The hotel rooms are nice and specious very clean. Hotel is conveniently located in proximity to the boardwalk Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The biggest complaint I have is the pool. It was so cloudy and unsafe. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Unsanitary and un safe

Bathrooms were not cleaned well, shower curtain was mildewed and didn’t close all the way. When you showered the whole bathroom flooded. Hotel breakfast was awful and nothing was edible. The hotel pool should have been opened and when asked they said you could swim however the water was green and not swim able. Won’t stay here again

Hallways and lobby appeared clean allowed early check in. Walked into our room and it smelled like a moldy basement. Thought it was just the ac unit but found mold all over the electrical cords behind the night stand. While looking for the source of the smell we also found dirty socks next to the bed. Every morning we were awakened by the sounds of the game room down the hall after a staff member thought it was a good idea to prop open the game room door. Pool was run down. Handicap lift had the motor wires cut, kids splash pad coned off and a random pipe taped to the ladder dumping water into the pool. Will not be returning to this place again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, loved the big pool but was a little disappointed in the game room. Most of the machines were out of order, this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel so the kids could play in the arcade. the location is great close enough to the boardwalk ,and was surrounded by a ton of things to do, go kart track, movie theater and outlets are right across the street

We enjoyed the property location and the main area. The breakfast was okay, limited options and expired condiment items. But otherwise, The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. We booked the hotel due to the website listing a pool with a waterslide. There were many different pictures on google, but the website specifically mentioned having the slide and other pool amentiies. We booked with young children specifically due to this... none of it was there. The pool was clean, and nice but it was disapointing for a family to arrive and find that the slide and other items were not there as promised. For the price, and as a family, this was a good deal. All the issues were minor. I just would make note with the hotel that it is not properly advertising amenities listed on their website.

The shower was dirty. There was various hair in different places in the shower along with ants. The bathroom door didn’t close because the bottom of the door was swollen. The phone and alarm clock didn’t work. The refrigerator had a bad smell. The pool had a bunch of sand at the bottom. The keys easily deactivated. You can’t hold them anywhere near your phone. We were next to someone with a dog and I didn’t care for the early morning barking. It was a terrible stay. I’m glad I was my there one night. Anything more… I would have checked out and went somewhere else. I told the manager about my concerns and she said a 10% discount was the best she could do.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was miserable. The lobby was filled with loud, unruly guests and a strong smell of marijuana. When we mentioned the noise and behavior to staff, we were told they “can’t control the guests.” Dogs were barking at all hours of the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Our room was even worse. We walked in to find random hairs in the bathtub and a large crack running across the ceiling. Despite calling housekeeping to clean the tub, the hairs were still there afterward. Even more disturbing—there was a red stain on the toilet paper roll, and the bathroom trash can had visible mold inside. The room itself smelled musty and unclean. The walls are paper thin, and to make things worse, the arcade noise continues all night long. We had to blast the AC just to try and drown it out. The blankets were full of holes, and nothing felt fresh or sanitary. We left a night early as we could not take it anymore. This place is beyond disappointing. Save your money, your sleep, and your sanity—book somewhere else.

The support staff was friendly and helpful..the pool was nice but no warm water for showering before hand..the room floor was not cleaned well..there was dust and sand. The outlets had openings around them..bad electrical work. The pull out couch had dirt and objects underneath it..clearly no attempt to clean or sanitize it. The shower rod did not have the proper shower curtain, it would fall to the middle from both sides, there was no coverage as we showered. Definitely some clean up needed around the bathroom as far as painting and cleaning up rusted areas. The breakfast was not okay..generic..out the box food..the dining area was not being kept clean well..there was an issue with flies on the main floor so the gym was intolerable as well as trying to dine during the day.

This is THE WORST hotel experience I have ever had. DO NOT CHANCE IT! I honestly i’ve never had a bad experience at a hotel before this. Room smelled like wet dog & dog urine. But what SET ME OVER THE EDGE! Was the dead bug (pretty sure it was a bed bug casing) on my pillow. Upon further inspection we found other dead bugs on the bed, behind the sleeper sofa, and since we had flashlights on, saw the literal dirt and grime EVERYWHERE. We left at 10:30pm (first time we were in the room since check in) and left to find another hotel. I could not stay there, I could not allow my children to stay there. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks to Expedia I did get a refund since we didn’t stay. Horrible experience, I feel bad for those that stay and have no idea.

Had ants in my room, no netflix tv was not working properly kept freezing. Bathroom shower was dirty walls had tiny hairs all over it. Towels were stained. After speaking to management they switched my room.

The property was beautiful! The only downfall was the cleanliness of the room. Specifically the bathroom. My family and I were there for 5 nights and housekeeping never came to clean the room nor change the sheets.

All in all it was excellent. However, the room had slight odor upon entering. The shower curtain rod was broken and jimmy rigged together. Other than those small things, my stay was excellent. The view from the lobby balcony was awesome. I will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING.

The staff were great, friendly, fast. Housekeeping was wonderful, and very pleasant even though some didn't speak English. I never took advantage of the BF, but every am that my friend went down to BF, it was all gone , and they never would replenish even though BF wasn't over yet. Beds were hard, and not comfortable at all. Really didn't like the shower bcuz I felt like I wasn't rinsing well. Miss my shower head at 🏠. I've had way better for the price paid. I honestly believe that all of them take advantage of you bcuz your so close to the beach. I love that it's close to Tanger Outlets.

