This place is nice, clean, the bad, no pool, or hot tube. And not much Offered in the breakfast bar. The location is great with me.

Not enough parking

Our stay was frustrating. The hotel hold music stated "boat parking available" we brought our boat and parking was problematic. No actual boat parking, limited access to an outlet to charge batteries. Parked late at night and was told in the morning how I parked wasn\'t acceptable as the manager was watching the cameras and didn\'t like it. I parked in a large empty area and there were significant empty spaces all around for other guests. The next night I was told I should try to park in the grass(3ft tall and full of brush) we finally resolved to parking in the back of the lot near the trees. Where they had me park there was a truck and trailer parked exactly as I had the night before. The hassling over parking my boat, the whole purpose of our trip there has assured I will not use this facility again. If things are so bad that management sits home and watches cameras to control everything on site, they should just go to work instead. The poor guy who had to tell me to move and couldn\'t understand why I couldn\'t park my 26\' boat in a single spot and was unwilling to unhitch so it was accessible to anyone with a hitch... Next time I think I\'ll sleep on the boat in the lake. Less hassling. Rooms were decent, but nothing spectacular for the price.

The place was clean and parking good. On two highways so easy access. Price was good. Would have liked a hot tub.

Nice place to stay & enjoyed shuttle to casino. Breakfast wasn’t wasn’t the best ended up going out to eat!!!

Easy to find. Plenty of free parking. Easy in and out. Ample for breakfast. Comfortable and clean. Quiet even though at main state highway intersection.

First time here and it won’t be the last. Very nice hotel. Just wish there was a pool or hot tub.

Everything you need for a quick cozy stay in these small rooms. Shuttle to concert at casino was very convenient. Bed was comfy, room was clean.

The room was very clean. The staff was very respectful.

The stay was great. The only one negative is that there was hair on the shower wall. I did mention it to the manager in the morning.

I have stayed here several times and usually very nice and well kept. This time a lot of late night noise in parking lot. Also, hallway carpets looking bad. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The price was great and the room was clean.

Rooms were not very soundproof, you could hear other people in the rooms next door and in hallway. I was ate up by bugs, I have bites all over the left side of my body. I checked out early and let the staff know and they said they would look into it but couldn’t do anything about what I had already paid due to paying through a third party. The bath tub and sink had someone else’s hair all over in them, not cleaned properly.

Staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. We will stay here again.

Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. When there was an issue it was taken care of immediately.

Staff was constantly walking around cleaning every surface imaginable. Looked and felt extra clean. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast pretty good.

Clean- if you’re looking for cleanliness this hotel is great. Staff was always wiping things down and picking up trash left by others

We booked for two nights and the hotel is great. Very clean. Small rooms but to be expected. Breakfast was minimal but fine for our needs - waffles, toast, bagels, cereal etc. All in all the hotel was great - EXCEPT - this was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Could hear neighbors talking. When the shower in the next room went on you would think an airplane was landing in your room. Footsteps, other rooms TV's. And grass cutting at 7 pm. For this reason, I do not think we would stay again.

Rooms very small and lacked chairs of sofa to sit (had to sit in the edge of the bed). Rooms were clean though.

Hotel was nice and clean, rooms are a little small though. The breakfast didn't have many options. But what they had was good.

Nice and clean, smallish basic room. Not bad comfort wise but if we were staying more than 2 nights would have been fairly claustrophobic. Breakfast offerings fairly standard and basic but decent- all taken and put away before the end time I was told at check-in but not a terrible thing. Couldn't get the WiFi to connect which was annoying.

Rooms are a bit dated and the bedding could use a refresh.

Room & property were clean. Staff check in was fine. Breakfast was basic. Our room was very small. Just enough room to get around the one bed. Biggest issue was the lighting. There was plenty of it but it was very harsh. There was no lamp on the nightstand. Instead there was two downward facing recessed lights - one on the side & one by the desk. The other light was extremely bright over the head of the bed. Adding a simple lamp next to the bed would be great for reading.

The walls are paper thin in the rooms. Two nights of my four night stay was unbearable. My neighbors fussed and argued until two thirty in the morning one night. I called the front desk about 1:30 am to complain. The night clerk came up asked them to keep it down. Five minutes later they were at it again. The second night was identical.

Room was too small. Poor value for the cost.

