The pool was full of sand and if i wanted to go to the beach i would have gone there. Toilet seat not very safe it moved like it shouldn't. Breakfast had no verity at all. Not very filled.

There was no air in the lobby, the bedroom had a door to the bathroom that could have been out of a dump.

The front desk is in one corner, and the elevator is in the complete opposite corner. Poor design for elevator placement. Stairway smelled like smoke. Room was clean.

The property advertised a hot tub and there is none. I had to go to the front desk in my swimsuit to get towels. There wasnt extra towels in the pool room.

Rented this room because the website showed a hot tub spa on the property as did the hotels list of amen. AND the hotels.com rep confirmed that there was a hot tub. Very disappointed.

property felt under construction but didnt seem like any work was being done. power went out my second day and they refused to check me out or refund me. pool was a little murky and could use some ph balance. good location as far as restaurants and close to airport. but probably wont be back

I chose this hotel because of it's hot tub. Boy was I extremely disappointed when I saw that they had covered it in with bricks.

They had a picture of the pool and the Hot tub and two months ago they took the Hot tub out of all the owners properties but he still has it on the website like it is still available. I called the hotel and they said that everything was fine and would see me at check in. I specifically asked about the pool and hot tub because that's why I was going there. On check in I was informed that the Hot tub was taken out months ago. But the owner knows that people won't want to stay there without one so he leaves it on the website that he has one and it's still in the pictures of the property. This is just not how you are supposed to do business

At about 9pm when people should have been winding down we heard doors being slammed constantly like the other guests were trying to tear them off the hinges. The room floor was not carpeted but very dusty and hair strands were all over our slippers and socks. Toilet paper was low and we barely had any towels. Breakfast the next day was pitiful to be called continental.

Would not recommend. When I checked in the lobby was not in great condition and it seemed to only get worse as we went up to our room. The hallway had a bad odor and was not very clean, and the room was the same. It was very hot and the air conditioning had been shut off. The mattresses had plastic wrapping around them under the sheets. The rest stains on the sheets we immediately checked out due to the condition of the property and the dirtiness of the room. The hotel staff initially said they would refund the cost of the room if Expedia contacted them, however , when they were contacted, they refuse to make a refund.

Was not very clean. Underwear and empty fifth of liquor was still in the drawer. The door and the furniture looks like it had chewed on.

Room was not clean, furniture stained, tub faucet was off/loose, wallpaper peeling, concierge did not inform us of breakfast availability, stains on walls/lamp shades.

The surface was clean sort-of, but the walls had stains, the furniture had stains, there was some food stain inside the lampshade, the tub faucet was almost out, wallpaper was peeling in many spots. For $179, it was very shabby in terms of cleanliness and they need to just get rid of furniture with large stains on seat cushions or clean it.

Pictures are misleading. Rundown, needs updated. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. Smoke free room reeked of cigarette smoke. Leftover open cans of soda in fridge. Door to room had about an inch gap from the door to the floor. In roof safe didn’t work. HORRIBLE beds, so uncomfortable & had extremely squeaky bed frames. Every toss/turn the beds creaked.

The room was dirty literally uncleaned, personal property was still in room bed was disgusting had to have room cleaned after check in just a bad place to stay. I cant upload the pictures or I would..

This place was not a good place it smelled very bad the blinds wore ripped and tore the bed smelled I could not stay there so within 15mins I checked out they didn’t give me money back for the first room but they did refund for the second night I don’t not recommend but if traveling on a budget than this might be it I booked through hotel.com and I will never again

The rooms were disgusting, stains all over the walls and curtains, the bathtub was rusty and the floors were filthy.

Outdated

The worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to motels nicer than this. The second I sat down on the bed a spring flung into my rear. I woke up with such bad back pain. Not only did the bed ruin my nights sleep but you can hear people walking above you sounding like elephants. The halls smelled like weed and dirty feet. Because I had such a late check in I had no choice to stay one night even though I was booked for 4 night so I lost out money because of how unpleasant this place was and had to spend more money for another hotel for the rest of my stay. Never again!

I would not suggest this property to anyone. Unfortunately it was the only thing available when we booked. Entire place smelled bad, a mix of weed and dirt. Floors and walls are paper thin. Can easily hear people in the next room and walking above you. Plumbing is loud. If you want rest this is not the place for you.

Room had many broken items

Window screen busted out. Window treatments, torn, and wouldn’t close properly. Broken toilet seat. Refrigerator didn’t work Most disappointing was the AC would not work, 72°. Couldn’t get it to turn down. Slept with the broken window open all night.

The rooms were average and the toilet seat was broken, bed was squeaky and there was no closet area. I wasn’t very happy with the stay but otherwise staff was very helpful, there was no problem with the stay .

