I loved my room, the customer service at the front desk and the quietness and space my room had. The only thing I didn't like was the pool was cold and tiny and the ice machine was broken on our floor but other than that it was a wonderful stay! We had a blast for my daughters dance competition weekend!

It was quiet and comfortable, our room was 3beds and very nice. The refrigerator was small and pool but clean, the room was big but you pay the $$$ for it, kinda pricey for a weekday. Security deposit was very reasonable. Check in and out times are nice. There was a couch and dining table, I would definitely stay again and recommend it. Oh and breakfast cost$$ and the bar or food supposedly that they advertise wasn't open in the evening anyway?

Nice spacious suite for our family of 6. Like the separate rooms. One more bathroom or toilet would have been ideal. Very clean, nice sized pool. Breakfast is not included which would have been a nice amenity. Bartender was great.

The size of our suite was perfect. Cleanliness could be improved as there were hairs on the towels, bathtub bottom was dirty, walls and doors were dirty with makeup possibly, and screen was completely shred up. The main floor carpet was coming up which made it hard to walk on and a safety hazard. The pool was also very dirty. Location was great and the bar/lounge were nice. I don’t think I would recommend. Really needs to step up cleaning.

1 hour after check-in I had a knock on my hotel door. Apparently the hotel was experiencing issues with their TVs and a cable company needed access to each room to replace the cable boxes and remotes. I was never told at check-in that the TVs didn't work or that I would need to let strangers into my room. I just wanted to rest after a long day of travel and I wasn't able to. The Front Desk Rep, Ronnie, was extremely rude. Later in the evening I turned on the TV only to find that only the first 7 channels worked. I called down to the Front Desk and asked about the TV since it was supposedly fixed earlier. I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and that the company would be back in the morning and need access to the room again. I explained I was in town for a FUNERAL and really did not want to be disturbed. Ronnie told me there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience and Rep had a nasty attitude. I wouldn't stay here ever again, and you shouldn't either.

Dirty, Never cleaned the room or gave fresh towels or refilled the room coffee. No breakfast (a bagel is not breakfast). The pool was dingy and cold. And the smell of weed was constantly in the halls and seeped into the room, disgusting. Not what one expects from a holiday inn. Very disappointing.

Unkept overall, needs overall revamp/update with deep cleaning. Bathroom grout brown and disgusting, floor in hall by laundry/ice machine was filthy. No regular coffee K-cups (I asked at desk), hole in door that you can see through (missing lower eyepiece). Tub drained poorly. bathroom mirror blocks outlet.

The room was fine. Very noisy. A lot of noise from the neighboring room. The bathroom appeared clean but on closer inspection it could use a mop and counters wiped down as well as a shower clean. Good location. Easy parking. Disappointing that breakfast is not included as it used to be with Holiday Inn.

The manager on site made sure we knew about the available services; asked about our stay, was personable, and provided great customer service. The property was exceptionally clean, well lite, and provided a comfortable-safe environment. A great value!

The property gave my room to someone else after I called two time to notify the about my late check in after 2:00 am. That left me unable to find a room after working in the morning and drive 13 hours to the hotel only find out they gave my room away!!!!

The downside is that they charge for breakfast. We stay at so many hotels that now offer free breakfast. Their buffet is mediocre at best and they charge to get a plate for it.

The property is dated and although they try to make it clean, there are just areas that are not quite clean. More importantly, we added the breakfast and there was no ordering off the menu. We paid $30 for really gross buffet like you find for free at other hotels. Everything was cold and old. It was really gross. We thought we would be able to order off the menus but were told it was not available.

When we book the hotel, we choose to pay additional $15 to include the breakfast for 2 people. The hotel does not have a buffet style breakfast, it was a order-at-the-counter style.