It was a nice property. A few minor broken items in the room. Biggest problem, wifi was terrible. Kept disconnecting, made it impossible for my son to play games. The woman who ran the breakfast worked hard but needed help. All in all, nice stay.

Hotel was clean and staff at front desk was friendly and professional. If you are going to the beach on a busy weekend it isn't worth waiting in the traffic. You can walk the draw bridge however there are alot of people who do that. The only few complaints I have is the water pressure is very low, the walls are very thin you can hear everything 👀, and the lady that works at the breakfest area isn't friendly at all and was taking everything up at 9:05 because they close at 9:30. You expect not to make full batches of anything but to trmove the items early isn't right. Plus, just rude.

The bed was so hard we both woke up with our backs hurting a lot. It was very uncomfortable. The furniture in the room is SO cheapo. It just felt like an economy place and I felt like we paid more than it was worth.

Convenient to all the fun of OC without the headache of the coastal highway. Breakfast included was enjoyable, however, staff person there was somewhat concerning. A bit forward with guests at times-observed many times. Also one day she was closing up at 9:30. Said no more eggs, no more milk etc. Hospitality could use improvement.

We stayed 4 nights Sunday-Thursday had to wait for the until Tuesday to get new towels due to their policy which is weird. On the site it showed that were supposed to be by the beach but ended up at another site 5 minutes away from the beach.The lady hosting breakfast is very rude, I get that it gets busy but be mindful to hold your composure and continue to give great customer service. Other than that everything else was good. It’s not a bad hotel. I would still book.

Awful service from maintenance. No phone fir the entire stay. Shouldve been given notice of construction, prior to booking. Noisy, dirty and non accomodating. Fridge smelled like mildew. Problems with door from day one. Several trips to front desk yielded no front desk person. Sometimes waited up to 15 minutes for someone to show up. Our check in attendant was awesome, but after that the front desk was useless and unprofessional. The breakfast lady first two mornings was courteous and professional, the last morning the new lady was too busy reading the paper. Never again will i book with this hotel. First night the maintenance guy was arrogant and talking to me like i was his employee. Never in myblife while serving in the military. Police officer or teacher would i have shown such disrespect. It doesnt help i say him drinking on duty as i went back to my car. Not acceptable for an employee on duty. Went there for a family emergency and our first time in Ocean City. We will never book with this hotel ever again. Even signs to enter and leave hotel were not apparent from all the construction. Feel cheated on how much we paid for what we got. Never again and will make sure to tell others.

When I arrived late in the evening/early morning, no one was at the front desk. I had to call the hotel 3 times before someone came out to check me in. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. There were ants on both nightstands. There were cobwebs at eye-level.

Two things put a damper on our stay: We were told breakfast was until 9:30-we showed up at 9 with only eggs and sausage links availiable. We had to ask for utensils. Anything else was already finished and would not be replaced. We were told by staff that once something is gone, "that's it." We did not go to breakfast for the rest of the week. Then, we left Thursday around 1pm for the day and did not return until 9PM. OUR HOTEL ROOM DOOR WAS OPEN ABOUT 3 INCHES-anyone could have walked into our room during that time. When we told the front desk, they said they would let the head of housekeeping know. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The pool was nice but it looks much bigger in the picture. Also the breakfast bar looks big in the pictures and it’s small. It’s hot in the hallways and breakfast area like really hot. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff super friendly! It’s too far from the boardwalk though especially if you’re going on a holiday weekend.

This property has a convenient location across from the outlets and right over the bridge to Ocean City but the traffic is a beast and because it's not at a light it's hard to get to. The hotel is a typical ocean city hotel - older - with some updates. The beds were very nice. The floors are tile so they stay pretty dirty the whole time. Breakfast was extremely crowded and very limited options. It was a madhouse every day we were there. The elevator broke during our stay so we had to use the stairs to carry all of our items. Not sure how those with mobility issues were assisted. Overall it was an OK stay. Staff were fine, not particularly friendly but not rude. I don't think I would stay there again but no bugs and nice beds.

Safe area. Nice rooms. Only complaint was the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet spent more time talking to her friends/regulars than actually tending to the breakfast area. All 3 days things would run out and not be replaced in a timely manner. The last day, we arrived 30 minutes before it closed and there was no additional food brought out during that time when there was a ton of people still coming down for breakfast. The attendant spent that 30 minutes talking to her friends the entire time, too. If you're booking the hotel for the breakfast -- which was actually rather good -- you may want to consider another place as there's no guarantee that the worker will actually cook the food for breakfast. You may be better off booking elsewhere or going to Wendys or Mcdonalds for breakst instead.

I stayed there for 7 nights Terrible dirty rooms a lot a lot of noise and disgusting breakfasts you won’t be able to find anything to eat milk and oj juice out of service at 8 am everything out of stock and they don’t even stock that very limited stuff and the lady hosting the breakfast very rude and stand on peoples back watching them so we start going out for breakfast with my kids , the pool was dirt and too much chemicals I was there when the inspection came to test the pool they want everyone out of pool after testing it…, so bad I never witnessed place like these , don’t waste your money in this place
