Disappointing. Room is old and dingy. Furniture is worn like I've never seen. Bed was okay at best, buy buy some new sheets please, Something that fits. Carpet is stained, kitchenette flooring is buckling, one elevator didn't work. How in the world can you leave me coffee and tea makings WITHOUT a carafe for the coffee maker, AND no cups anyway. Breakfast was free and worth every penny. On quick glance the hotel is fair, but you can't hide this much lack of care very deep. This is an old and tired property badly in need of updating. But, the lady at check in was terrific.

There's construction at the hotel. I was assigned room 320. Room 318 was being used to hold construction materials and equipment. There was the use of a saw in room 318, constant thumping sounds, lots of noise.

The room was clean. One night in the 2-bedroom suite. Modern shower and bathroom. Beds comfortable. Sofa very UNcomfortable. Things that didn't work: fireplace in room did not work, microwave didn't work, elevator didn't work. Hallway was grungy, stairway nasty. Just stayed one night. It was almost half the price as nearby hotels, so it was as expected I guess. The room was clean which to me personally is what's most important when staying one night at a highway/airport hotel.

I know that I was told during check-in that there was only one housekeeper on staff that day however, the room we were in look like it had not been thoroughly cleaned. If the pool is going to be closed, they should actually put that in the website, therefore, as a patron, I would know to switch hotels.

This property was unclean, and unsafe. The exterior door to the property would not close. Although there were "no smoking" signs visible on the property the hotel smelled of marijuana. Even though my wife and I have stayed in this property before we will never do so again.

The Lobby had scaffolding set up and plastic draped over everything. We had to enter location of room from outside and the security passage was broken. When we enter the hallway to the elevator there was drywall leaning against the wall and construction dust on the carpet. The room was very old, but clean. The bathroom tub around the edges had black mold. The air conditioner came on and there was a constant loud noise. I called the receptionist, and she said no other room was available and would try and move us in the morning. She also said the Inn was in "Dire Condition"! No sleep that night after traveling all day The next morning no breakfast because of the Lobby construction. I asked for a refund and was told no. We checked out and went to another hotel. I did not check the reviews, believe in Expedia and Marriott. The reviews are terrible, and this facility should have been removed for Expedia website until it was within their standards!

The hotel is in shambles. The room is so outdated and the sofa sleeper is dirty ripped and broken. The tv don’t work and the room smelled awful. We refused to stay and went to the Holiday Inn in Grand Blanc

Room had carpet stains and smoke alarm is not hooked up in living room. Vanity light doesn't work. Freezer ice maker tray not in the freezer. No chairs for the dining table. Couch has no pillows and is very uncomfortable. Will never stay at this location every again. Reminder...IM A MARRIOTT REWARDS MEMBER.

It was good other than I got a room with a pull out bed and it was broke so kids had to lay on the other bed and floor just wasn’t comfortable was the whole reason I got a room that big to sleep the amount of people I had properly. But other than that it was ok

Great place to stay In the middle of remodeling and it looks great. Only issue was stove half worked and There was No TV remote but they provided us one and we understand about the stove they are working on remodeling Would definitely stay there again
