We arrived at the hotel. It only had partial electricity no lights in the bathroom. Pool and weight room were not open. Had no lights in the hall and a substantially reduced breakfast. Very disappointing.

Our family stayed here in a studio 2 queen room. Loved the space and the pool was comfortably heated. The whirlpool wasn't working though and the water for the shower in the room did not get very warm. Breakfast was good, though no waffle/pancake maker available. We would stay again!

We specifically came to this hotel for a hot tub and pool for new years. I called a week before to make sure they were both working. We took the kids to the pool on New Years eve and the hot tub was out of order and the pool was very cold. The chlorine levels were burning our eyes just sitting in there, the kids eyes were red for a couple days. Then my granddaughter went to shower because she was cold and there was no hot water. They had to 'reset' the boiler, so she had to wait an hour to shower. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub, very disappointing. The front desk offered to cancel our room for us, lol where were we supposed to go at 7p? There is only 1 rolling chair and 2 little ottomans in a suite for 6 people once the sofa couch is pulled out, and no hooks for anything by the door. The closet with hangers is inside the bathroom. Nice large room, but very awkward.

They were accommodating, helpful, and nice. However, much of gym equipment is broken and the men’s bathroom had gross streaks on the toilet for two days, despite me alerting the desk that the bathroom needed to be cleaned. The breakfast options are very limited, but it gets the job done.

The breakfast was what we expected and changed daily. The attendant, I believe his name was Angel, was awesome. Great to talk to, and very attentive and helpful. The part that was less than favorable, trying to take a shower in our room was nearly impossible with the water pressure. At times it was barely dripping out of the shower head. I understand low water pressure, but this is a far worse issue. Also, the hot tub water was so low, it wasn’t able to circulate so nothing was getting filtered.

The place was clean. Housekeeping was very friendly. There had been snow earlier in the week and the parking lot should have been better plowed. Our wheelie bags were plowing thru 2 inches of brown slush & getting dirty. One of the elevators was out. Bathroom door very hard to close. Carpeting frayed in some areas. Overall nice, but was expecting better from Hampton.

When I walked into my room and my husband went to use the bathroom, upon lifting the lid there was fresh urine on the toilet seat, black hair in the shower amongst the mold on the caulking, peanut or whatever on the carpet and underneath the ac. They told me they would get me another room but never happened.

I will say there was an extremely nice friendly, welcoming gentleman that always had a smile in the breakfast area in the mornings every day of the Mexican dissent that just brought a smile to your face. Every day he was the star of this hotel. But the hotel itself is filthy with stains on the shower curtains on the carpet on the sheets everywhere it is just not clean

The bathroom was dirty - yellowing all over the wall behind the toilet and next to the sink. The shower curtain was stained and filthy. It was wrapped nicely around the handle in the shower when entering so it was hidden until the shower was used. It was exceptionally gross to find orange and brown funk all over the bottom of the curtain before my morning shower. The property itself was nice, but the bathroom was maintained poorly. The problems were extremely noticeable and ignored by hotel staff for the simple fact that they had a lot of availability the night we stayed and put us in that room.

Both the room ac and the door lock stopped functioning. We were locked out of room with my family members insulin was in the room. They only have 1 staff member at night to handle everything. He worked hard to resolve issues. My main concern is that the management staffs only 1 person at night. In todays world, thats a major security issue and a massive accident waiting to happen. We love Hamptons but woudnt recommend this particular property.

The front desk told me absolutely no changes. Than I spoke with the manager and he was delightful and changed the room on the spot. Thank you to him. It made our stay 100 percent wonderful.

Check-in was listed as 3 pm. Our room when we checked in was not ready until close to 4 pm. It had not been cleaned. Staff was courteous, but we were left waiting in the lobby until the room could be cleaned. Room was dirty. We found a towel and a candy wrapper under the bed.

Check in was unwelcoming (after a 10 hour drive), didn't realize they do not give you Hilton Honors points booking through Expedia. Checked into our room and found dirty wash-clothes in our bathroom and had to call unwelcome check-in person who told me she'll try and find someone to come to the room. Bathroom disgusting and door didn't close all the way. Room didn't feel clean. Breakfast was good but juice was really watered down.

Location was about 10-15 minutes from Univ of Michigan campus, so super convenient for a visit there. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Had extra lounge chair/table which was perfect to eat in, watch tv and relax. Gym had a variety of equipment. Pool/hot tub looked nice, but didn’t use. Would definitely stay there again!

The room I stayed in was HUGE. My business was at the University of Michigan, which was a quick ten-minute drive away. Breakfast was varied and convenient. Appreciated the free parking. Front desk attendant was cordial, helpful and had a great sense of humor.

We have stayed here twice in and will come again. The room is large, the bathroom is well-designed to be helpful for someone who is physically disabled. The bed is cozy. The desk is spacious, the TV is large and there is a perfect litttle table at the sofa. (So perfect, I bought one like it for my house.) Breakfast was great, too. We stayed here before and after an outpatient procedure at the hospital--it's a nice place to let the sedatives wear off before driving home.

Check-in was friendly. The room was very comfortable. Hallways were a bit warm. Breakfast had an pretty good variety (eggs, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, cereal). The breakfast area was kept clean and set up nicely. Would stay again!
