Great Lakes Inn Mackinaw City

Our shower was not working properly in our room so we called the front desk and she said she would send someone over. A long time passed and no one ever came so I walked over and she said she called them to come. We were exhausted and wanted to shower and get in bed. Finally we just asked for a new room. She moved us rooms! The walk was very convenient to Arnold Co to take the ferry over to the island!

Outdated heat & AC units. Door would not lock. Had to lift door for it to align to lock. Very noisy. Car alarm going off at 4am. Could hear people all hours of the night.

I guess for what I paid is what u get. Place advertised having pool and hot tub no such thing hot tub no working. In door pool dirty Tv in room was smaller then advertised.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great place to stay at a reasonable price.

I booked a handicap room and the toilet looked like it for for a child not to mention it moved when you sat down. when I went to check in you actually have to go to another hotel to do that and it seemed like a high price for a hotel that is less than mediocre
