Pool was not warm at all otherwise location and everything else was good.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They also were understanding of little ones and just super nice and answered any questions we had. Hotel was very clean and organized. Easy to find our room. The pool is small. But actually was great they it is more shallow for children. They even let us swim a little past pool closing, because of Christmas. The breakfast was amazing and well rounded and put together. It was easy to park and to unload and load back up, right by the elevator. Great place!

You could tell that this is a newer hotel. It is in a great area for shopping, and it is close to the highway. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The pool is small, but good. It sits away from the main road, so it's very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good. It's too bad there's not a little bit more room for people to sit and eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Juwan especially stood out as an attentive employee there.

Facilities were clean and well kept. Well lit inside and out. Tisha was great!

The good: Its a brand new hotel, of course its fresh, shiny, and clean The meh: -My tv didnt work the entire night i stayed there. Assuming its not hooked up properly? My bf is an IT and couldnt figure it out. Tv said scrambled program. -theres no hot tub, just a pool. Same layout as Alpena, MI. Idk why youd make a brand new hotel with a pool but not hot tub.

Easy access to work out area. Breakfast area is spacious. Easy loading and unloading of luggage.

This is a pretty new hotel. The room was very clean and large. Good breakfast selection. All facilities seemed clean and in good shape, and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Quick check-in.

Check in was easy and service was friendly and helpful. Clean hotel with great breakfast and the LOCATION is perfect. Close to everything you will need. Only 15 mins to Michigan Adventure and to Grand Haven. Will definitely be staying next year for longer. Only negative was no hot tub but the rest of hotel made up for it.

New building, beds were comfy, everyone was super friendly, lots of options for breakfast (hot), pool was on the small side, pretty nice fitness center. Close to Texas Road House, Culvers, Meijer (charging/gas station) all right in the parking area. They made our beds for an overnight stay but didn't do garbage, which was odd but not a big deal. It would be a great place for a business stay only because the pool was small and there was a kids birthday party in there one night. The noise level was hurtful to smaller ones ears.

It was a pretty average stay. There are some eyesores like holes in the drywall. We found something gross under the mattress that was likely put there from a previous guest that makes me concerned they don't check there or do thorough bed bug checks. Otherwise the staff were friendly, things looked tidy and fresh. The breakfast had a good range but there is no rotation day to day so it can get stale fast. It was pretty quiet, no disturbance from other guests.

The gal that checked was very friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great stay. Only negative, and not huge was that the coffee/tea station in lobby could have used a good wipe down and tidying.

Hallways were in need of cleaning. So much garbage around exterior of the hotel. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived (over an hour later than check in time). The hotel seemed extremely understaffed.

Not very clean

Very dirty rooms, used towel hanging in the bathroom. Fine hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub, white stains on the sofa. Folks were nice but too dirty for me to return.

The room must have been a handicap accessible because it was huge! All was well maintained except the television. We called the front desk, but it wasn't a problem they could resolve quickly, so it wasn't resolved. Squiggly lines on the picture and garbled voices. The room was great. Clean, comfortable.

I didn’t like how I could hear every single person coming out of the elevator door since my room was right next to the elevator.

Room was updated and new, but looked like a rushed rental property flip. Unpainted spots on walls, drywall mud not sanded. Tile baseboard not properly adhered to the wall. Just seemed very odd.

The bedroom walls are paper thin and one can hear all the noises from the corridor. We woke up at 3am with shouting and kicking doors from adjacent rooms. Overall this hotel was good and we would return if we visit this town again.

Hotel was in a convenient location, close to area restaurants and stores. The proximity to Grand Haven and Muskegon beaches was nice. The hotel itself is newer and was relatively clean, however, the pull out couch had crumbs in it and for some reason IHG hotels have started not including bedding for the sleeper sofa in the rooms. This visit, we were luckily checking in earlier in the evening but when you arrive after a long day of traveling the last thing you want to do is to have to go back to the front desk to obtain bedding for one of the beds in the room. They are always reluctant to bring it to your room for you, I've noticed as well. This isn't how it once was in the hospitality industry. The room itself was "clean enough" but the attention to detail is lacking, as I've found to be the case in nearly every hotel I've stayed in as of late. Smeared mirrors, finger prints on doors, etc. When we checked in, the large window (really large! and facing a wooded area, so affording a pretty view) had the roman blind down. When we went to pull it up we noticed it was broken so we called the front desk. They said they were aware of the problem and it was a defect in the entire hotel. ???? This was perplexing to me. Replace the window coverings. Breakfast was as to be expected, no complaints other than the set up was a little cramped for the number of guests partaking.

Large rooms with lots of space and plenty of light in the room. We had a king-sized bed which was very comfortable.

Hotel was overbooked and my room was already occupied when I arrived. I only found this out after I checked in and tried to use my key and someone was already in my room!

Only stayed one night and the property was fabulous, clean, convenient, and staff is wonderful.

Absolutely do not stay here. Nothing worked. Office chair broken. Fridge wasn’t working but come to find out the entire right side of the room outlets did not work and I had to move the fridge. Maintenance never came out. I was promised a full refund. There was even a hole in the bathroom wall along with markings of when the hotel was built. Customer service is non existent. Staff refused to give their name. Manager never called back and you will always get a response of, “we’re busy”. Like I’m not a paying customer. Staff also hung up on me. Seriously stay away. I will be reporting them to corporate and bbb. Seriously do not stay here.

Super clean and fresh hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very clean, air was nice. Location was just under 15 minutes from Grand Haven where we visited, super easy trip over. All around a perfect place for a nights stay.

Great hotel lots of updates. Very clean and bright not dated decor from the 80s. Outstanding breakfast and a very helpful and pleasant staff that has been well trained. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

It’s a new property. The blackout blind was broken, thus the teenagers couldn’t sleep in. Could be seen as good or bad. Good breakfast. Next to grocery store and very near the mall. Convenient to freeway.

Very nice hotel, liked the room, especially the Keurig in the room, breakfast was good. Definitely will stay there again.
