High ceilings, spacious room, clean, working hot tub and pool, warm & friendly staff. Facility bit dated but a renovation is planned.

$179.00 nightmare. Booked a room for two nights. Asked if this site had trailer parking and was informed it indeed did. Wrong!! First night had to take up four parking spots in this limited parking lot. Second night had to park outside of parking spaces and take the chance of getting my vehicle and trailer backed into. Reserved a room with a king bed. Checked in given key to room with two double beds. Front desk corrected issue and sent on our way. Breakfast served 7-10. 930 am first morning not a damn thing to eat and nothing else was going to be brought out for the meal. The shower handle plumbing was opposite of what it should have been. Hot water from cold side and cold water from hot side. Handicap room had no grab bars or ADA toilet let alone room to move freely if we needed the use of a wheelchair. Stains on furniture in this suite that gave off hospital vibes minus the filth. Two room keys only one functional. Dirty rooms in cracks and crevices. You got me one and good. Never again will this hotel chain receive another dime from my pocket.

Checked in and given a King for three adults even though we reserved King and pull out sofa. Had to go back to the desk to fix. Hot tub jets didn't work and the room next to us was loud until after 1am. Breakfast options were slim and not very good.

This property was exactly as advertised. The pool is a little small. The area around is full of shopping and food options.

Could of been been better if the elevator didn’t get stuck and had to use stairs all night… tub wasn’t clean at all but the best staff there is Sarah from front desk she rocked absolutely amazing

Came up for an overnight stay to visit family. Very clean. Pool and hot tub was perfect. Room was clean and comfy. Perfect location between Michigan Adventure and Lake Michigan. Great price point. Would stay again.

Very clean, great support from staff, very warm and kind staff. Housekeeping met all of our needs with extras, very nice breakfast bar! Clean pool and jacuzzi was actually hot! Very nice stay per usual

The hotel was under construction which we were not aware of until we arrived. The pool was closed which was one of the main reasons we booked here to entertain the kids for part of the day. I understand this may not be their fault, but very inconvenient. No milk for cereal (only chocolate milk), no plates to serve yourself- they were going to “see” what they could do about it. There was no one at the front desk at check out time 10am - 12pm.

Reserved and paid for two rooms, they only showed one - finally got it figured out. Only room available was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. This after we requested early check in and first floor rooms. Our room was still not clean at 4pm, after the check in time of 3pm.

Really enjoyed the stay loved how i was treated when I came to check in. Also enjoyed the hot tub n pool and the comfy beds.

Previous visits facility was excellent. This time: tears in carpet, bifold closet door was broken, shower head not working well, breakfast was average at best, rubbery eggs and bacon.

Very clean and offered whirlpool tube in our suite which was much needed having the option for private hot tub experience not having to leave your room. Room was very clean with comfortable beds.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room wae very clean and fresh smelling.

( ) side - this hotel has pretty easy access to 131 so it's easy to get to events in Grand Haven. ( ) side - the decor looks fresh. ( ) side - all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. (-) side - the floor of the tub in our room was very dirty/stained not sure which but it sure didn't look clean. (-) side - hotel room was not cleaned after first night...maybe that's something they don't do unless you ask. That was not made clear to me. (-) side - no waffles!!! Other wise breakfast was what we expected and have found elsewhere.

Room smelled musty. Room itself appearance-wise was a bit dated, dark, chair in room stained. Gentleman preparing breakfast was kind, hard working. Breakfast itself, no lids for coffee, very basic breakfast. Key cards didnt work at first, had to return to desk. Checkout didn’t ask how anything was.

Left the room with 19 bed bug bites the next day , and saw a some kinda of bug as I was leaving.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Nice room but not big enough for 4. Pull out sofa is the loveseat kind, very small.

Room and facility was clean. The walls are super thin and could here everything going on in halls and rooms.

The room and beds were comfortable. I didn’t like the fact that you had to join Marriott bonvoy member to get the WiFi. You already had my email and other information.