Easy check in and out. Staff were friendly. There was a weird musty smell in hallways and elevator. The bathroom fan in our room was broken. And the bed was super firm, i.e. hurt my back.

Very noisy all hours of the night.

It got the job done but very weird set up and long walk to elevator through building with no signage. Breakfast was lacking. The safety door lock didn’t line up so it couldn’t be used. This was really frustrating. The floors were a bit sticky and so I didn’t walk around barefoot in the room. It was during a heat wave and the air wasn’t on in either room I was in and the units were in rougher shape so the room barely chilled off while there.

They advertise a hot tub, but they do not have one. The room has a weird smell. I couldn't get wifi in my room and the desk staff was unhelpful. When asked if he could move my room, so I could get wifi, or if I needed to find somewhere else to stay, he told me to find somewhere else...so I did. Would not recommend.

Polite staff and clean building

The front desk staff was great! The cleaning staff possibly need proper cleaning practices training. The location is great and they are updating a lot in the hotel but the cleaning is not good at all. The bedding looked mostly clean except for a large greasy looking stain and it smelled burnt and a faint smell of urine. 223

Wrong room with no other room types offered without a charge, management was very difficult. Had been switched a few times for various reasons. Mildew smells throughout. No vending. There was 1, sometimes working elevator. The breakfast was par. The lobby is so hot. There is remodeling being done that there is no warning about.

I enjoyed my stay however the breakfast options needs improvement. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Check in was slow, the customers in front of us did not speak English. The night clerk was rude and rushing to check us in, they had their phone on the counter and you could see they were in the middle of a phone call with someone. The elevators were down so we had to use the steps, no biggie. Our key card only worked for a second, we got the door half open. We then spent several minutes trying to get into our room. The door was scratched to hell and back and looked like it had been broken into a few times. We had spent time at the lake so we wanted to shower, but when we looked in the shower it was covered in long black hairs. We opted for some wet wipes we thankfully brought. The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes and weed. We turned the AC on and it leaked all over the floor and on to our shoes as we had them by the chair in the corner by the ac unit. You could have every little foot step and people walking above you. Finally at 3am I had to call the front desk and ask them to say something to the room above me. Even with them shuffling to walk, we could still hear it. We tried telling the front desk staff when checking out at 8am what happened with the ac unit and shower and she waived her hands at us and told us to put our key in the bowl. 10/10 would not recommend. If we had more resources we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Ok this is a older hotel that is priceed way cheaper than anything else. At no point did i feel i unsafe. The location is great near Greatr esteraunts yyms and the mall. The not so great is the placed is just old and outdated.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. The staff was lovely but the surrounding parking lot was very unkept. The room was nice enough although it did have a small tv. Probably wouldn't be my first choice for next time.

Location is excellent. I have stayed in Wyndam many times and this is by far the worst property I have ever stayed in. The outside of the property is unkempt and ran down. Overall felt unsafe as the door with 24 hour access was broken so anyone could walk in. The door to the room was ill fitting with no security latch. People were walking down the hall all times of night. The room looked run down. The furniture was old and mismatched. It looked like it came from a liquidation center. The bed box spring was super noisy so that everytime your moved in bed it rattled.The tv was small and difficult to see. The hall carpet was dirty and smelled horrible in the halls. The night clerk while clean in appearance was so malordrodous I was sick to my stomach. I am very disappointed in the property overall I know that this property is run by Prestige Holdings but they are not doing postive service to the Wyndam name.

It is off 28th street not easy to find driveway to property. Needs improved landscaping. Did like it we could wlak to a restuarant Cooper's Hawk close by.

Room was very plain Bathroom sink was cracked , the whole bowl, there was water on the floor in the bathroom and a dirty Kleenex on top of the Kleenex box ! Would not stay here again . Breakfast had not a variety !

Nothing, dirty room, had to ask for clean towels, partying and fighting all night Monday night, had to ask for trash to be emptied, and coffe machine did not work. Breakfast was horrible.

Place to sleep - nothing more Paid a cheap rate and certainly glad I paid no more , hotel needs a LOT of fixing up , very run down , 1 elevator around the total opposite end of the lobby and not a lot of explaining upon check in ( later at night ) Breakfast was not great at all If you want a cheap place to sleep and don’t care about anything else , this is your spot , ( online pics look better than the real hotel )

I like how it was seclude in the back. Our stay was pleasant the 5 days we stayed. Breakfast was very limited but it was nice to have restaurants and stores nearby. But we experienced noisy neighbors at 3am blasting music really loud and a couple who got into an argument outside our window. Other than that it was decent.
