Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront

The hotel staff Zeke was great, he was dealing with another issue when we arrived but he was great. However I was unaware the restaurant was shut down at booking, no breakfast. Our hotel room did not appear to be cleaned in the bathroom. There was trash everywhere and bins full and it did appear one staff member was there the entire time by themselves. The pictures on this showing did not give what I anticipated to be a beautiful location. The landscaping was completely overgrown. A dirty diaper just laying the the parking lot. Aside from zeke whom did great the hotel itself is not one I’ll return too.

Bedrooms were clean, bathroom set up was a bit weird can't open the door all the way. However water gets hot and pressure is wonderful.

Tub/ shower area had hair, cleaning supplies left in room, refrig needed to be defrost, alot of ice build up inside refrigerator.Staff not friendly at checkin gave off negative energy, wasnt helpful.