Didn’t get handicap room, had wheel chair and couldn’t get around in room! Room was way too small to get anywhere. Would like phone number to talk to a manager.

WiFi was terrible to use. TV options and use was awful. Had construction going on during the day that made it hard to nap!

Mattress was old, sagging, hard- back was very uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing.

I made a reservation for a King with sofa bed and when I checked in the reservation they had on file was for two double beds. There were no King with sofa rooms available so after I returned to the desk, they discounted the room to reflect the price of the 2 doubles. In addition, the elevator was not working. However, the breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean.

The first night the front desk clerk made us cookies while we visited in the lobby. He made us feel very welcomed

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally wonderful. They genuinely care that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I really appreciated their warmth and hospitality.

Our check in was easy and unfortunately, I forgot the ladies name that checked us in, but she was fantastic. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not manned several times when we needed help. We arrived about 11:30pm to an unlocked front door and unmanned front desk. After about 5 minutes or so, I called their phone number. An agent came out of an office just 15 down the hall from the lobby and checked us in. I had to notify kitchen help once to refill a coffee dispenser and another time to put cups out. The did have bacon every day that we were day, much better than other hotels that may have bacon only once a week.

No staff at front desk upon arrival nor at just about any other time that I was in the lobby area. Was told room was not clean upon check in and then the room reserved was not available. Was put into one bed room for three adults. Then moved to two double bed small room. Next morning I went to lobby and thankful there was at that time a lady at the desk who was able to get me into a room like I had made reservation for other than tub accessible. I was very thankful for that lady. Sad I didn’t get her name. Card keys were not working. Had to get remade three times to finally get one to work. Breakfast items were not replenished very well. Very disappointing stay.

Did not get to find out what it was like to stay here overnight. We booked a king suite. Said suite was to include a king size bed, a sofa, and enough room for us to maneuver around each other. We arrived late after spending time with family. We checked in and were given a key to room 211. We loaded the cart with all of our luggage and belongings; most of these items being things we needed to attend our son’s wedding the following day. Pushed the cart to the elevator and arrived at the room. Once inside, we found 2 rinky dink double beds, no sofa, and a tiny little room. Um, not what I booked and certainly not what I paid $400 for. We go back downstairs with the assumption a mistake has been made and ask the lady at the desk about this. Turns out there was a “maintenance issue” with our room and they were fully booked. Don’t you think this was something that should’ve been disclosed when we arrived? Ordinarily when two people book a room and it’s just the two of them they expect to be sharing the bed. My husband and I have shared a bed for 22 years and we like a certain amount of space when we sleep - hence the king bed. We contacted Expedia who immediately found us a different hotel with a king suite, chairs, and an actual king bed at a lower price and refunded us the difference. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel if this is the way they choose to handle things. Let’s just not tell the guest that they will not be getting what they paid for. How ridiculous!

Quick work trip. One night Check in was fast. She even changed my room for me. Then… it went downhill. Was leaving for dinner- front desk girl asked where I was going.. then proceeded to tell me she left her wallet at home.. she was hungry .. sounded as if she wanted me to bring her back something- because, upon my return.. she never spoke to me again. Woke up for breakfast at 6:20. Coffee was empty- found someone to replace it. Had my coffee was going to sit for breakfast- however, in the associates only room- it sounded as if they were arguing loudly! One lady greeted me in the morning- she was lovely!

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast options are quite limited though.

There was little food for breakfast. I went to the front desk and the said they’d refill but 45 minutes later still no food so had to take my kids out for breakfast which was frustrating. Especially as only after 8am when we went down. Breakfast was to end at 9:30

Currently doing construction. This was ok but breakfast was mot like last time we stayed here. Coffee was sub par left a metal taste. No fesh fruit bananas first 2 days looked well beaten none on day3. No variety , had syrup no waffles or pancakes , no bread or danish had bagels no cream cheese, milk was almost spoiled tasted funny.
