Scott the front desk person was very friendly and easy to work with. Elevator was broken though.

We did not like that we could not use the electric car chargers because people who weren't charging their cars parked in those spaces for the whole day and night. We also did not like that other guests in the hotel were shouting and banging things around at 4 am. We did like the staff member who checked us in. He was wonderful! He was very friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

The room was clean, but VERY outdated. The parking lot was horrible. It snowed, and the some of the sidewalks were shoveled but not salted, and the driveway was not plowed. It could be a lot better.

I used one of the two available electric vehicle charging stations. Thank you for having two stations on site, and I will use them again in the future.

Room was great. Everything was clean. Bonus points for having an EV charger.

I would have given 5 star, but hot tub wasn't hot! Otherwise, the staff nice, check-in fast, room spacious/clean/better than I expected! Location made transportation easy! Will definitely return!

The breakfast is "Garbage" processed, pre-packaged waffle mix, cereal which is garbage, yoplait which is high in sugar corn starch & additives. The gym needs mats, foam rollers, combo leg curl/leg extension and Adduction/Abduction combo piece. There are only 2 sets of dumbbells a 5 lb & 10 lb pair.. Why to hotels/motels do such crappy gyms?

Great room for the night. I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t hot, but otherwise a great stay.

Over all is good for one night. Friendly staff, good service but bathroom is old, need an upgrade, pillows had smile, I have a wheel cart but no elevator, I have to carry my wheel cart to the second floor. It was too loud but I don’t blame the hotel, it’s the customer whose there was too much.

Stayed for a weekend on a mini family get-away, staff was very pleasant, room was clean and it was quite. They offered breakfast which was a plus. My only real complaint was the hot tub was out of order and the pool was cold. I would stay again.

Rooms were so dirty there was poop on the wall in the bathroom. Had booked 2 rooms. Didn’t even stay. They refused to give me money back. Hot tub was cold pool was dirty

Found a mouse hole in the room, the mice scurrying around woke us up at night. The cable never worked, luckily we had brought a Roku. The batteries in the tv remote were dead. Couldn’t bring any beverages with us into the pool area. The room was picked up, but it didn’t feel clean. The staff wern’t at the desk half the time I rang the bell and waited 5 minutes to check in, they didn’t answer their front desk phone either. The wall outlets in the room did not work, I went to plug in my phone charger and kids tablet chargers and they just fell right out. The double room was extremely cramped, aside from the bed, there was no room at all for the kids to play. If I had noticed the mouse hole earlier on in my stay I would have requested a new room. Will not be staying here ever again.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms were stuffy, and smelled stale. The bathroom also had a sent that I could smell as soon as I entered the room. The Curtains were also torn. The technology needs to be updated. there were no USB ports to charge phones.

Quiet, clean, and convenient for travelers passing through.

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel for a ceremony we were attending, we got there and pictures online were much better than reality. We were weary but wanted to see what the place was about. Staff were nice and helpful. We got to our room and immediately smelt weed. It smelt like someone had just got done smoking a joint in there. This was off putting because you’d think housekeeping would have smelt this and dealt with it before we came. Anyway we also noticed the hotel was very outdated and just felt dirty. It was dingy and felt like it wasn’t cleaned well. We had gotten a room with a jacuzzi tub, some tiles on the outside of the tub were broken and rusting. We then noticed “splatter” marks on the mirrors. We went downstairs to talk to the staff member and he said he would switch our room. We complained about the splatter marks on the mirror and told us “it’s just rust”. We had payed $225 for one night and at this point we didn’t want to even stay there. We expected a lot better but we still were optimistic so we took the other room he had offered us and it was across the hall from our original room. We could still smell the weed. No rust marks but we were still unsatisfied and felt dirty. We kindly asked for a refund and went somewhere else. We were hoping for a nice night and what we got wasn’t ok. Definitely not up to standards any person has when they book a hotel.

This may be slightly long as I don\'t usually post reviews. The check-in process was swift and efficient and the desk staff were thorough, helpful, and kind. The first challenge was that we wanted to know how late the pool was open as we were delayed and the kids really wanted to swim. When we called to ask the pool hours, we simply got an automated "nobody can answer the call" type of response for about 2 hours. When we finally got there, we were told the pool closed at 10, so the kids got about 30 minutes to swim. Really no huge issue. Then we went to find water, but there was no bottled water sold in the hotel because they weren\'t expecting the vending to be stocked until later in the week. So we went to bed. The rooms were quiet and we slept well. At about 6 in the morning, we were woken by a dripping noise. It was raining hard outside and water was coming in through the seal of the window. My nephew then got out of bed and discovered bed bugs on his pillow. We were given bags to put our belongings in, but this was a distressing situation. After bagging laundry, I approached the front desk to let them know about the window. The maintenance man was at the front desk and I told him directly. I was told that he knew about the leak and that it was "on his list" to fix after the summer season. I was told that the manager of the hotel would call me by the end of the day but I received no phone call. To say that my family is frustrated is an understatement.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom; the hot tub wasn’t working; and one of the exit doors wouldn’t open!