Our room had a musty smell to it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Shower did not drain. Sink did not drain. Couch seemed dirty. Paper thin walls.

It’s a no fringe hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Thin walls though so hopefully the people in rooms next to you are considerate with noise.

When we arrived into town, it was a few hours before check in. I inquired, just in case, if we could get in ... The woman at the desk at the time was rude, curt, and insulting! Thankfully, when we returned to actually check in later, the two gentlemen at the front desk were just the opposite.

Front desk was amazing and very informative. Room was clean and would definitely stay here again.

Upon check in, I was 10 minutes early and he let me know it. Got to room, and within 10 minutes a maintenance man entered my room via key card without knocking. I shouted out, and then confronted him. He was supposed to go to room next to me, xx94. He said that room didnt need lights so he just automatically went to mine. I said lightning is fine. Recheck with front desk and double locked my door. 3am this morning, again key card used to enter my room, thNk goodness I had the latch across that didnt allow door to open. I yelled and whoever it was left as I could hear footsteps running. Bed very lumpy. Breakfast adequate. Shameful as this was always my go to place in Manistee

Employees were the best, very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

The staff knew that I had to leave the hotel early and was nice enough to start breakfast an hour before scheduled

Upon arrival no one was available to check us in. Myself and another customer waited for approximately 30 minutes before the clerk showed up. Needless to say I was a bit indignant as it was 8 or 9 pm. I was quite tired after dri ing on a horrible detour route to Manistee. When I asked the checkin guy why did we have to wait so long his verbiage and attitude back to me was one of looking for a confrontation . The management needs to be observant of this employee's treatment of customers and his being available to checkin customers.

I needed a quick rest for the night and this was great. Quiet, clean, perfectly located across from a grocery store.

Property is in good condition - bed was comfy - room was clean - plenty of well-lit parking. Location is a little inconvenient as you can't really walk anywhere but if you don't mind driving some, you should be ok.

It sits 5mins outside downtown Manistee. Perfect location to get to everything easily. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in Manistee. Gateway to nearby beaches, golf courses, downtown Manistee, etc. Rooms are comfortable and clean. FYI housekeeping will not clean rooms unless staying 3 or more nights. Complimentary breakfast is decent. New Starbucks adjacent to this property opening in July 2025.

Convenient to US 31 and desired places to visit. Naturally the "Micro" means everything is minimal (counter in bathroom for example). Also noted that in the bathroom a person around 5 1/2 feet tall or less would have to hop across the floor to reach the TP as it is a VERY LONG reach from the potty. Noise abatement is sketchy. Other patrons with extra loud booming voices were easily heard from their rooms during quiet hours even with the HVAC fan running continuously. OH yes, waffle maker - every waffle numerous guests made stuck mightily to the device despite using plenty of anti-stick spray. Stuck on waffle remaining on heating pads had to be tediously scraped off.

The property was very clean but it's in a very busy area and kind of noisy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Liked that this property was close to downtown Manistee. Also close to casino. Grocery and gas station close. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Price was right. Definitely recommend

The staff was easy to deal with and the location was great. Not right down town but close enough it wasn’t bad to drive. Checking in and out was a breeze. Only dislike... The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a good weekend stay.

This was a simple property. The check in was smooth, the desk clerk was patient. It was really clean, staff were attentive to cleaning up around the hotel. The breakfast was basic, however there were plenty of choices and the coffee was hot!!

Just OK. Check in person was less interested in me but more of is cell phone. Room was ok. Breakfast was less than basic.

Breakfast is really bad and waffle batter seems to have gone bad with weird taste. The hard boiled eggs are really “Hard” like rock and not fresh at all. Not worth $165 a night.

This is a microtel, so of course the rooms are small, but everything neccesary for a good stay was there. Room was very clean and breakfast had a very large assortment that my husband could choose from (he is diabetic).

Nicer than most in the area for sure. Sadly the entire area is way overpriced for what there is to do. Next time we would bypass to the next town or so. The hotel was clean enough and newer . Breakfast was very limited but the gentleman who was in charge of it was a rockstar!! He worked so hard to clean and refill everyting immediately. I think his name was Joe and he deserves a Pat on the back. If you have to stay in town it’s a good option. The beaches were pretty.

Breakfast menu was sufficient but, the only thing hot was a waffle machine. This is the only issue I can think of. Check in was great fast and friendly.
