night I expected better.

The carpet was worn and old, the whole room was worn and old. No ice machines, please don't use the wash clothes and towels they are supposed to be white but they were dirty white thank God I bought my own wash cloths

Staff was fine and price for the area is great. Our room smelled, had bugs, and a very loud reftigerator. On weekends a group would hang out outside with pounding music until 10:30. Wouldnt recommend unless this is the last place and you need a low price. Metro was a 7 minute walk and it was safe-ish.

Travel for one stay for concert at Fed ex field. Room had old furniture, actually spend time trying to jimmy bedside table draw as it hung open. Used key folder to jam drawer but every time you walked near I it would open, protruding out. It was annoying to say the least. Kept reminding myself that it’s only one night. The refrigerator was really dirty on the outside like something had spilled all over the front but inside appeared clean enough for my liquids. Staff was pleasant, room was quiet and parking great

I got there more than an hour after checking time and my room wasn't ready. The front lobby look like a prison with all the barriers and plexiglass. They also charge $100 security fee which most hotels don't. The room is okay but a little dirty, and not in the best of shape but pretty good.

Checked into the hotel and immediately upon walking into the room there was a strong stench of urine in the room. There were multiple stains on the sheets. Immediately left the hotel and would not recommend.

Staff was fine. Very accommodating and friendly. My room had roaches. Door latch was broken. Room smelled, overall cleanliness was just lacking. Just grimy. Grounds are covered in trash. Homeless walking around. Not at all what was expected.

We only stayed 1 night and that was more than enough. I thought I booked the room in the picture but that was not the case. The room showed no carpet but there was definitely dirty stained carpet. There was a ball of hair in the shower. What looked to be boogers on the wall and dry dog food on the floor. The only good thing about this place was the distance from the stadium. It was overpriced for the room.

The check-in was flawless, very friendly young lady. The room was clean, but very outdated and carpet definitely needs replaced. I think the dresser was from my 1993 college hou. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again, it suited my needs for one night.

The room smelled bad! The furniture was very old and worn. The light in the kitchen was falling down from the ceilling. The shower did not work. This room should not be rented out is was in very bad condition. There was zero towells, I had to go find someone and ask for towels!

The bed was broken and it was impossible to sleep on. Completely caved in center. I took photos. The dresser was broken, the Refrigerator was filthy. Room smelled of Marijuana, Hallways smelled like garbage or death. Walls had water damage and ceiling was a mess. Mayb e the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed in some bad ones. No bedbugs or roaches surprisingly

The floor was dirty, the furniture was worn and beat up, the cabinets in the kitchenette were rusted on the bottom, there was a layer of dust on the dresser, and the bed only had a thin spread and the sheet no blanket. The desk staff was rude to the people in front of us checking in. One of the men asked if there was a restroom he could use and she told him, “we don’t have a public restroom, you’ll have to wait until you get checked in to your room”. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. The one good thing was the AC worked well, but we had to cut it off because there was no blanket on the bed.

Danielle at check in was amazing. She was able to get me in. The room, decent; but a lot of scrapes on the floor, the room I had to shoulder tackle in order to get in. Shower had chips and dents in it.

The property was close to many food places like Outback, TGIF, Longhorn, and Applebee's. The staff was very nice especially Jenifer and the manager. Not the best looking in terms of furniture, but the service and the location were great.

I booked my reservation weeks in advance to attend a concert at Northwestern stadium. I drove 160 miles and battled through traffic jams. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that I no longer had a room. The staff was rude and dismissive. Do your self a favor and pass this place in your search for a room.

Horrible experience, the hotel tried to charge me 2 nights even though I called well in advance to change my reservation, then once we got that situated they tried to overcharge me for the single night. Trying to check in took 45 minutes, the room they provided was not what I booked and it was DISGUSTING and musty. I decided not stay and take the hour drive back home from Beyonce's concert at 2:30am and then drive back to the area the next day, for the other events I had planned in the area that's how bad the hotel was.