Room was old and dirty and smelled

Beds were uncomfortable. Sink was in the room not in the bathroom. Shower head was stationary.

Paid (a lot) for room with pull out couch since we had a kid and all That was left was 1 bed rooms. Has a balcony over pool, kids were loud and we could hear it all in our room. Thank god it closed at 11, or we wouldn't have been able to sleep. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room and either the Jets did not work or we just couldn't figure it out. Room was renovated but a little outdated. Orher than that it was nice. Bed was comfortable

We did not see any info about room cleaning in the lobby or in our room. Front desk clerk did not mention. The 2nd day we found out from the clerk that they do not clean until every 3rd day. This is a problem with dirty towels, full waste baskets, etc. They said this was a Baymont policy. Every other day would be better but, no matter what, they should inform guests. Also, our TV remote did not work correctly. You could not enter a channel directly and had to keep scrolling to try to find your channel. Even then, channels sometimes had commercials so you didn't know which channel it was. Did not find a channel guide either. I complained the next morning and clerk said he would check into it. We were not told anything (no note left in room) and same problem 2nd night. Complained the next morning and was told 3 TVs in motel have this problem and he could change our room. At this point, we only had one more night so decided not to move our stuff. Knowing we had a 3 night stay, why did they put us in this room to begin with? They really needed a better solution to this problem. Maybe an extra remote or TV on hand in case they can't solve problems with their equipment.

A decent property. The online check-in sped up the process. The desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The renovated room was good, but still seeds better plugs that can accept chargers and add USB ports near the beds.

Needs update, appears old looking in rooms. Kids running in hallways late at night, had hard time sleeping.

Very nice stay with only one minor thing - the shower curtain was too short and bumping it at all during a shower created a giant puddle on the floor. Other than that, very nice!

People yelling in the halls 10, 11 12 o'clock at night. Internet is so bad might as well not be there. TV has no way to switch inputs.

Staff were amazing and very helpful

The mFront Desk Clerk in the check in was wonderful and helpful. However, the A.M. Front Clerk was dishonest and unaccommodating. He lied about the ability to renew the room for another day. I left the facility and went to another Hotel.

When checking in. I was given a room that wasnt cleaned yet and had to wait 2 hours for it to be ready. I did not check in early.

We enjoyed our stay Chris was amazing at checking us in and out. Breakfast was stocked timely. When pool towels were low Chris was prompt to get them right away! Would come back!

Staff excellent

We arrived early unfortunately we weren't able to check in which was understandable it was noon. The manager took our name and number and said he would get someone on it as soon as he could and they give us a call. The call was at 10 minutes to 3:00. Stated he was short-staffed and her room was not ready yet. Arrived at 4:00 and asked why he didn't call us back and said he didn't want the negative feedback and over talk to me the entire time so I couldn't even express my feelings. I wasn't angry but he wasn't listening at all. A jolly attitude with poor customer service, it's hard to do but he accomplished it.

They never had food at breakfast. Whenever someone asked to refill something they always responded we are busy we will get to it but never did. They were always in the back office talking to each other. Housekeeping didn't do one thing. There was no towels even in the pool area. Would not stay here ever again

We had a plumbing issue and they were very responsive. They responded in just a couple minutes and moved us to another room when the solution was not immediate. Great service!

This is a great place to stay when you just want a nice clean place to rest while you’re traveling. Every staff member I encountered during my two night stay was very friendly and helpful

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our first room had a leak coming from the light. They moved us immediately. We left for the day, came back to shower and our smoke detector started chirping loudly. The staff came to the room immediately and changed the batteries for us. Both staff we communicated with were excellent. Both were very friendly, professional and compassionate to our issues. The hotel is not in a very accessible area. Everything is about 15-20 drive. No real place to walk.

Very Friendly Service at the front desk. While it appears the hotel is far from stores and conveniences, Every thing you need is located very closely.

Everything was easy and staff was great. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would have loved to see some more protein options for breakfast but they had a decent selection of bagels, waffles, pop tarts, muffins, etc.

Bathroom small but shower had good force. Very light continental bkfst, but did include hard boiled eggs. Nice pool & hot tub.

Went to this hotel with family for a festival. The staff was kind, but paying a premium rate I at least expected the beds to be made and the towels replaced. Our room was never cleaned and on one night the smoke detector went off for no reason. The breakfast was just cereal and breads, nothing hot. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was the main reason I chose this hotel.

Hotel was quiet, relatively clean, not far from food. Room was smaller than others at similar hotels; more narrow, like they tried to squeeze in an extra room or two for the size of the hallway. Breakfast was lousy. No protein. Not one item for a Diabetic. Hardly anything for someone gluten intolerant or just trying to stay away from sugar. Juice dispenser did not work. Lots of little annoyances— keys that didn’t work; tv box unplugged; that kind of thing.

The property was clean. However, the guy helping with check in was vaping behind the counter while checking customers in. The shower curtain in our bathroom was falling off the wall, so the curtain would not stay closed. That made closing the curtain impossible and the floor completely wet. The beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, hard boil eggs, waffles or a few toast options. No juice was available, because the machine was broke.
