If you want a pool and you are older, not a good place. They only have ladders and it's not user friendly for older or larger people to get in and out of. I saw two ladies that couldn't get out and it took a while to assist them out. The hot tub was closed.

We usually try to stay in Marriott properties. Granted, this property was undergoing renovations, but it was still not up to Marriott standards. The elevator was out of service, the bed ruffle was stained and torn, there was a bare metal bracket on the bathroom wall that possibly held a hair dryer at one time, the check-in desk area was not tidy or professional looking, and the breakfast area was in two connecting bedrooms. AGAIN, I realize they were renovating. Still, it would have been nice to know this prior to booking or have the price of the stay adjusted accordingly. But, Marriott will still be our first choice in hotels.

Great location to the airport and plenty of restaurants and shopping within close driving distance. Safe, clean area although the hotel was remodeling while we were there. There was construction debris around the property but not in our way of coming & going. We did not hear any construction noise from our room, only the hotel lobby. Our room & bathroom had been nicely updated and bed was comfortable.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We especially liked the breakfast and unlimited coffee available in the lobby. Of course, the cookies baked daily were yummy! Location is convenient to Woodland Mall.

The shower was completely backed up, the body wash bottle was empty and there was only a single, small bar of soap to use for your hands and body, tissue box was empty, mold around the base of the bathtub, etc. Parking was easy, breakfast wasn’t bad, and it was in a good location with tons of restaurants.

Staff were great. Hotel could use an update and better cleaning. Sheets were old, thin and stained. Parts of room and building were outdated and beat up. Normal wear and tear. Deep cleaning rooms every once and a while would help.

I loved how there was a ton of dining options nearby. There was a lot of sit down options as well as quick fast food places. I loved how close the mall and movie theater was. The hotel itself was ok. The lobby looked nice, but our room was just average. They’re pretty small, and the TV are really tiny. I guess the TV doesn’t matter to some people but when you’re staying for multiple days it’s kind of a bigger deal. Also, the bottom of the shower liner and curtain was disgusting. Very dirty and didn’t look clean.

This hotel was in poor condition it lacked many features a Fairfield Inn should have no microwave no clock The refrigerator was so small you could hardly fit anything in it I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay in this hotel it's just a glorified Super8 it's not a typical quality Fairfield Inn

Decent hotel but kind of noisy. You can hear everything in the hallways and outside (I was on the 3rd floor). The bed and desk chair were comfortable. Bathroom had a bad urine odor and there were cobwebs in the corners. Fridge worked well. Shower dripped all night and the toilet would occasionally run. Silly string on the wall also so it seemed like they do not pay attention to those kind of details.

We stayed in room #131 and found these things in need of repair. Security latch loose and missing screws. Dead bolt did not work. Wall outlets loose and not able to hold a plug securely. No USB outlets available. Wall lights near bed not working. Hairdryer was missing. Water pressure at the sink faucet was high enough to use as a pressure washer. The breakfast and that area were adequate.

I appreciate the friendliness walking into the door! They were able to accommodate an early check in for us and it ended up being upgraded from Queen-King (paid for) so that we could take a nap after a long drive in! The room was clean and the bathroom was great! Would definitely recommend staying here

The lady at the front desk had no skills to check us out. We left without a receipt. She then ignored us and went to another customer because she could not assist us after staying we were overcharged. She said her manager would arrive over an hour, we had to leave to catch our flight, she argued with my wife.

The check in staff were amazing. They were friendly, kind and welcoming. We checked out with the GM (her name was Ty) and she was also very friendly. We made sure to let her know how great her staff was & how hard they worked. Breakfast was awesome & they did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean!! Great job team!!

Con: Hotel was severely understaffed. Not enough towels for the room, breakfast ran out of food because the person working it was also on front desk. It wasn’t the hotel as much as it was the young lady who took my reservation, checked me in , answered all my questions, in a very professional and welcoming manner. Convenient location for my weekend plans visiting friends. Not a walkable location but with ArtPrize taking place downtown, the hotel prices are outrageous. Glad to find Fairfield for less than $200 a night

Overall the hotel was fine. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean. The hot tub was closed, thats too bad. The fitness center was perfect. The breakfast station was a bit messy. Maybe they were understaffed, but they seemed to have trouble keeping the counters clean and the food adequately stocked. Other than that, the room was clean and the customer service was really quite exceptional.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was awful on Saturday morning. It's supposed to be available until 10am. We got down there at 9:30 and there was nothing left except the cereals and a couple of bagels, which were stale. We didn't even try it Sunday, however, the staff was checking it. The room was nice. Bathroom light could have been brighter.
