Best Western Beacon Inn

We got a king suite with a jacuzzi tub in the old motel building and we were surprised at how clean and modern it was. Had a slider out to the courtyard. This place was so cute! Definitely recommend!

Old school charm and an excellent staff. Will absolutely be back

When we arrived we were told the wifi in the hotel was not working and the staff told us "they had no idea when it would be working ". This was very disappointing. We could not use out computers nor could we watch television. There should be some compensation for our disappointing experience.

Breakfast was very good, my room was in an annex building off the main hotel, not as nice as what was expected but fine. There was something wrong with the tub liner, it seems water was getting under it and felt squishy when standing in it.

There is no thermostat in the room. The room has one of those heating/cooling units where you have to guess what level to set it, and adjust it several times til the room is at the right temperature. Also, this is the only hotel I've ever stayed at that did not have kleenex. It was quiet on a weekday night, but not quiet on Friday night. The good: central location, refrigerator/microwave/iron in room.
